Bob and his crew have worked on my car for about a year now. Honest mechanic gives quote before working on your car. Honest man. He worked on both of my cars. Educates and answer all your question. Doesn t hesitate to show you the code that comes up on the machine. I recommend him to anyone !

Interesting,It's good to find you here. Your place is ready to miss since it's tucked indoors. In the middle of everything on my plate I've got questions about what next step to take with a Ford my grandma left me. It took a lot of sorting through Facebook to notice you out here but from this lot, that's the next contact point. Maybe a price.I'll try to swing by whenever I'm in the neighborhood and show you pictures of the old truck needing emergency leeway.If it wre human I'd have it on a Guerny to go into the village before settling into Guernsville.

Exceptional service I d definitely recommend B&Ds Services to anyone needing there vehicle s maintenance repaired or even diagnostics done shortly before given the keys i was made aware I had no brakes after given approval the fellas ordered brand new rotors & brake pads installed all within the same hour I could honestly say B&D Automotive Maintenance & Repair truly care about there customers safety! If u want honesty u wont get it from bob He greatly took my cash and didnt fix the problem to my van no1 anwsers his phone or returns my calls ur just as bad as performance transmission bob ive known him for many yrs i wouldnt recommend him to any1 not even my worst enemy

Bob from B&D automotive is a caring and professional mechanic. He was walking me through the whole process of my vehicle tune from start to finish. He also made it a goal to make sure that the vehicle tune up stayed in my budget. His front desk lady was so nice and very helpful. Be careful when going to their shop because they make you feel very welcomed. I will be recommending them for a long time to come!!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

Bob is great!! I've used him for about 4 or 5 years now on everything from having our brakes done to pretty much rebuilding our front end. He's worked on 4 of our family's vehicles and has always done great, professional work. If I ever had a problem arise and he was available, he'd be there. I can pretty much bet that he will be able to meet, if not beat anyone's prices as well.I will continue to use B&D for all of our mechanical needs.

Bob and Richard provided great customer service and replaced my water pump swiftly and correctly- took time to educate me while doing it and great conversation while they did their services at the convenience of my drive way! Highly recommend this company! And may I add the price was amazing! Thank you both again for providing a service to my car last minute! :) will be a returning customer.

Fantastic mechanics!!! This shop is the place to go if you want reliable, honest, hard working mechanics! Every time I bring my car in they get right to it! They have fair prices and do fantastic work. My car comes out driving like its brand new off the lot! I will always go to B&D for all my work on my car!

I was referred here by a mere acquaintance, and they not only gave me the absolute best customer service when speaking to me, the part owner himself took time from his day to attend my vehicle and assist me with not only cheap labor, but the CORRECT and best of quality and price product needed to complete the replacment of broken parts on my vehicle. On top of that, he squeezed me in at the earliest possible time I personally had available, and he went a step further and checked and changed my brakes for me while he worked without charging me for the full labor fees of that as well. I will forever bring my vehicle (2002 Honda Odyssey Ex-l) as well as any future vehicle of mine, to his auto shop. I loved speaking with his wife, and also owner Dorris, whom answers the phone, and she was absolutely WONDERFUL at taking down specific quotes and getting back to me in fantastic time. If i could, i would give 10 stars out of 5. Please, if you have any automotive problems, give B & D Automotive a call, as they are the best I have found in Tulare County so far...and I have been to a LOT of auto shops!!

Bob is a very good and honest person. I called him up on a Saturday night to help me fix my car. I couldn't take the car to his garage as I was very far from his place, he offered help on the call and it worked!! Even though he had plans with his family that night, he assured me that I could give him a call anytime and he would help me out. Great guy. Could give him 10 stars if possible.

If you want honesty and great customer service this is where you need to go. Bob has been repairing our family cars for several years now. He is honest and stands behind his work. When our son was away at college and had car problems he face timed him to help figure out what the problem was. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

I called this company to come look at my car. They sent a man over who was supposed to be there at 11 he showed up a couple hours later.. Came and looked him up car and said that he had the part at his shop and he would come back to fix it.. Hours passed by and nothing when I finally reached out to owe me said he had to order the part and he would come tomorrow and fix it ever since then they have not been answering text messages or calls have been completely avoiding me. And me. This company is not professional at all it does bad business and I would highly recommend to stay away from themService: General repairs & maintenance

Our grandaughter was in an accident and needed her car back on the road as soon as possible. I called Bob and he came to the house THAT evening and finished the repair on the wheel assembly and drive shaft just before 11pm...He then came back the next afternoon to help me with the struts. I have a new friend! Very professional , kind and courteous. A+ mechanic.

This is the place for all of your automotive needs. The level of professionalism is a testimemt of their business practices. Went in for a diesel programming issue on my dodge Cummins. and the knowledge of Bob is by far the best I have heard from any other diesel. Mechanics in the valley. Please do not hesitate to give them a call for all of your automotive needs amd especially diesel . Did not show up on time, did not give me a call to let me know they were going to be late (even though I gave them 2 cell numbers to contact me on). I had to call them repeatedly for an 1 hour and a half leaving a voice-mail they finally called back only to tell me they were going to be late (if that wasn't obvious enough). The person I had talked to didn't seem to like the fact that I HAD to tell him how to communicate with customers and like a CHILD hung up. Very disappointed on how they treat customers, I will NOT be contacting them for any kind of service.

We broke down on the freeway and we are from out of state with no one to help us. These guys jumped right on our vehicle and got it fixed so we could get back on the road again. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Thanks so much!

He had to come back 4 or 5 times (should have been a red flag on the 2nd or 3rd time) to do something that should be a simple 30 to 45 minute fix for someone who knows their way around an automobile. My vehicle went from drivable to undrivable after he worked on it.
