When you want Professional work this is the place to go. My truck was worked on from 2 different mechanic shop 1. Central Valley Towing and automotive they had my truck 4 months and couldn t fix it. Then I took it to Benton s Auto Center and they had my truck for 3 months and couldn t not fix it but still charged me $ Then I took it to BEREA AUTOMOTIVE late Monday 4-1-24 and got a phone call on Thursday 4-4-24 that my truck was ready, not to mention the price is amazing and affordable they will help you get your vehicle fix they are TRUE HONEST PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS.BEREA AUTOMOTIVE IS THE REAL DEAL !!!!I am definitely coming back % and I also recommend % BEREA AUTOMOTIVEProfessional Quality Service

Talk about Business done right! This group of Professionals takes the sting out of automotive repair. It's never fun getting your car worked on, but this place offers value in professionalism and knowledge; they know how to treat a customer. I've been here a few times now, and they handle the process clearly and explain everything perfectly. They can work on most cars trucks and SUVs, these guys could even work on larger commercial vehicles! Very impressed with the team here. I will be a returning customer.

They are great family owned business. They are on the ball doing a great service. The picture of me in my first car in Malibu getting gas at a Texaco on the coast hwy. The other is my wife and I on one of our trips to the Oregon coast.Great job again gentleman. I've had the pleasure of working with Ozzie, Juan and Delia and cannot say better things about Berea. They are incredibly reliable, trustworthy, friendly and very fairly priced. They have been servicing our fleet for close to a year now and have done a fantastic job all around.The quality of work and time these guys put into their customers is unmatched. Both Ozzie and Juan know their stuff and explain repairs very well for non-car savy people like myself.110% would recommend, these guys are easily the best mechanic shop in town.

By far the best shop in town! They have been working on my cars for a few years now. They are quick and efficient, and never over charge. I ve called a few times with emergency repairs needed and they always get me in right away. They also check in weeks and months after to make sure all repairs are going smoothly still. Thank you for being a trustworthy business!

I took my dodge Durango to get a diagnostic unfortunately it was my lifters and cam that needed to be replaced. Berea Automotive did a great job although the job was a few days longer then expected Ozzie was very honest and worked with me to make it right. Ozzie also showed me the damage that my lifter caused which I appreciated. The job was done right and my car no longer makes any ticking noises and drives smooth. The price is also reasonable.Service: Engine repair

Hi, I m not a mechanic so I m not sure how things are priced . But before I decided to have work done at Berea I did go around and get several opinions from other local mechanics and the one factor that help me decide was . *Berea auto offers a 3 year warranty on all the work they do, which is amazing because a lot of shops do 30 days, and if you re lucky 6 months! I would say there are shop less expensive & shops more pricey . Berea is in the middle!!! Ozzys work comes with a piece of mind knowing it s under warranty for 3 years, and to me that is worth paying a little more, this is just my opinion!!! At this point in my life I m trying to establish a relationship with a mechanic shop instead of trying to find the best price around! maintenance on any car is expensive wether it s an oil change, water pump, catalytic converter, tires etc it has to be done to keep your vehicle running at its optimal performance!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection

I have gone to Berea Automotive twice now for scheduled maintenance and repair and have been extremely pleased with their service and treatment of customers. They provide honest service with fair pricing. I don t think I have ever experienced an automotive repair service shop that seems to genuinely care about its customers. It s almost too good to be true, but I can attest they really do care and strive to provide excellent service! I had an issue with my brakes pulsating while stopping, the brakes and rotors were only a year and a half old so that wasn t the issue. Other places said I needed new rotors, the staff at Berea Auto found out exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. Instead of just replacing brakes and rotors for a temporary fix they fixed the actual issue at hand. I am extremely happy with the service and pricing of the job. Will definitely go back for my automotive needs.Service: Brakes

These guys are awesome, they always do a solid job and have good customer service and communication skills. The owner is a really good guy and his choice of hiring reflects good judgement here. They do a great job with repairs or replacement of parts for a good price and offer a military discount as well. They quote for labor and for parts and let you know exactly what is needed for replacement so if you feel like it can order your aftermarket or OE parts from a 3rd party if needed to save money or shop around for a deal. They have always been honest and upfront with me so I am comfortable using this shop for repairs on a higher end car. A lot of places have refused to work on the vehicle i have because of difficulty, experience or cost of repairs for it, since it's an S6 audi but they always come through with the ability to make things happen so truly appreciate them for that. Very honest work. Great prices. They work in a timely manner no matter how busy they are! Awesome customer service!! I don't trust anyone else but this shop!! Ozzy and his crew always take great care of my Jeep when needed. They also follow up after the fact. Dealership qouted us $2700.00 to take off intake & diagnose further. Berea diagnosed, got the part, fixed, and reassembled, tested & out the door for $602.00 cheaper than just for the Dealership to figure out what was wrong with it!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Called to get a quote the female receptionist was so rude and said a outrages number on how much they charge per hour. After hearing from another customer that they got good service I did not expect this. They need to have better customer service. Especially when getting quotes.

Ozzie and his team are personable and reliable which is important for a small business. They re so nice and they give it to you straight. They re always busy and provided me with quality work and kept up communication with me if things were going to take a little longer. They re my go to for my car repairs now. A friend referred me and I was so happy she did!
