They refuse to give any prices over the phone and require you to come in for any info. Big red flag. There's too many good shops in LA to deal with that.To me it means that either there prices are not competitive or they charge you based on what they think you can afford based on what you drive and how you look.I just don't have time to deal with pushy sales people and unclear pricing.And I'm sure the owner will respond with some lie about how the layout of the car matters, but I was just buying a box for my subwoofers to use with a home theater.

Moe totally got the job done! Went to get a head unit install yesterday and the steering wheel control wasn't working, took the car back today and they took it in without any hassles. Got the car back and I'm completely satisfied with their work. Definitely going back to get the speakers done!

The boys always have taken care of me. I ve brought in 6 cars over the years and I have never had a problem with them or their products. They are fair in their prices will always remember your face. I would recommend them over other shops in the area.

Second time coming here!! Quality products and quality service!! The owners are nice and Anthony is really good with explaining and helping customers out, he won t sell you garbage, he ll sell you quality stuff. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to everyone.

I wouldn't have mind the 850 they charged ,If my doors would have been installed the way they were. And then tell me im tripping when I mentioned not one issue but several.. my camera in the back is upside down. Terrible Terrible work. And the fact that my seats were forced back at a weird angle it bent a lil so its going to have to be fixed somehow. And all they can say is bring it in Monday.. now im gonna have to take off time from work for this. And why not pick up your mess after installation im Really disappointed with them. Go somewhere else. I should have

These guys were a huge help! Decided to install the speakers myself but when I needed some advice on doing the electrical they were more than happy to give me some pointers. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and got a great deal!Thanks again for the help!

These guys hook me up every time I come in. They help me piece my system together for my truck a couple weeks ago and did a fantastic installation, this time I came in for a system for the side by side. They gave me a great deal on one of the loudest kit systems available on the market at an outstanding price. I highly recommend this shop! Anthony is the man.

I have been dealing with Stereo USA for a while now. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and decided to put a system in my scion xb, nothing crazy, just an upgrade. The shop i went to promised a night and day difference...and long story short it was horrible. I randomly stopped into stereo USA to see if i could make it sound better, or switch speakers once again. Anthony stopped what he was doing, tuned my amp right there and made it sound twice as good, and gave me some options if i ever wanted it to sound amazing. I just brought my c6 corvette to them, wanting a more elaborate and higher end sound. I went in thinking i was going to annoy the crap out of them with all my demands...Anthony just smiled and said no problem, we can do whatever you want bro. And it was a lot, i wanted the subs facing forwards, had to be able to use my rear view mirror, and the targa still had to fit in the trunk. In less than a day, everything was finished, and beyond my expectations. I personally have never heard a system so clear and clean, and the custom box looks amazing!! I went in with high expectations, and they delivered beyond them in absolutely every aspect. Price lower than i expected to pay for the custom work, sounds better, and looks way beyond what i ever imagined would be in my baby. Anthony, seriously thank you so much bro!

Picked up my vehicle today after an all day install. Friendly, professional service, along with amazing deals. The pricing on my equipment, along with labor, were also unbearable (I know because I shopped around & compared). The manager, Anthony, also took the time to walk me through presets & settings!

My radio shut off out of no where and all I had was 40 dollars and they still helped me reset my radio. I will be coming back for their services highly recommended

Maybe a good price on same stuff. But terrible installation service. I pay for an alarm that I wanted and give me some time else's. Also, the instalation on the double din radio horrible they let me the stereo molding out and rear camera upside-down. Not worth it for the price and installation service.

I'm always treated right here! I've been coming here for years getting different cars done and the same ones updated with newer sound systems. The job is always done exceptionally! In the end, the wait is always worth it because it outcome is an overall working system and amazing sound!

We have taken our 30 foot motor home and a few cars here. We love the service. The owner always takes care of us and makes sure we purchase the right equipment. They have installed speakers, a stereo and alarms in several of our vehicles and have done a great job with everything. Recently they were done with a door speaker install and we noticed the window was not going up or down correctly. We immediately brought it to their attention and they determined the window motor was bad. They offered to replace it at no charge. The car is 16 years old, so it may have gone out on its own but they still took responsibility and replaced the motor at no charge. Great way to do business. I will keep bringing all my cars here. Bikes and Cars.. Best place ever.!!I started bringing my cars there and always happy with the experience they have.Paul and his team are very knowledgeable people. Then brought my bikes and very impressed with what they recommended. Prices are the best i found in town.Very affordable and best place to do business with. I consider myself very picky.. and these people meets my requirements..

Went in to get new head unit. A few days ago, I didn't do my research first and i got robbed. They charged me $799 for a unit that goes for $399. Ended up spending $1200 for about $700 worth of equipment and labor. Head unit wasn't even sturdy in my dash. I pushed the touch screen and the whole unit pushed in to the dash. Don't take their nice guy attitude as anything but a hustle. Avoid this place unless like paying almost double for your radio

Great experience. I drove all the way from Inglewood, Ca due to the amazing service I get every time I go though. They are always do a great job, on time, best prices and they appreciate return customers. Couldn t be more pleased.I purchased an amp, 10 sub, single din radio for my 2000 Mercedes E class and it sounds great.
