I'll try to be nice...At the end of the day.. It comes down to $25 savings vs your sanity/health. Unfortunately you can't have both!Believe me, I was aware that I was in a Walmart. My mistake was not evaluating the shopping vs servicing difference. Shopping at Walmart is short lived experience, however servicing on the other hand is totally different ball game.In conclusion... Yes, they'll change your oil, but the $25 savings is questionable once you consider the complications that will follow on your mental health after "THE EXPERIENCE".

It's a great place for oil change . Staff are friendly. If you want to change oil for cheap. This is a good place. Average wait time is 1 hour. Prices are so economical. Give your car for service, go for shopping . All in one at one stop shop. Thumbs up for the place.

Horrible yes its cheap but unprofessional. You will be there for hours for one tire even with appointment. No one claims responsibility for their failure. Not worth it.

My car killed the battery took the dead battery to the Walmart Auto care spot and Thank goodness that I paid for the extended warranty on the battery and it was replaced with no problems Thank you Walmart Auto Care for been so Professional.

2nd time replacing car battery. 1st one lasted me over the warranty time. Everything was done fast and efficiently and dealt with very nice people .

Great customer service! Five stars ain't enough. They were so quick, efficient, and ready at my appointment time scheduled when I arrived. I got a great price for 4 brand new tires and the installation for my 2020 kia soul. I will recommend to ALL my friends and family to come here for GREAT tires & FANTASTIC service in the auto department.

I had a good experience with tire installation. They were quick and polite. A minor inconvenience was that my car was reeking cigarette smell, maybe the person who parked it just got back from his smoke break. I would still give 5-stars for the actual work.

I bought tires online using my Capital One E Walmart card so I got points and purchased great tires online and scheduled the appointment for installation right before ordering them. You pick the time and location. I was in and out within 40 min. It was great. And the price of the tires with installation was amazing.

Walmart auto care centers are the worst times of my life. I've waited 4 hours for a tire rotation. And i was told it would be 7 hours if i wanted an oil change. Ive also been the first customer and been told that I get tires rotated without an appointment. Everytime I've ever gone its an ordeal. Id rather pay twice as much to get it done in a timely manner.

They are short on staff. But they got me out really fast. Handled the situation with urgency. Got me out on my way so I can get to work on time. Thank you Maria Javier And Aaron. I will definitely Come back again Come back again.

Came in at 11:30 was the second car in line, oil change was done by noon. Full synthetic oil change for about $50, what a great deal.

Enjoyable experience as always. Stopped by after work, 5pm 'ish, to get something to eat before I went class. Got 2 double doubles animal style. Like always they hit the spot & tied me over til I got home at 10:30p. The drive through wait time was minimal.

Bad part is that it is really hard to get a phone call into this place. I came in and got an oil change was called once job was done. Was able to pay and leave. I had to come back after a week because oil started to drip. I guess according to the tech it was excess oil. Does not leave me feeling to confident in coming here the next time. I only did it out of convenience. I had a friend that worked at a Walmart auto center and I did well. I can only guess that each Walmart would give you different service.

When I got there after 5, they were short staffed. But the gentleman helping me was extremely polite and professional. He told me it could take up to 2 hrs however it was finished before the 2 hours. AND he even cleaned my windshield twice. Customer service alone I rate 5 stars.

Great prices, slow/lackluster service. Do yourself a favor and check on your car every 15-20 min if you ve been waiting awhile. The last 3 visits they had me waiting for 20+ min after the car was finished, because nobody bothered to notify me, even when waiting right there at the auto center. I even had to go get my keys from a mechanic and back my car out of the service area, because nobody could be bothered with pulling my car out when it was done. Everybody seems nice there so I don t go off, but there s a pattern of inconsiderateness that s extremely frustrating. Gotten worse lately.

Oil changes, tires batteries are done there, reasonable prices if you get them online will install the tires.

Amazing experience, I won t be going anywhere else. Hector was an absolute pro courteous, professional, quick, just all around great. I was in and out in no time at all and the process was totally painless. Left shoe & hand marks on my Lexus SUV, I cleaned with wipes.Only 1 car ahead of me, & one car behind me. I walked around and returned after an hour.I'm...Waiting?!?! Why a "2 hr oil change"? As the mechanic kept my SUV in bay. Then I saw two mechanics on my SUV. One then changed oil in the sedan behind my SUV. Later, he pulls BOTH autos out of the bay, oil change completed! Waited patiently and observing... Left shoe and hand marks on my SUV, I cleaned with wipes.

The oil change service here in my opinion is affordable, fast and friendly. I've been coming here for a little over a year and I've never encountered an issue. I usually spend no more than an hour here if I come between 8A.M. and 10A.M. And they have a nice little waiting room with seating and t.v. while you wait.I normally purchase the Pit Crew Oil Change which is only $19.88.And includes, up to 5 quarts of conventional motor oil (5W-20, 5W-30 or 10W-30), a new oil filter, chassis lubrication (where applicable), battery performance check and tire pressure adjustment as needed. Such a value if you're looking for something economical. Give them a try!

Staff is great, friendly and approachable. However I average almost 2 hours for all the times I've been going there, from oil changes to tire repair and rotations. So staff is great, but service time is lacking for simple tasks.

Ordered tires online, picked up at the store, the staff were friendly, didn't try to push their own services on us. Quick and painless, we were in and out with our new tires in less than 10 minutes.

Took my car to get my headlight lights changed, service was fast but the headlight died a week later! I opened my hood to my car only to find a screwdriver (which was left in the hood of my car ) and the light bulb was installed incorrectly! Had to go out a rebuy a new light bulb which was really frustrating because I wasted money! I usually take my car here for oil changes, but after this experience, I'm hesitant to trust the employees again......

My tires need rotating, my oil need's changing you can't beat the price here in azusa,the staff is knowledgeable, these guys here are very very well trained and educated in their stuff. I am impressed by Walmart's philosophy of training.Did you know that about Walmart, higher standards of training. Excellent service .You guys will always have my business.

Always go to Upland Walmart for oil change never have they said we don t have your filter type so can t oil change your Prius.Get to Covina. We don t have Prius filters and haven t had them in a while.Call before you go or don t go at all.
