Definitaly, I will give five stars to Terry and Princes Auto because I was so happy to get my new SUV with a good deal. Terry spent a lot of time to find the SUV I expected and also gave me some greatful suggestions. He was very patient and professional in answering the questions I had. Of course, he made the whole purchasing procedure easy and convenient. You will save a lot of time and avoid the headache matter. I am strongly to recommend Terry and his team if you want to buy a new car.

With this crazy market price right now for new and used car. Is very difficult to find the one you like at a good price. But yet, Prince Auto did not let me down. Terry are so nice and professional about auto. He help me find the one I like at a good price and I m so in love it. Terry also walk me through all the needed for documentation! Definitely come back for my next car and will recommend to friends and family.

Terry did a great job helping to find exactly what we were looking for, in the timeframe we needed, and at the price & terms he committed to. I valued his work in coordinating door to door delivery and could tell that he has strong relationships with dealers that in turn enabled him to follow through on what he said he could do for us. Will definitely start with Terry again for our next vehicle search and recommend him to our friends in similar position.

Everyone who is looking for a new car should already known that the market is getting crazy. So many dealerships add crazy amount to the price. I almost gave up to find a new car after meeting with several dealers and brokers. Bit at this moment I know Force. He helped get a great deal from Bmw. The final price is great especially at this special time. I even got some discounts without adding extra price. Force is very professional and patient. I highly recommend here if you are looking for a great deal!

REALLY amazing and smooth purchasing experience. Totally worth 5/5 stars. Terry is for sure professional and willing to help with any concern created in my mind during and after the purchasing. As a consumer not really understand the car specification and car market, I told Terry my demand and budget, he can always find the RIGHT car for me. Let Terry know your needs and he will find it for you, no nonsense or hidde fees. Picked me from airport and drove off from dealership in a few hours, it was a easy and pleasant experienc. Fees are very reasonable too.

Quick, easy way to get the car lease. Terry is very kind. I still have 4 months to finished my old lease. He help me deal with the dealer and avoid that 4 month payment. And the deal I got for my new lease is way cheaper that the dealer gives me. It s only take me 15 mins to finished all my paperwork and did the car return at the car dealer. Very convenient! !! they are so responsive and responsible! the service charge is very very reasonable. the person who is helping me from this auto place is very honest and very punctual. when he told me he would let me know if the car is available the next morning he texted me exactly at 12 the next morning. and he definitely tried to get me the cheapest price anyone could possibly get. the car is amazing! it s so shinny. they put a little card says sold on it in the car which was so cute. they also took nice pictures of me with the car. before i even got to mercedes, they were waiting there with all papers ready for me to sign.Service: Negotiation services
