Great customer service at this business! I went in on a rainy day with a window that was down and wouldn't go up. They got me right in and made the necessary repairs in a short time. The prices are very good as well! I was pleased to have gone to Best. Now I, too, see why they have that name on their front door!

I came here to get 2 new tires and they did a great job! It was super quick, they charged me exactly what they quoted me, and they even patched one of my other tires! Seems like good, local shop that I ll definitely be returning to.

Got a flat at work and was stressed about next steps. Rudy from Best Tires was so accommodating, met me at the hospital, assessed the situation and walked me through all my options. So kind and it went from stressful to absolutely wonderful. Ready to give them all my business moving forward.

Got the "Best Tires Deal" in Visalia. Very professional no non-sense service. Rudy, the owner was great and explained to me everything I need to know about tires and tire care as well. Got the best price to top it off, they were the lowest priced tire and installation out the door. Very personalize service, gotta support places like this. I just found my tire place and definitely would recommend this to my family'friends!

Checked this place out since it had such good reviews... Great experience overall. Rudy consulted with me about my tires and had me back on the road in less than half an hour! I didn't even have an appointment! He even torqued my lugs! A thing that a lot of places skip these days. Did I mention he charged me $55 less than what Pep Boys quoted me? You just can't beat an honest little shop like this. Thanks again!

Got a flat tire and happen to pass by this place called Best Tires Visalia. They were closing within 30 min yet very accommodating to replace our tire. The owner Rudy was so professional and did it fast. Totally recommend it to all my family and friends.

Great service but they sold me a 7 year old tire for $60. I was young and just needed a used spare for my truck. I did not think to look at the date on the tire until after I got home. They should have gave me a better price or had a newer tire in better condition.

I had to stop by at Best Tires to get my tire fix due to low air & a Nail in tire. They did a great job fixing my tire. They have great customer services. Always go here fix my tire or get my car window fix. Great shop. I always leave happy

Update: change 5 to 3 stars.Original Review: Very nice guy, honest, helpful, and great prices. Office is comfortable, too, as I waited. Short wait time!Update: So I still think the guy is nice. But I had a problem that took a long time to resolve and now I m worried to go back.I brought my car in for two new tires. I have been going here for several years and I often do two tires at a time and brakes. He did the tires and asked if my tire pressure light was on. It wasn t. He said a tire pressure sensor piece crumbled in his hand when he was changing the tire and he wasn t sure if it was broken before or if he broke it. I get it, my car is 10 years old and I m sure these things just wear out. He told me to come back if the tire light went on. Later that day the tire light went on. A few days later I called and let him know and he said he would order the New sensor.A few weeks went by and I never heard from him. Of course I got busy and knowing it was just a sensor, I didn t feel it was urgent to get fixed. I called and No one knew what I was talking about. The lady on the phone eventually came back on and said she would order it. I never received a call so I came by and talked to Another guy (I think the son?) who is very nice but said he had to talk to the original guy because he wasn t sure what was going on. The original guy wasn t there so I had to come back a different time. When I did come back it took a while to jog his memory. He said he would order the piece.Finally I got the call the piece was in and I came by for him to put it in. He did that but the tire pressure light was still on. He said to drive around for a while and see if it would go off. He did not charge me for the sensor, Which I appreciate, I just felt like it took a lot of time and a lot of pressure on my end to get it replaced. It could have been a lack of communication but it was frustrating to keep remembering to check in on if the sensor was in or not. I kind of felt like maybe he just didn t want to order it?Eventually I took my car in to my regular mechanic for some thing else and asked him to check why the tire pressure light was still on with the new sensor. He said it just had to be programmed or calibrated with my system and that the other guy should have known that.So the guy is still nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk is nice and friendly. They have alway been fast otherwise, So I m not sure what happened.

Best car experience I've had. Super friendly and professional. Got a flat tire on my brand new set of $800 tires. They were able to repair it and send me on my way. Go here!

Best place to get tires at discount prices. One time I had a flat about a 30 min walk down the st. and the main guy rudy that works there gave me a ride for free out of the kindness of his heart. I got hooked up And for that 5 *'s. highly recommended.

Rudy was very upfront and honest about everything. You normally get people in this industry wanting to sell you the most expensive products, because they want to make more money. However, all Rudy cared about was getting me only what I needed for my tires. He definitely earned my business and that of everybody I know.

This place is one if not the best tire place here in Visalia. My experience here was 5 star quality they bent over backwards to make sure I would leave with a tire that would allow me to drive my car and did what they needed to. Definitely take your car here if you want a above and beyond customer experience.

Arrived quick! Great service! removed and took my husband to get my flat tire fixed came back and put my tire back. He was always very friendly! GREAT SERVICE!

I got some problem with my tire; so l went to to best tire Visalia; they really know any thing about car problem very honest and they fixed my tires : very experienced people l will come back every time when l got problem with my tires; l was so happy with the job they did with my car l defenily give best tire Visalia a 5 Stars and l recommended this shop for any body who are looking for a great service and great price very honest people Thank you very much, Best Tire Visalia, you are the best.

Driving to the sequoias my wife and I got a nail in our tire. We got a patch put in here. Rudy helped us nice guy patched us quick so we could be on our way.

These guys helped me put my brand new wheels and tires for my lifted truck, they worked late and went out of their way to make sure my truck was able to be safe on the road with my new huge tires, amazing hospitality all around!
