They always do good work. Fair prices and they stand behind their work. The business has recently expanded across the street to another building where they do Smogs, wheel alignment, breathalyzer censor resets, air bag resets, and new car computer resets... I have been getting my cars worked by Advanced Auto for as long as he has been open. I highly recommend talking to Dave he knows everything about most vehicles. Give them a try.

Top notch, excellent service. I was in need of a brake and lamp inspections for the DMV and received the certification needed. Availability for scheduling an appointment for it was great and Dave was fantastic and helpful. I would definitely recommend Advanced Auto and Smog.

Great customer service! Professional and efficient! I hreatly appreciate that they answer their phone, because I left my home-town without an appointment and drove 30 min out of the way, to get my vehicle handled here at Advance Auto & Smog. TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE. I'm thankful for the service they provided my family. FAST, FAIR, AND EFFICIENT; I will definitely be coming back to complete my LIGHT INSPECTION, and for future vehicle maintenance. In the meantime, MY FAMILY THANKS YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND YOUR SERVICE!

Dave has been smogging my vehicles since I moved to the 559 back in probably 2016. He's your typical small shop owner, takes care of his customers, does whatever he can to make it easy on you! Plus I think he's the least expensive smog in the town. There's always super cool cars to peep at in the lot too, which is a bonus for car enthusiasts like myself, and the techs are always plenty friendly. They rarely pass by without a "hello, how are ya?". Thanks for always being my smog guy Dave!!

I brought my vehicle in to advanced auto because I couldn t get any help from my dealership. My check engine light came on after a visit to my dealership for a recall issue. They gave me an appointment for a week later and wouldn t look at my vehicle right then. Advanced auto checked my vehicle which took all of 5 minutes and fixed the problem which was caused by my dealership. Advanced auto did not even charge me for their service. I would recommend advanced auto to anyone who wants honest and professional workmanship.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service! Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within an hour of dropping my truck off to get the AC repaired, he called me with a price on parts and labor to get my AC blowing cold again and he had it ready in the same afternoon! Picked up my truck and it's never blown colder air! Thanks for the quick service! My AC needed a new fan and they were thorough enough to check pressure and freon level and recharged it accordingly. I read a few comments about their being rudeness in this business first I would like to say the owner isn t bad as some people tried to make him out to be we all have different way of talking or carrying ourselves I went in today 1-9-23 for a brake and lamp inspection which is a time consuming ordeal. I spent alot of the time there interacting with different staff and the owner as well. We talked about their time spent with their racing team and his son he was informative and interacted with me fine without being rude or disrespectful and I know I talk alot. The guy that did my inspection was awesome and fun to be around it almost felt as if I were in a family s garage having a regular day. Another thing I would like to mention is cost you seriously cannot beat their prices or quality needless to say I would most definitely come back and recommend people to this shop thank you again everyone there ! I had a brake light out which could have failed my inspection instead they fixed it on the spot no headache or hassle

The Dodge dealer wanted $1900 to replace the radiator and the oil sending unit both leaking and barely out of warranty on a 2020 Dodge Challenger Dave made the repairs in less than 48 hours and saved me nearly $1000Now I m a life long loyal customer!Thanks Dave

If you need official brake and light adjustment certificates, this is the place. I called several mechanics before one gentleman told me to call Advanced Auto & Smog. I called and spoke to Dave. He let me know they do the brake and light adjustment certificates first thing in the morning. They were done within an hour. Overall, I was satisfied with their service and the workers there were friendly as well!

Great service diligently looked for my problem, found it, researched it and fixed it! Although it was an expensive repair on my Lexus RX350, it was well worth knowing and having a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced mechanic fix it. I m certain the dealer would have charged more. Took my 2007 chrysler 300 to advanced after being recommended. They were able to quickly diagnose the electrical issue. Dave said that my engine was a unicorn kinda so I would have to source my own part as he had no supplier. He did not even charge me for diagnosis and said come back and he'd add it to repair bill. After looking I sourced a part took it to them they installed it and my car is good as ever. I would recommend advanced auto to anybody needing a fair and honest shop.

Had an issue with wiring in my ignition control harness, along with the ignition coils and spark plugs. They got me in and got my car fixed at a very reasonable price. I originally took my car to firestone and they totally tried robbing me, Advanced auto was able to fix what firestone said they couldn t. Dave is very friendly and will give it to you straight and honest. I m never taking my car to another mechanic ever again, advanced auto and smog is the way to go.Service: Electrical repair

I have used Advance Auto off and on for the last 15 to 20 years the service my car when it was under warranty and they service my car now that it's not under warranty my car is a 2004 PT and they have kept it running beautifully I've had no problems since they have serviced it they do an excellent job they're friendly and very reasonable I highly recommend them it's a very busy shop and you have to make an appointment but it's worth it a lot of people complain about what it looks like on the outside but I don't care they do a good job and keeping my car running and in tip top shape

I was told by dmv that I needed my car to have a light and brake inspection in order to get my tags. I called this business last minute to see if they could do the inspection ASAP and I was able to have it inspected the very next day!! They were so quick and so professional! I was able to get my tags and insurance just in time to give my daughter the car as a gift for her birthday!!! We are very happy! Thank you!!Service: Brakes
