Shout out to Joe the regional director, Lily the office administrator, and the technician that worked on my vehicle. I called with a question. Was asked when I was available. Showed up. We talked, they looked at my concern. Repaired it and I was on my way. Amazing team! I will definitely utilize their services in the future and recommend them to others! #SatisfiedCustomer

These guys did an amazing job on my plum crazy purple challenger. They matched the paint perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. It was a real pleasure meeting Glenn and David. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Any future claim repairs I may need I'm bringing it to them for sure. Can't thank you guys enough.

The front desk lady( did not get her name) was not very polite. Did not address me when I walked into the front office. Stayed on her phone while I stood in front of her by myself waiting. I would give this place 5 stars if the front desk lady would have greeted me both times I went in. Michael was very professional , explained everything in detail. When I went to pick up my car I thought something was different about the car and Michael went and brought the whole old car part out so I could see. I thought that was awesome so I could see for myself. I was promised the car to be ready in a weeks time and got my car back in two days!!

I was perhaps very concerned about needing body repair after being hit by someone else for the second time.From the first visit I was assured that our repair would be well done to our satisfaction! The communication between the body shop & my wife and myself was excellent! The repair cost seemed very fair & reasonable ( even though AAA was picking up the bill) the repair time was totally reasonable! When we picked up our SUV it really looked super! Waxed bright paint job & well done body work! Our vehicle looked better than before the accident!! Thanks Glen & Ronnie highly recommend this body shop!!!

Had to get my bumper repaired and Tony was super friendly and knowledgeable. I hate all things car repair and insurance and he helped me and made this painless. I 100% recommend this place and talking to Tony he was a gem

My wife has had two vehicles repairs here a Nissan Sentra and Nissan Murano. The care and attention to detail is what makes this shop my go to. I was called and updated on the status and Glenn even helped me connect with reputable staff to get a loaner car through my car insurance. I would highly recommend this location!

Been waiting and calling about a cover replacement piece on our car for over 4 months now. First it was never ordered like they said and they took forever to order a very simple part. Then when it was finally ordered, now its just been "delayed" supposedly for the last 3 months! This place is incompetent and huge waste of time. Don't go here.Edit: laughing at the owner's copy paste replies. Definitely should have read the reviews before coming here!Yes you "missed the mark" by a landslide. Lmao. Why on earth would we come back and waste another 4 months? Found the "delayed" part online ourselves and are getting it fixed by someone that is certified and actually knows what they're doing.

Friendly customer service. Clear and concise explanation of the repair process. Appreciated the itemized list to see the cost of things. Communication was great especially through text. Worked well through AAA.Car was completed by the estimated time.

As soon as I walked into the office, I felt like I was taken care of. David, front staff, and Glenn were extremely helpful and explained the process to me very well. I noticed that the business was very organized and structured. I will definitely recommend a family member and friend to Caliber Collision.

Great place with Great employees. Brought my truck in for a bumper replacement estimate. They ordered the part. Once the part came in they had me bring in my truck and the tech put it on and I had my truck back quickly. Within a few days. Trash. I brought the car in once to get photos taken of the damage and waited a week for a call back like I was told I d receive when I was leaving the initial appointment. When I called myself to schedule, I was told the pictures weren t great. Had the hardest time getting a time estimate. Couldn t get the scheduler on the phone and they d never call back after lunch like I d been told on multiple occasions. When I finally got a date to drop off the vehicle, the lady on the phone thought it best to let me know I didn't call back once for a time estimate. Ridiculous after the amount of time I wasted waiting for a call back. I chose to have another location complete the work for me. The Tulare location was communicative and friendly unlike my experience with the Visalia location. I got all the work done and my vehicle was back before my would have been drop off date. Selecting a location that values working professionals limited spare time was essential for me, the Visalia location did not value my time.

The customer service was outstanding. Was kept in the loop as to the progress of the repairs on the car every few days as well as checking to see if we had any concerns or any questions they might be able to help with. Car ready on the afternoon it had been promised. Was clean inside and out. So far I m very satisfied with the work done. Paint is spot on and the body work is exceptional. Very, very little filler anywhere on the repaired areas and the parts that were replaced fit snugly.Between the quality of the repairs and the exceptional customer service I am now a customer for life. All of my dealings with Caliber Collision were about as stress free as it could be considering the circumstances.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
