This place is a joke, $600.00 dollars to replace two down stream o2 sensors.. another shop did it for 150.00 and explained how on this car very easy to get too. Never go to this place they are crooks.

William is so respectful and honest with his customers. Anytime I have a car issue he is my go to. I trust him and I know that every time I go to work Bobby done right I have never had issues with him. I love this place especially coming from a woman.

Owner willy is a joke. They take their sweet time getting your car fixed and charge you more money for "problems" you didn't have without letting you know. Go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars. Price gouging.

I took my car to them a year ago for an oil leak and I had to take the car back to them 3 times because there was an obvious leak still and they didn t clean the cover like they said they would. Now I have a slow leak and took it to someone else who said they didn t replace the oil gasket, they just sealed it.

Just want let the people know that if your looking for exaust repair muffler delte ethic this is place to come this guy has cheapest prices in valley just ask around and compare big difference and great work and exellent mechanics highly recomend them owner is a really nice guy i live in avenal and i travel here to visalia to get my work done well worth it god bless and keep up good prices bro thank you

Willy is our go to mechanic on both our cars. We have a 2003 Avalon and a 2004 Lexus 330. He has the best prices around and is always honest (which is very important) and friendly. Left my car here for 4 days because my check engine light kept coming on and my car kept over heating. They could not find anything Wrong. Now my car is completely hot when I just turn it on and need to put in shop again.

Bro this place, maaannnn, this place right here is the best right here. They rebuilt my whole engine for cheap. Most places I asked wanted about 3000-4000 and they did it for 2. They produce good work and I appreciate how quickly they got everything done. It took 1&1/2 weeks because the parts took a minute to ship in. Overall I consider A&L a 10/10

Brought my car to have them help install the coilovers that I bought, they didn t work on it until it was almost time to closed up and rushed it. For approximately an hour and a half I can see them standing and conversing around. About 30 minutes before closing 3 coils were installed and then they had locked the spring seat on my coilover and brought it to me and said, It came like that. NO! I always checked my parts before I take it to the mechanic. So 3 of my coilovers was leveled except one, it was slammed. Another thing they damaged the lip on my car. I was so fed up with they re service I just wanted to leave. So save yourself the trouble and money, don t go to this shop for service. These guys are scammers. Luckily my mechanic wasn t available and if I had known, I wouldn t have wasted my time and money on them. I wouldn t recommend them.

Lousy Auto Shop. I took my car in to get the noise fixed on my car and they gave it back to me 3days later with the same noise and try to lie and say I had a engine light on. Very poor service !!! Save your money and time and don t do your bussiness here they will rip you off..Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Didn't hate it just Willie the owner kept saying going to work on my truck and erpt putting me off it's still sitting thier on the street after a week and a half usually does a great job but not this time sat Nov 20 2021

I really dislike this place. I went one time to get an oil leak fixed. promised they can do same day. waited 4 days and still haven't done it so I took my car back because I had work. long waits, but it is cheap. I wouldn't come here unless you have time to waste

STEALS and SWAPS PARTS !Laziest work ive ever seen!!!I replaced rims and tires but couldn't remove the front driver rim.. took my car to get the rim taken off and replaced the axel there as well.My whole engine is hanging so low after returning from A&L, I dented and cracked the oil pan on a SPEED BUMP! Other parts underneath are now unfairly damaged.Looking under the hood, new open spaces are very abvious .Im a young female with no experience with automotives in any way besides pouring coolant and checking oil.. the basic maintenance procedures..I took my (first car) 2001 Audi a4 Quattro there for a used transmission replacement. The first time ever getting work done at A&L.It took almost 3 months. They're 'reason' -ordering a different transmission, due to failure with the one they suggested. That happened twice. In other words it took 3 transmissions to find one that works....My vehicle was finally handed back to me and It wasn't long to realize my gas cap was cut from the holding string. And the holder for the cap (on inside of the tank lid to hold the cap while pumping gas) was missing .And there was a HUGE bump on the front passenger floor board.The list goes on.So disgusted by it I'm just going to trade my carDon't have the mechanical education to be playing hide and seek to figure out what else they messed up.

When I take my car to A&L Muffler I always get great customer service always told straight up what's wrong with my car no games they tell you what's wrong what's needed you do what you got to do and your car is ready to go and I never go back with the same problem you're awesome
