If you re looking for honest and professional work while on a budget. This is the place! They never hit you over the head with an outrageous prices. They re always quick and efficient.

Another place (more popular brand name in La Puente) put balances on my tires during a routine maintenance then told me it would take $700 to fix the control arms (making the problem then selling the fake solution). When I brought my car to this place, they were honest and told me that there was no problem with the control arms, the balances threw the car out of alignment, removed the balances, and charged me a service fee not even hitting $50. This place has earned my trust and I've been going here ever since (quite rare with this type of business).

Bryan was awesome! The shop employees are wonderful and polite and easy to talk to about your vehicles problems. Very honest and pricing is right on.The store though looked like it was straight out of the 70's.Dirty, shabby and unkept.They didn't seem to have much work. I believe this store is capable of much more revenue.The building looks out of place. Needs paint desperately. Outside, paint was faded and outdated. Signage is non existent.. I think. I couldn't tell if I was at the right shop.The mechanics area was clean and organized.Overall, I'm glad I stopped in.

Robert was very helpful and honest. I got my brakes inspected free of charge. Instead of trying to sell me, they were direct by informing me my brakes were still good and they did not need replacing yet. Robert was so nice and told me exactly what to look out for the next time I get my brakes serviced and gave me a demonstration on how brakes work using his shop models. I appreciated him teaching me. I ll definitely be coming here for all future automotive services.

I love this place. They always come through with good prices and timely professional work. I just got what I think is a great deal on a wheel alignment. I paid $159 dollars for three years of alignments. I get to come in every 6000 miles and get my wheels realigned. I am thankful to have such a great shop in my neighborhood..

Amazing service! Came in for brakes and an oil change. Robert was so kind and informative. He showed me my brakes and explained to me that in fact my brakes are fine, no service needed. Such kindness and honesty. He also gave me candy while I waited for my oil change Old school customer service. How a business should be thank you so much

One day I needed a tire due to a nail , so I looked up tire places near me and I decided to go here. Best decision ever... especially because I am a women and I've gotten lied to in the past on what needs to be done to my car. Well the owner Robert was very nice and so honest, he explained what was wrong with my car and actually showed me what was wrong with the engine models he has in the shop. That definitely educated me and made me feel that I can trust his word and work. His staff is friendly and does great work. Highly recommend this place

Robert walked me through my tire replacement process step by step. He did an awesome job explaining and showing me why I needed new tires as well as an alignment. He also was very patient with me during the tire selection process. The repair guy had me in and out in no time. I will definitely use them again. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Clearly the best place with the best and most honest owner/business man I have ever met. Robert is great person who I trust very much. I have sent him lots of business including my three daughters and their family. I usually will never recommend anyone unless I trust them 99.9-100 percent. Robert is one of the very, very few people. Give this place a try and you will see what I mean.

I m very disappointed at the work it was done on my vehicle, he replaced the ball joints with a cheaper version instead of getting original parts, the problem continued and I ended up taking it to another mechanic to put original parts and paying for the same service again. I had a leak that I pointed out to Robert s mechanic Brian and dismissed it so the steering wheel started giving me trouble and making noises because there was no fluid in the reservoir.

I've been coming here for many years and I have always been pleased with their Service. Robert and his team, Brian and Jonathan, are always helpful and friendly. They are all great, upfront and clear, no BS. As a woman, I know I will never be taken advantage of. So all men and women are in good hands hear at Discount Tires in West Covina

I took my '05 350z here today for what I was told by Firestone was a control arm issue where they would've charged me almost $900 for parts and labor. The guys at Discount Tire took 20-25 minutes to check out my front end tightened up the loose nuts and bolts that was causing the problem and said I was good, no need to replace any control arms. They definitely care about their customers and their cars and try to fix any problem the right way instead of trying to scam people like other shops. Definitely will be going here for any future problems and will be recommending them to anyone who asks about good shops.

had a screw in one of my tires, they removed it and because it wasn't leaking air it was no charge!!!! very nice & friendly staff.

I went in for my free tire rotation through my discount tires purchase contract and found out that the center had made the move to go independent from their former franchise; nonetheless, they honored my service free of charge and corrected some minor undercarriage damage without charge. Honorable service and a place I will assign some trust in the future.

MY HUSBAND AND I TAKE OUR VEHICLES HERE FOR YEARS NOW. ROBERT THE MANAGER/OWNER IS VERY HONEST TO US. WE'RE ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND PRICES. BRIAN ONE OF THE MECHANICS THERE IS GREAT TOO.

Really bad service, I went in for a simple tire patch and the owner said he couldn't do it. I wasn't going to argue so I just said ok that's fine and I left :) I don't believe in karma I more believe in a Just God that will take care of any injustice given on earth in due time.

Discount auto tires now is West Covina auto tires. And if it's possible to say this and it is this, this is a neighborhood store where the community buys their tires at this location. Ask for Robert or as for Brian both will give you quality service and a no nonsense price. Big thumbs up.

This place is hands down THE BEST! They have a great selection and EXCELLENT customer service. They don't try to up-sell you on things you don't need. And they always demonstrate thier expertise in explaining what you do need. I don't go anywhere else but here!

i went to discount tires talked to Robert about buying some tiresfor my 2014 scion xb and I bought 4 tires and got a alignmentfor $ 350.00 out the door only took 30 minutes Robert was great and the mechanics were awesome I highly recommend discount tiresJohn Kohlbatz
