Valeria was the girl that helped us she was nice.. I traded my ACURA 2020 mdx which was in GREAT conditions just serviced had just paid registration fee, to Upgrade supposdly to a NICE tesla MODEL X 2017. When we were doing paperwork Sergio tried to force anti -theft package and paint package onto us. We declined and they still insisted on us working with them so they can make a profit. My husband said why are you guys asking and then saying you have to charge us beacause according to them they had already put the sealant paint on car and done anti-theft.. My husband argued as false advertisement, and to not put a certain amount on car if it will not be that total at the end. We understand with tax fees it goes up but with all the packages they want to force you to pay the total goes up about another 5k. We agreed to just doing the paint sealant (which did not even look done on the car) but according to them it was already painted.. Fast fwd were home and we decide to drive out and my tire light is on. We take the Tesla that we had just purchased to the tire shop. It had a big NAIL and they had to do a temporary fix.. On top of this my spare key is not working and we are working on replacing the battery hopefully that is the only issue.* UPDATE FREDDY DID WANT TO HELP ME OUT THIS TIME. Told me to take it to Tesla to get tire fixed! as for key fob they would help me reprogram they said since the battery change did not fix issue. I was able to get my care a brand new Tire that plug in auto paid for which i do appreciate. Glad they took my safety into consideration and didnt leave me hanging. Still waiting for keyfob issue to be resolved ..Shawn told me he would call me as soon as they figure something its been 5 days. I feel better with this place after they took accountability just waiting on keyfob. Will update soon

My buying experience went very smoothly at Plug In Auto all thanks to REED. My man, if you're reading this, THANK YOU.Such a great guy. He had no problem handing me the keys to the car to check it out and let me take it on multiple test drives.I ended up buying the car and he even showed mehow to use the 4X4 system. I owe you a Yerba Mate next time I'm in town for sure! The finance manager Izzy is a tough negotiator but overall nice guy. He's firm but fair when talking numbers. It took us a while to come to an agreement but once we finally did, he explained everything and answered my questions honestly which helped the transaction move smoothly.Would I recommend this dealership? Short answer is YES.Long answer is: Do your own research and make sure you check the car out thoroughly and maybe bring your mechanic. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they sell lemons here, (they actually have very nice cars) but used car dealerships aren't professional mechanics and cannot be expected to know every little detail about the cars they're selling. Many used car dealers sell them "as is no warranty" which puts you in charge of inspecting the car.And yes, they do add markups on top of the advertised price, but don't freak out. It's a common practice for used car lots.Just do your research and decide if you're willingto pay for the extra protections.

I bought a Tesla model three from Nelson, great guy. Vito, The owner who I believe is the owner was the guy I was in contact with he s very nice. Everything was great. I ve had this Tesla for over a couple weeks now I m in love with the car and I couldn t be happier with this purchase. I can t thank them enough I didn t think I was gonna qualify but i did . Also, the closing procedures were done so quickly I was in and out of there with him an hour and a half thanks to ms Dee .

Walked in and was ready to run away with the initial out the door price. Sean was the man who kept me in the door and was willing to negotiate and compromise, great customer service and straight to the point. Do your homework and gather as many quotes as possible. If Sean hadn t been here I would have gone to another dealer. Glad we came to an agreement and were able to close the deal.

One of the best buying experiences I have had in my many vehicle purchases. They made us a very fair deal. George was patient and fantastic not pushy like most salesmen. Definitely would buy again from them.

Originally I was speaking to a sales manager online. Told me that they were willing to work with me despite my credit. I reaffirmed them that my income was MORE than enough to make the car payments. When arriving I spoke to a different person and it ended up being a different conversation. Was showed a pristine Model Y and then was showed a poorly cared Model 3 that was over 23,000 dollars in the asking price. Overall The allure of the place is enough to make you want to stop, but when considering the experience I had and reading the experience of others in the reviews, the place leaves a lot to be desired. In other words, look elsewhere!

I don't usually leave reviews; however, I hope this can save others the headache and hassle. I contacted Plug-In looking for a used Tesla. Ivan, one of the salesmen, was accommodating over the phone, and I let him know I was driving 40 miles to see a vehicle that just got into their inventory. I worked with a different salesman when I arrived, which started okay. However, when we were test-driving the vehicle, there was a cop car that pulled up alongside us. I asked the salesman if the plates were wrong or if the registration tabs needed to be displayed.Meanwhile, I was driving around 25mph, and the cop got side by side and looked directly at us in the vehicle The cop drove off because I smiled and gave a little nod. The salesman commented, "She probably said oh, it's just two white guys driving a Tesla . Otherwise, if that weren't the case, we would have been pulled over". I thought it was really inappropriate and otherwise unprofessional . But I liked the car and wanted to move forward with purchasing it.We sat down and started reviewing the paperwork and terms of the sale. He told me there would be a $4k charge for lo-jack and paint protection!?!?! AND THIS WAS NOT OPTIONAL. What a joke. He kept asking me how close I could get to that overall number, including these new exorbitant charges. So insane and infuriating! I kept telling him I was already at the top of my budget, not including this new $4k. Mid-conversation, I did a double take and realized he was wearing a vape hanging around his neck.Infuriating and terrible experience. Plug off.

Came to Plug In Auto just to look and found a great Tesla for a great price. Zach and Shawn were very helpful in explaining everything there is to know about the car with their expert knowledge. I was able to feel safe about my first electric car purchase. Thank you for the great customer service.

First of all, if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle virtually like I did then Reed is your guy. I m located in the Bay Area and while searching everywhere for a Model X, I came across their 2018 Tesla Model X 100D. Initially, I was unsure how I would be able to purchase the vehicle since I wasn t able to make a trip down to SoCal anytime soon, but luckily I have family down there. Reed was able to show them the car and took them for a test drive while FaceTiming me. Overall, my experience was great and Reed answered all of my questions. Although I was taken by surprise by their $4k dealership add on package ($2k for paint protection and $2k for Anti theft) we were able to negotiate and make a deal at the end. The vehicle was delivered to my home in NorCal today and everything was what I expected from our video call and photos. Thanks Reed for making it a breeze.

I am only giving this dealership a 2 because our Sales person Zach was very pleasant and nice to work with. It isn't his fault the pricing on this dealerships cars don't even come close to what is advertised on the website. I would rate this place a 1 based on false advertisement....If you want to pay 35% more than what the car is priced as on the website then this is the place for you. Wish we didn't waste our time even driving the hour it took to come here. This dealership needs to be honest with listing the appropriate price on their website if they expect customers to pay for multiple different warranty's that you have no choice but to pay for if you want to buy a car here. In our case these "non negotiable" warranty's added an extra $5,000 to the purchase price of the car...we were even paying all cash for the car but that didn't matter...Just list the right price on your website before wasting people's time and forcing them to pay for warranty's they don't want!

We came to looking for a Tesla for my dad. And Plug-In Auto took good care of us. George, Mari, and Shawn helped and show us some great customers service. Great experience. I will be coming back when I can buy one for myself. In the end, we left happily in our own Tesla.

Ivan was BEYOND AMAZING!! When you go definitely ask for him. He was so so helpful. Didn t hover gave us space to look. Was so so kind & helpful through the whole entire process. I will be recommending everyone here. Alex the sales manager was super kind & helpful. Definitely wanted us comfortable. Ms. Dee was so lovely & lively very quick with it. I m very very happy we came here.

When we first arrived we were helped by Reed and honestly had a great time looking for the right car for us. Reed was very helpful and friendly while throwing funny quips our way. Reed helped us through the entire process of getting a car. And he was very straightforward about the car s history. When we got in to his office to work out the car paperwork Reed offered to get drinks and acknowledge our well being and comfort. Other employees were friendly but for the most part felt that Reed was the best and most honest person workin there. Overall we had a great time thanks to Reed helping us out along the way and if you are ever there ASK FOR REED!

Be careful with this dealership. Bought a car from them and broke down 2 days after purchase. Car sat down in my property for 2 days right after car was purchased. The day I decided to take it to my insurance I noticed a huge stain of oil under it. Car dumped all the Transmission oil. When I took it to my mechanic it turns out the transmission seals are no good and front axles are broken. Contacted the dealer and Sales person Benny did not want to work with me on fixing the vehicle said cars are purchased as is possibly most of their cars might have temporary fixes. By far the worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEY ARE NOT HONEST NOR TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

i bought a Tesla from Carlos and it was a great and smooth experience. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to buy a car from him. Be careful when purchasing Teslas from this dealership I have purchased four Teslas from this dealership last year, took one of my vehicles in for service that I was covered under the warranty when purchasing the vehicle had low miles The dealership advised me I still have Tesla manufacture warranty had some issues with my battery and end up taking vehicle to Tesla to get service. They told me that I needed a new battery. And it s not gonna be covered under warranty Please see photos attached my warranty was deactivated as part of a wholesale process because the dealership purchased the vehicles from an auction Beware, beware beware beware Lawsuit pending . Sent the owner an email no response.

This is a very fair dealer. Cars are priced at fair market value and they work with all types of credit. George and Izzy were very friendly and accomodating and made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the car buying process.

I worked with Javier today. He was really nice and tried his best to get terms I was willing to work with. Unfortunately the numbers did not work on my favor so I had to walk away. I did feel a little rushed and pressured to sign, but I take that as the man just trying to put food on his family's table as well. He really did try to get terms I was ok with. The other reviews talking about fees are not wrong. I walked in knowing that those fees would be on the bill of sale. Javier pulled a miracle by getting one of the fees removed, but he could not get both removed. Even with one fee remaining, he still was able to get numbers really close to what I was looking for, but I had to walk away. Thank you Javier for trying. I removed 2 stars for the feesEdit: Javier called back and managed to give me numbers that made sense. The fees were removed according to him. I will say this man works hard to make a sale.Edit 2: They worked with my situation, removed the fees and I drove home in a Tesla.

This was a last minute purchase where we needed a car due to an accident of our previous car and needed something asap. Called these guys at 6:40 and Alex the manager said come on in even though it was going to take us an hour to get there with prime time rush hour from the valley. Get there 7:40, Alex hands us off to Reed.We went for a Niro hybrid and even though seems like lots of teslas there, Reed knew his stuff. He s also a fellow bmw enthusiast so it was comforting to speak with him and transparency was both ways. Test drove the car and then we went in with a deal and signed paperwork we were out in less than an hour. No frill, no wishy washy. Miss Dee their finance directly was efficient and a master of her craft. There was no pressure from them to buy any after market stuff as they even went to check that Kia offers great warranty. Honesty and stress less. How a buying experience from a dealership should be.If you got concerns look for Reed and Alex. They can make things happen.

I m so happy with my purchase!!! Izzy helped us out and he was great! He was very kind and not pushy or desperate like most salesman to get us to buy a car. We ve been looking for months for a car and he was helpful and informative and overall he provided great customer service and treated us like normal people and never pressured us to buy a car. If you go here ASK FOR IZZY!! He s great and will actually help you and work with you and not pressure you into getting something you don t want. 10/10!!

A Tesla 2019 with 110k mileage listed on the website for $22.5k. They added on $10k to the final price for 1.) paint protection (for what..? it comes with every Tesla) and 2.) safety tracking system (again.. for what? it's a Tesla).Spends 3 hours in there and they were going to offer me $32k off the door for a car that listed for $22.5k on the website. I can literally get a new 2023 Tesla for $30k after tax credit.All sales person are also extremely rude and just give you the "I will rip you off" vibe.

Purchasing a car out of state scared me. After my experience with Mari at Plug-in Auto it was really easy. She was an expert that helped me feel good about the process. She took the fear out of the equation it was really enjoyable.Communication was fast and constant. She sent me photos regularly and even showed me when it was loaded and left the lot to my home. They moved quickly and went the extra mile so I could get it before Christmas because it was a gift.From start to finish the experience was professional and enjoyable.

Be warned, the advertised price isn t what they sell their cars for. The car I wanted was listed for just under 20k, and their mandatory dealer fees for both paint protection and theft protection came out to an additional 4k. After all taxes and fees, they were trying to sell their car at 27k. They also don t negotiate.

They literally and figuratively try to plug you where the sun don t shine with their elevated prices, insane APR rates and crazy shady hidden charges! Like wolves they lure you into their cozy and cool Den just to later turn you around and plug you!!!Money hungry salespeople, perhaps not by choice but by pressure from their superiors and lackluster costumer service is all you are going to find here.Terrible experience
