Shop waiting area has been opened up and is very welcoming. Ample space to wait comfortably. Arrived at 8 and my car was in the bay by 8:10. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

This shop is always friendly but the last two times I ve gone in there I was met with the same statement: it s going to be a couple hours because we only have one tire guy on right now . I fully understand that when you drop in without an appointment you re going to wait a bit but how does a tire shop only have one tire person working?I had a screw in my wife s tire, it was going to be a couple hours to have the tire repaired so I drove less than a mile down the road to Midas and got right in because they had enough technicians working to handle the workload.

I went in for a tire purchase, which i confidently felt i was receiving the best tires at the best price! The mechanics relayed to the manager, Jeremy, the issues of my high mileage vehicle, which were pointed out on a clear diagram. These were explained with clarity & were of consequence not only for my safety, but for the life of my tire purchase.The ease which my needs were explained & met, through financing, & receiving price reductions for parts and services left me feeling very satisfied that my car will be serving me for many years to come!

The staff here is always so nice and knowledgeable. They always do exceptional work and quickly. I will only go somewhere else if I absolutely have to (like if I m out of town)

Jeremy gave great costumer service and in a timely manner! The business was very clean and Jeremy had his staff very well organized and managed. I showed up without an appointment and Jeremy had no problem fitting me in. Thank you for your excellent service and I look forward to coming back!

Amazing customer service. Very informative and provided constant communication. This was my third time with them and will continue to do so. Showroom was clean and enjoyed a great movie while waiting for the work to be completed.

The online appt setting is convenient, great service and knowlegeable staff at the store, and tech did an amazing job rotation and fixed a flat in no time. Even cleared a check engine light for me so I didnt have to make extra trip to a mechanic.

They quoted one hr for a tire rotation when they only had one other car in, at the one hr mark they took the car to the lift but wasn t doing anything, I walk out to see the progress and the workers where just standing around on their phones until they saw me then they got to work. And at the end of it they didn t rotate the tires, he just unscrewed the bolts and screwed them back in.Edit- the manager calls and tries to get me to change my review, offers a free oil change and when I wouldn t do that he starts to get upset and hangs up on me.

Visited on Mother s Day last year. Had them to balance my tires. Upon leaving, they had made the situation much worse. I had to visit another tire shop and have them rebalance the wheels and tires, to which they showed me the data from their balancing machine and the tired were completely off. They fixed it for me and my ride was smooth as can be.Secondly, I asked for them to reprogram my TPMS sensors as they were not syncing to my truck. They told me that I needed to replace all 4 and that they did not work. This was also fixed at the next tire shop by them using a remote and programming the current ones.I used to trust and like this shop. Now I cam trust them at all and they certainly will not be having my business or that of anyone I know.

They took my tire size out of spec throwing my speed sensor off. Before I knew how to read tire size, I came here and asked for wider tires. At the time my tires were 225/50/18. The tires put on my vehicle were one of the most expensive tires there and not only were the tires not wider, they installed tires that were 225/40/18. This left an ugly wheel gap, same fitment regarding width (even though I clearly asked for wider tires its even in the customer requests on the receipt) and left my speed sensor displaying my speed to be faster than what I was actually going. Before getting ripped off here, make sure you can read tires because these guys will not only pitch their most expensive tire, but they ll rip you off while doing it ruining anything else they could.

Jeremy quoted me $975 for new brake pad installation. Once I clarified I just wanted that service and that pricing was steep, he dropped it to $600.Still absolutely ridiculous. Once I declined service, he asked well what price were you looking for, I can work with you . Dishonest and up charging. I found it incredibly disrespectful and will not trust them again. I felt profiled. Such a shame because I trusted the other reviews.

Jeremey answered the phone when I called to get my tire replaced (due to a bubble on the wall outside of tire ).He went above & beyond to call Fresno same day delivery.He called me to let me know it had arrived later that day.Booked me an appt for following day.I was pleasantly greeted next morning .He took care of my car.Showed me a diagram revealing I needed a tire rotation as well.He was professional,knowledgable, honest & trustworthy.Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle.I will be a repeat customers (I had purchased all 4 tires there previous).

These people are absolutely wonderful and efficient. On two occasions I have needed either simple tire repair or complete replacement of all tires, each time it was done quickly and with the best attitude. Two thumbs up.

OmgoshThe staff was wonderfulwas a little expensive though for what I needed for my car.They are willing to give a coupon or small amount taken off.Yes recommend to anyone that needs tires or service to their vehicle or truck

We came here cuz we got a flat and needed a tire to drive to LA. They only had between michelin and other unknown brands at dramatically different price point ranges. When purchasing the tire there were extra fees such as "highway speed fee" which the guy tried explaining but didn't make any sense. Just give the final price of the tire instead of adding confusing fees

I came into the store because of a flat from a broken valve stem caused by going through bubble zone car wash. I was concerned because it may have damaged the tire pressure sensor guage or the tire as well. I was greeted by Arnold who assisted me. He had his tech inspected the damage and found that the stem was damge, but luckily the tire and the pressure sensor were intact. He replaced the valve stem, to my surprise, at no charge. This is a great act of kindness even though the tires on my vehicle were not from this center. The entire process took approximately one and a half hours which I am grateful for as this was a very unexpected detour to my busy day.

Good prices on tires that is why it gets 3 but wait times to pay the bill was like a doctors office. One person giving quotes and answering phone while 3-4 people wait. Service writer was good but under staffed. Waited about 45 minutes to pick up my car and I just needed to pay. Need to figure a better check out system aside from giving advice and quotes.

Buying tires can be a real pain. First of all, trying to find them in stock, then getting a fair price, then getting the service you need. From start to finish, it can be trouble. But American Tire Depot has always been outstanding to work with. They ve fixed a number of flats for us at no charge. They ve replaced tires that have failed before the warranty was up. They offer us quality alternatives to help save money, and typically have the tires we want in stock. Their service is fast and reliable, and the folks at the front counter are always easy to deal with. Can t recommend them enough.
