I never write reviews, but this place was awful. This is my first time ever picking up a Tesla model Y and I get there it s raining so I wasn t able to inspect the car very well. As I m going into the center, I see one of the Tesla service members go out to my car and leave the trunk open multiple times during the rain. He gets into the car and does some type of inspection. I m not sure what he did. After I go into the center and at the front desk, there are a bunch of young people who seem very inexperienced to dealing with customers. I signed all the paperwork and get my keys for the car and go out to check the car but since it was raining, it was very hard to see any possible scratches or issues with the car. However, I did notice some big gaps between the door, panel and car at the time. I end up driving home and then I cleaned the car up just so I can look over everything. I end up finding big scratches on the rear trunk of the car, But it gets even worse where I find that someone had scratched their initials into the door frame above my window on the driver side. I just scheduled a service so we ll see how it goes but so far I m very disappointed. I wouldn t recommend that anyone pick their Tesla from this place. Also, since since it was raining, I didn t want to get my carpet messed up and they put a paper mat on the driver side. I had some family with me and I didn t want my carpet getting messed up since it was so wet outside so I asked for some more paper mats and the young lady I spoke with told me that the service center said no. At this point I m very frustrated since I just spent over $45,000 on a Tesla, So I told her to tell the service Member to come out and tell me why he can t give me some paper. After this, the young lady decides to go to the service center and get the paper that I originally asked for. The experience was very frustrating and there is definitely some shady stuff going on at this Tesla center. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.

Took my Model X in for service and was hit with a $12,500 estimate for repairs. Simple repairs that make no sense being that expensive to fix. My vehicle is out of warranty so it was going to come out of pocket. The technician also broke the bottom window trim and just left it on passenger seat instead of fixing. Terrible experience all around. Never buying a Tesla again.

Came in not sure whether we would purchase a Tesla or not and within a few hours we drove home in our new model Y! It was such an easy process and we were helped by Hector & Julian who were both fantastic. Very happy and grateful for our new Tesla.

Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad service in this location. I scheduled a repair/service for my Tesla Model X. I was trying to arrange a loaner car before the appointment. They told me it's based on a first come first serve for loaner car so I booked my appointment on March 14th at 7 am. When I arrive they told me my car doesn't qualify for loaner car because it was out of warranty.... I requested to speak to a supervisor, his name is Ryan Matthes, I showed him the message I got from Tesla App. He told me about my car very nonchalantly. There is no way to get a loaner car, so you have to take a taxi home or ask family and friends to pick you up. He didn't care about the customer's feelings at all. He just said that this is their policy, and they have no choice. Otherwise, you will have to make another appointment. From his language, I can feel his discrimination against us Asians. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY.

Guest care and support are absolutely key for developing trust and comfort, especially when deciding on making a big purchase! Sam N. and Mark B. are great staff members. In particular, I want to give the most gigantic shout out to Mark, who is beyond a doubt one of the the most customer care-oriented people out there. Mark went above and beyond in patiently understanding my situation and did his best to support my needs. If you get to work with Mark, consider yourself very lucky and get prepared to be taken care of extra well.Thank you Mark, Sam, and Sam (manager) for being solid, honest people and caring for your customers!

I never in a million years thought I d own a Tesla, but when I was put in the position of needing a new car, I went to the West Covina Tesla location with much apprehension. I then met Hector, someone who would fully change the way I view vehicles and my personal safety. I am the type of person who isn t inherently a car person, but Hector was so patient over 2 months of me deciding and asking questions (yes, I know that s a long time and Hector is a literal saint for dealing with that). Today, I took home my new Tesla and Hector was there to celebrate with me and have a whole photoshoot. I truly could not be happier that I purchased a Tesla, and I know that if it wasn t for Hector s unbelievable customer service, I probably would not be driving a Tesla today. THANK YOU HECTOR!!!

Their service center was nice, they don t have super charger stations. While I was waiting, I wanted check how the cyber truck, And, a guy in front of the displayed model didn t show us inside of it. I saw it was opened 10 minutes before I asked..

Such a horrible experience at this service center. Made an appointment due to recall services and other issues at noon. Waited for couple of hours and then the advisor, Joshua just told me they were going to do investigation after 4 hours waiting. I was mad and requested picking up my vehicle immediately and he let me wait for another 2 hours to get my car. During 6 hours waiting, I saw other clients finished their services within an hour but they kept me waiting for 6 hours for nothing. DONT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. Such a JERK!!

This was the worst car deals we have ever encountered, and here's our experience. We purchased a car at the beginning of March, and just two days later, there was a promotional event. So, we went to inquire if we could also benefit from the same promotion. During our interaction with the store's employees, a female employee with the last name Lin suddenly became extremely angry and, in front of us and our child, slammed her mouse and computer. This affected my child badly, leaving them in a very upset state. I plan to go to the store tomorrow to negotiate, insisting that she be fired and compensate us for our losses.

Today I went to this dealership looking for used vehicles, and was greeted by Sophie who was incredibly nice and told us about the used car system & how they keep used vehicles off the lot (Tesla, why???). She tried to tell us about new vehicles, but we were frustrated about not seeing the vehicles we had our eye on, so I left to try and hunt down the used teslas, but we ended up calling back and reaching Kacper who gave us some help with crunching numbers over the phone, and walked us to a conclusion that a new vehicle would be competitive price-wise with a used. So we ended up going back, checking out the new vehicles and after answering all our questions we ended up buying a new Model Y! Outside Josh also helped us answer a bunch of questions about maintenance. Thank you Sophie, Kacper and Josh for all your help and being so nice the whole time! Great experience & would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This service center is horrible. I got my Model X on Dec 9th, 2023. My wife experienced a brake failure while she was driving on the freeway on Dec 12th, 2023 around 9 a.m.. I called the customer support and towed the car to Tesla West Covina for diagnosis. What happened after that really shocked me. When I checked the repair progress in my Tesla App, they described the incident by stating my wife hit a rock which enable several alters. They made false statement about what happened and the reason why I brought my Model X to the service center. IT WAS A BRAKE FAILURE !!! THE BRAKE DID NOT WORK WHILE MY WIFE WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY. I ALSO STATED IT WAS A BRAKE FAILURE WHEN I WAS SPEAKING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE! Fortunately, the speed was low and she was able to finally stopped in the emergency parking area. I want to receive an apology from Tesla for the false statement that they made to my wife's incident.

After receiving my car from service . I received my vehicle with the undercarriage half off . Missing a bolt, one half tightened , and a broken bolt stuck In the threads . Now they re trying to charge me $250 for a problem they caused

This Tesla dealer is like a trap. I am wondering how Tesla allow them to represented with Tesla. I stopped by on Tuesday, the sales rep said I paid $250 down to hold my order, and I can change to other model before delivery and won t loss money. But since I paid $250, I can t get any piece of paper, email, messages. Everything just verbally, and I can t find the sales rep! Someone answered me and denied everything. Can t believe a Tesla dealer running business like that. They are tricky and convince you to pay the down payment, after that, nobody answer!!!

When you drop off the Tesla, then make sure to ask the service people what they are doing today. Call them to confirm the item is arriving before bringing your vehicle to do services. I dropped my Model Y, after I got home, one hour, they said it is complete, but when I called them then they said the parts had not arrived yet, so I needed to reschedule.

Don t go there to get serviced. Went there to get wheel alignment because my new y Steering wheel is not straight. One female(I don t even want to write her name ) drove it for 1 min and said that everything is fine I ll give you an article that says about steering wheel. Now I have to pay $250 to do alignment at different locations.

My 3rd tesla and you would of figured I have learned my lesson. This is the last straw though as I took delivery of my tesla model y performance. The panels were not aligned and spoiler almost fell off discovered within days after delivery. 67k car and this is what you get. It's really a F joke. To make the matter worse, I brought my car to the west Covina service center to get car "readjusted" I was dealing with a bunch of incompetent reps who obviously needed class room training for communication, service attitude and just common sense. I wonder how management even interviewed these folks. Wow. One guy who thought he had an iQ of einstein said to me. 'You didn't buy a tesla for quality, you bought it for the technology" uhhhhh the nerves and steel balls this guy had is unfathomable. As if I went to purchase a big Mac I should be ok with it being cold just because it's McDonald's... tesla, stop hiring idiots! I'm not sad to say this but no more tesla for me as there are now plenty of other options

Schedule appointment and got cancelled next day said I didn t respond, but I told them at the beginning I said on the chat I want to bring the car in, before they sent the person to house but didn t completely done but they made up all the excuses never apologize look like not their problem

Had a great experience with the service team. Ashly was super helpful and always kept me updated. I ve used Porsche service before and this was just as good. The Tesla app was very helpful, it let me know the progress of the service work and estimated completion time. Now when do I get my Cyber Truck ?? Come on Elon.

My car is 49935 mile, and warranty is over at 50k, i hearing squeak noise from my car, noise go's on and off, service adviser test drive my car couldn't hear anything, and didn't want to take my car in, if u dont hear anything that doesn't mean the problem is not there, service team should of help people to find out where the problem is, this place is not helpful, better visit other services center

No loaner or uber credits provided for out of warranty cars even if the issue was caused by Tesla service in the first place. Go elsewhere.

For service enter on Juniper.Ashly was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful.They have a coffee and a water machine.Will take you home if your 8 miles away (this is not done by Tesla but a 3rd party)

The people work at service department who helping customers check-in are helpless. We got there on Monday around 1pm, everyone just stand around, we waited for 15 mins finally one of the service advisor come to us. Tesla should offer more training for everyone.

I had an appointment set for June 29th for 9:45 A.M for vehicle delivery defects that I found and reported within the 7 days/100 miles timeline . I abruptly got a TWO WEEK reschedule to July 13th 2023 literally two days out from my appointed day . This is absolutely unacceptable as I basically got blindsided in this regard and it ruined my whole planned schedule for that day . Their phone line doesn t work as no one picked up for either service or vehicle sales . Basically off to a horrible start with Tesla service .

THEY CHARGE $225/hr. AVOID!!!complete scammers beware. if you bring parts and ask for labor only they will double the total price by increasing labor almost 5x the amount. how does it make sense the total repair double if you bring in the parts and ask labor only?

After 105,000 miles, finally brought it in for a windshield repair. Never had an issue with the car. No major repairs and no maintenance. Will never go back to a gas car.
