This place should be called half a** muffler. Went there to have a muffler installed. The factory muffler was single in and dual out which merged back into single about a foot past the muffler. The new muffler, which I provided, was single/single out. Instead of cutting the Y out and making a new section they just twisted the tail pipe so one side of the Y would line up and welded it on the outlet (about 1 " of weld). Did not bother to at least cap off the other side of the Y. And now the tail pipe, exiting out the side of the vehicle, angled upwards 20* Instead of being level. Also putting it around a 1/4" away from the plastic trim on the bottom of the body panel. I couldn't even put the new exhaust tip on. He did cap it off and stick a bar in the tail pipe to bend it down a little after I went back and complained. Still wasn't really right.Nothing quality about their exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

Dishonest and the worst. I told the mechanic 3 TIMES that I wanted a MagnaFlow performance muffler for my 1997 sports car. When I picked up my car I asked the mechanic straight to his face, in the office in front of the other attendant if he installed a magniflow performance muffler. He said "yes". Before I left the shop, I turned on the car and I wasn't too thrilled about the sound of the muffler. A little deep with no definition. The next day I looked under my car and noticed that they installed a Street Max Muffler. Which is about $80 or less. When I called the office, I told the office attendant 3 times" I wanted a Magniflow performance muffler,' She kept replying " we did install a performance muffler. Then I talked on the phone with the mechanic, after the 4th time me telling him " I told you I wanted a MagnaFlow performance muffler, he finally responded "oh, you want the muffler to say MagnaFlow on it?' I've been having a hard time getting the Mechanic on the phone to remedy this problem. The morning I was waiting to get my muffler installed I noticed a customer was watching very carefully over the mechanics shoulder as he worked on his van. I thought that was odd. Not a great job and worst customer service ever. Just give the customer what he ask for and take a little pride. I could go on about a few other things but it's just ridiculous to over pay and get the worst service.

When you find a place that is honest and trustworthy, stick with it!!! I have and will with Quality Muffler until they give me a reason not to. I have had several big jobs done by them on multiple vehicles and all have been expertly done at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend them!!!!

A bad start to a great finish!I went in to get a muffler replaced because the baffles were bad in our current one. He have me the estimate, I agreed and came back to pick up the vehicle later. When I picked it up, it sounded horrible. I was unable to deal with it that day.I brought it in the next business day and they fixed it in 20 minutes!Thank you Quality Muffler!

Never coming back!!Did a bad job welding. Leaks Everywhere! Spend $100's on a Wicked Flow Exhaust. But I cannot enjoy it without exhaust leaks.Been there a few times to get work redone or replaced but the welder doesnt weld properly. Tack welds and welds has alot of Porosity and Holes when tries to weld over tacks.Top it all off my EXHAUST are uneven, one sticks out long then the other and not leveled with other.Will NOT recommend to ANYONE unless want GAS LEAKS, EXHAUST LEAKS AND unsatisfied work.

This place is misleading and offers counterfeit mufflers as the OEM brand. Be mindful of this imposter place of business before you spend your hard earned American dollar.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This place is great. Felipe is very knowledgeable and honest. I've been taking my cars to this place for over 4 years and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this place

If I could leave 0 stars I would the guy was in a rush did a horrible jobs on the welds actually had a exhaust leak he did the job in 20 mins rushed it and it came out awful and took advantage of me because I am a minor do not recommend this place at all and over priced
