Charles, Ryan & Tracey are worth their weight in gold. They easily can charge 2x or 3x the amount they do, but they are honest and diligent in the work and the service that they provide.I have a host of family and friends i send here and they all have the same great experience that I ve had.If you want or need work done on your car and are looking for an honest mechanic. This is the place to patron.

First time car owner. Went here a few years ago they recommended me go to welfare to get help he recommended me these fancy places for different estimates n then said come back to him so he can give me his he made his the lowest by like 50$ so welfare wrote the check for him. I went in dropped off the check not knowing I could give it to them after the job was done my car was there for 5 months guy giving me the run around the entire time finally got my car back my battery was dead my passenger mats front n back were gone my SD drive that had all my kids pictures from when they were babies was missing and all they did was laugh and say it wasn t there problem. They took advantage of me being a female and being clueless about cars. Definitely do not recommend

My daughter had her car towed there over a year ago. He quoted her $600 and then told her it wasn t running and that she needed an engine, he never looked for an engine and then when she went to pick it up, he told her that she owed $1500 and it still doesn t run. Took my car in for a diagnostic test. After hearing what my problem was they did a test drive and reset something and sent me on my way. They took the time to explain what they felt was probably the issue and said drive it and if the issue came back, come back in and they would do a more extensive check. Didn't charge me (I was only there for 15 minutes) but they did look into my problem. They are honest and knowledgeable. They are now definitely my go to mechanics.

A solid family owned business that does great work and doesn't screw you over. They are easily worth twice the amount they charge. You'll find that Charles (owner) is the "family mechanic" for a lot of families for a good reason.

The owner, Charles (Mr. Charlie to my grandmother, who is also a customer), is such a wonderful guy! He's a great mechanic, has affordable prices, and works with you if you find yourself in a financial pinch. In my opinion, for a woman it's hard finding a mechanic that isn't going to take advantage of your lack of knowledge when it comes to cars. I never had the problem at Bryant's. Him, his son, and the rest of his staff have always been decent to me and treated me with courtesy and respect. He's honest about what I need and what I don't need for my car, and he never overcharges me. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I would NEVER recommend this place i came in for a belt replacement and my car was in there for a good 4 days and i had not one update until i called and they told me they had to order a new pulley (never informed me) and on my way home from bryants and my belt snapped .. i called and they said "there was nothing we could have done to cause that" when i got home the pulley looked used , cleaned , and pitted .. and on top of that they charged me 280 for a pulley and belt replacement and i had brought in my own parts . Said they cannot refund me because "they could not have caused the problem" I will never ever bring a car nor recommend someone here

Super happy with their service. Charles was very honest and gave me valuable info/advice about my car. They were affordable, fast, and the customer service was amazing. I will totally go there again if I encounter any problems in the future. :)

Charles has been my mechanic for almost 30 years. In that time i have never felt cheated or taken advantage of in any way, Charles has always gone out of his way to find the best and most economical way to fix my cars. highly recommend

He was able to fix the sensor in my 2003 Saturn Ion within a week (time for the part to come in on a vehicle no longer made!) For barely $100!!! It took like 10 mins total too, and such a kind shop everyone was nice & not rude at all.

Saved my butt without hesitation! While visiting family in Visalia coming from San Diego, my check engine light came on Friday at 5pm. I called and they got me in and fixed so we could hit the road Saturday morning.Much respect for this family business. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

We took my car to get the water pump/thermostat fixed (idk which one is was they never told me what the actual issue was). It took them two weeks to get it fixed and on the day we were supposed to pick it up they said someone had managed to jump their barbed wire fence, break into my locked car and stole just my radio. The man i spoke to was very rude and said it wasn t his problem and there was not anything he could do about it. He said filing a police report wouldn t be helpful because it happens all the time, it s a bad area of Visalia and that is it. No security. There were cameras but he didn t offer any other information other than he basically wanted to be paid and didn t want us to come back. I wish I could give 0 stars worst professional I have ever experienced.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A big thank you to this shop and their mechanics. I was on the verge of junking my car because no one could fix it, or they wanted too much money I couldnt afford the repair. They are honest men and do an amazing job, my car can now be used up the grapevine and on long trips and I appreciate everything they've done for me.

Charles and April are great! Always give you an honest deal and never do anything without your approval ahead of time. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle tune up there.

Finally found a new truck shop for my diesel. Besides mikes diesel and gas visalia(which is always to busy), there isnt any good diesel shops.This shop got me in and out and all mechanics were competent in what they do.Always nice to trust a shop you spend money at.

I had a electric brake issue and Charles thought he knew the problem right off the bat and gave me a amazing quote, it turned out that he was wrong on his original assessment but we made a compromise and struck a sound deal and he was able to fix the problem.... took some time to figure out the issue but that s how it goes when dealing with electrical problems
