Highly recommend Trojan Tires.I recently took my car in for an oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. The service was fantastic! The staff were friendly and professional, and they got me in and out quickly. No waiting around for hours! They did a quick check-out and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back for future service.Pros: Quick and professional service. No wait time. Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable price

Honest and trustworthy! This morning I went to Trojan because I was recommended by a friend. I told the owner what was my issue with my car. He drove it and looked at it and told me take it to the dealer because he was 100% sure it was covered under my warranty. I'm a woman and was already nervous to take my car by myself thinking I was going to pay alot. It was covered under my warranty so he saved me money! His wife is wonderful also! Thank you so much!

Total highway robbery! This ppl steal from the community, they take advantage of the people because we don t know about car mechanical issues, and this guy charge me almost $700 to change 4 ignition coils and the 4 spark plugs when I talk to a friend of mine who is a mechanic ; he said basically that the four pack of ignition coils shouldn t even be more than $90-100 ! The owner there I think they re Lebanese or something he said something about my lower control arms were bad. I need to come back and bring my car at my leisure; so I left I started figuring my next move and before I had to take a trip to Tijuana, I went over to see him and I just wanted to confirm if it was safe to take the trip to Tijuana with the lower control arms bad, he s exact words were you can drive the car like that forever the only problem is you re going to wear out your tires every 2-3 months. I took my vehicle to Hesperia with my mechanic friend. He lifted up the car just how they lift up the car right there at Trojan tires (a couple weeks prior) and it was obvious that the axle on the passenger side was really damaged, ( even an unexperienced person could have made the call) the Lebonese guy never said anything about the axle he never mentioned that if the axle breaks I can get killed on the freeway, that guy is a thief!!! He doesn t care about people, and all he cares about is money he and his wife are a couple of leeches in this community ! people beware single mothers that don t have anybody that can help DO NOT go to that a-hole unless you want to get robbed. Always get a second opinion / google the parts , call AutoZone for parts prices do not take his word for it! I did, and it cost me an arm and a leg

I ve been coming here for years and have brought many different vehicles for both tire service and maintenance. The owner and techs are honest, reliable and will tell you things like it is. I drive here from LA because their pricing and service are amazing. I highly recommend for any of your auto needs.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I had a nail in my front passenger tire and ended up getting that fixed along with an oil change!!! Mechanic was quick with the work and checked all my tires! The beautiful lady that works the front has a gorgeous positive energetic personality. Fair prices! In and out within 30-40 min!

Great people, unbeatable prices, real honest mechanics. Never been pushed to purchase anything from them. Had them install new wheels and when I flopped and forgot to get aftermarket lugs that would fit the wheels they graciously waited for me to run over to auto zone and get the correct lugs with no additional charge despite taking up their lift for an additional 30 minutes. They even offered to give me a ride! Owner and mechanics are all car enthusiasts and great fun to talk to. If there's anyone that deserves your loyalty as a customer, it's them.

I feel like the workers here are dishonest. I brought in a Tesla model Y tire to be fixed. Had a hole in the tire that I tried to fix myself but the plug wasn't holding. I wanted a patch since they are more reliable than plugs. The worker told me he would look at the tire and see if it could be fixed. He quickly returned the tire to me claiming he fixed it with another plug. When I asked why he didn't patch, he gave me a story about it not being worth the time. As I was leaving he said there was no warranty and if it leaked again I would have to buy a new tire. I get home and audibly hear air leaking from the tire. In a hail Mary I decided to try and plug the tire myself. So far so good.Feel like these guys just conned me out of $20 and didn't try to fix the problem. For $20 I'm not going to waste my time for a refund, but I won't be coming back here and wouldn't recommend this tire shop to anyone.

Trojan Tires are ABSOLUTELY the friendliest and most helpful in going out of their ways to help their customers.I just got Costco Michelin tires that were rated for 65k miles, but two out of the 4 tires went BALD within a year at 8k miles. I went back to Costco to get them to honor the warranty but they are so bad at responding to me, and would not have an appointment for me until 3 months out.I took my car to Trojan Tires because of the great Yelp reviews, and they took amazingly good care of me. I brought my car in, explained my situation, and they jumped onto a call with Michelin tires right in front of me and asked about the warranty. All I needed to do was to supply evidence of rotation for every 5k miles (per the warranty requirements) which I had to grab from home. I emailed the paperwork to Trojan Tires and they got it taken care of painlessly just by email! As soon as Michelin approved the warranty replacement (took a day or two), I brought my car back in. I spent no energy in this process whatsoever. I was so grateful.The new 2 tires would have cost me $500 but they got Michelin to honor their warranty and I just needed to pay 10% of the cost of the new tires. They prorated how much "life" I've used in my tires. It was about 10% of the life. So, $500 reduced to $50. $50 to replace my tires. Wow. I am forever only bringing my car in for my tire needs, alignment needs, balancing needs here.This review is long overdue but seriously, I can't thank them enough for helping me out. You've gained a customer for life.

I had a flat tire today, cost me $150(after tax) to replace a new tire. I called many place that they dont have the same size tire for Tesla Model 3. The owner also offer me $30 for a patch, but I know my tire was bad so I decided to just change a new one because it's a good price. I highly recommend this place

Trojan tires is my go to for everything pertaining to my baby (my Camry) ! Let me tell you this family is the best! The husband knows EVERYTHING! He is so knowledgeable with all cars and finds and fixes the problem right away! He never fails me! Recently I ve been having problems with my car from my car making a noise (he knew exactly what is was) to needing a new tire to my check engine light on to my oil changes I go to this place for it all and the pricing is extremely reasonable and worth every penny knowing the problem will be fixed right! The wife is awesome she makes the place run smoothly! I m very happy I found this place for my car needs, I m a girl I don t know this stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

The Owner/lead mechanic is rude & the service is horrible. I spent over $800 for services in one visit just to return back to this shop for more maintenance on the same initial issues. Unprofessional in how they communicate with customers & will overcharge if they feel you re not knowledgeable of labor/parts for vehicles. They wouldn t even apply hose clamps while after the replaced parts under my hood. Don t waste your time because I can promise you, will come back multiple times scam

Their Honest professionals and I have been going there for years because my friends from One and All Church San Dimas go here. They have fixed a few cars and when I refer people their happy.It is a family owned business and They have NEVER sold me any part that I didn't need. The mechanic will give suggestions and say you can always fix it later. I like to get my oil changed here because even if the oli change is 20.00 more they look over everything to make sure nothing is breaking in your car and at other mechanics it is 75.00 just to look. Esp. during the summer I have them look at my tires, hoses, and radiator BEFORE it breaks. I will Never go anywhere else. Quality work. 5 stars and they don't take advantage.

Always do a great job. Super honest. I ve actually brought my car in for things and the owner will tell me I don t need it and to save my money. My two kids now drive their cars to him and we are 22 miles away. It s nearly impossible to find an honest mechanic who isn t trying to take advantage of a female customer. So thankful to have found this business. Highly recommended.

Great experience! I called in to ask about bringing my car in to have my brakes changed and inquired about bringing my own replacement brakes. I was given a fair quote and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you!

Don't get new brake pads installed here. I got them replaced and a couple days later they began making a screeching sound. I went back and was told that it was normal and that the sound would dissipate with time. It got worse and they told me the disc rotor would need to be resurfaced for an additional cost of $400. I decided not to go back and took my car to another shop where they informed me the brake pads that were installed were the cheapest quality you can purchase. Funny the owner of Trojan tires mentioned they were high quality just to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to not only install cheap brake pads but too also NOT resurface the rotor discs which should have been included with the installment. Every other tire shop mentioned the resurfacing is always included when putting in new brake pads. This shop doesn't and takes advantage of customers who complain about the sound that have no knowledge about the repairs being made.

Once again Trojan tires has done it again!!! I've been here for fresh new tires and got a great price for mounting and balancing and today I was hooked up with a new starter. I called another shop in Covina and got a price of $450 with starter and installation. Which i was like ok, but i called Trojan, and they gave me a price for 350! I am so glad to have saved $100 but more impressive..I dropped it off at 1pm and by 330 by man Nadim was done. I love Rania and her great attitude!! This whole shop is awesome!!!! If you need anything done with your cars, I recommend this place!!!

I now know why they are highly recommended, The mechanics here are Amazing I've come to get tires at what I found to be the cheapest price far and wide trust I've searched. I've broke a control arm miracle workers had me the very same day even inspected the vehicle thoroughly without hesitation. Oil changes within 15-30 minutes. I honestly do my own basic necessities with my vehicle but I trust coming here and allowing them to fix even the simplest things because they are good. Very good at that, I have trust issues about getting ripped off or a mechanic thinking I don't know what he's talking about but you don't get b.s here. Go, don't be afraid, decent price, great work, and straightforward responses no gimmicks, no b.s, tell em Tristan sent you, this is my go to mechanic for all my automatic maintenance.

These guys are the best. Took care of car so quickly and efficiently. My car's alternator went bad. At first , I was considering taken my car to Pep Boys but after reviewing people's comments about it I decided to take my car here at this place. Best choice ever! They make you feel like family. They totally appreciate your business. . . Highly recommended! As for my car it runs beautifully FX 35 Infinity

I drove 200 miles from the Central Coast just to come to this shop. Rania and Nadim are a great team, I trust them with my car repairs and so does my family... I would drive any distance to have my car worked on by this family owned business!!! Love their honesty and service! My mechanic forever!!! You want or need an honest mechanic? Look no further, Nadim is your man!!!

I went to get my brakes done and nadim inspected them and let me know my back brakes were still ok but my fronts were bad. So within an hour the job was done and the squeakyness was gone. His wife is super friendly and funny. Makes the time go by fast. They make u feel welcomed. Great work great prices and honest advice. My kind of place. Thank u nadim

Fast , friendly and for REAL!This is the ONLY automotive place I have ever been to for service that I left feeling GOOD!They greet you, listen to you, tell you what s up and then get you back on the road in no time and still have money in your pocket!Definitely going back in 3000 miles!
