I spent a week going back and forth with part stores while this vehicle took up one of my racks. I emailed Reynolds and they gave me the exact part numbers I needed. Shipping did take a few days but I am in Alabama so to be expected. I was just happy to FINALLY have the correct parts for the vehicle.

Ana at Reynolds Isuzu is very responsive and friendly. Was helpful in confirming the correct OEM parts I needed and shipped them immediately after I placed the order. Plus, the prices are almost half of what I found at any dealership.

I had a great experience with Reynolds Isuzu parts department. I like that there are diagrams you reference when ordering parts online. I find this to be most helpful since I am new to ordering car parts.

Great place especially when Jack Carter who knows a lot and is on point with customer service. I bring my wife's 2014 Lacrosse for service and it's a great place especially when you're waiting for your vehicle.
