Sales shenanigans all over. One sales rep. tried to convince me my appointment was at a different time than what was set. He obviously did this because he had set another appointment at the same time. When I arrived, this same rep. who happened to be with other customers, abandoned them to talk to me. As soon as I said I was there for a test drive as we had previously agreed but wasn't buying today, he went back to the other customers and sent back another employee to handle the test drive. He was unprofessional to me and the customers he was already with.When I asked about leasing, I got ridiculously high leasing rates. I pointed out that the Ford website quotes leasing rates that were barely more than half of what was quoted to me. The finance rep. capitulated and told me he'd be able to do what Ford stated. This means the rep. was trying to just fleece me in a big way. Again, very unprofessional especially that he assumed I had no idea of how leases work and that I would have done some prior research.During the purchase, the finance rep. automatically added extras that I never said I wanted. These extras had not even been discussed but I was just supposed to accept them. I didn't and insisted they be taken off.When I finally did purchase the vehicle, it was ready more than 7 hours after I was promised it would be ready.With all this said, I would have given the overall rating a much lower score except that one sales rep. there - Juan Valencia was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to him as he is the only reason I decided to purchase my vehicle at Performance Ford.

I had an exceptional experience at this Ford dealership, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jake, Ali, and Eddy. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new vehicle. My recent first experience with the Service Department at Performance Ford was very satisfying! Service writer Jonathan was very helpful and thorough... the repair was completed on time, as expected, with great communication from Jonathan. I purchased my 2017 Ford 6-1/2 years ago from a neighboring Ford dealership, with whom I remained a loyal and exclusive service customer ever since... well until now. I had too many poor experiences with the other dealer's service department, beginning with my first warranty repair, as I felt it was a 'customer is always second' environment. I finally decided to make the break and try another dealership for my service, and glad I did! Performance Ford felt more personable and reliable. I would highly recommend the Performance Ford Service Department!!

Recently I had my 2017 Ford Edge serviced with an oil change and was very satisfied with the service and time it took. I've been bringing my vehicle here for various service needs and they always do an amazing job. My service Tech. Jonathan Martinez is always nice and explains all work done to my vehicle. I always leave very satisfied. I will keep coming back for my vehicles service needs.

I bought a car last year and I thought the price was really good for a used car. What I didn t know is they add-on the low jack and I can care less about it. The team is not even helpful and the vehicle was insured before I got it and the salesmen was driving it around. There was no inspection what was done so IT S MY OWN RESPONSIBILITY. No oil change or tags. The salesman broke my handle to exit the vehicle and I guess I get what I pay for. There is a lot of scratches on the vehicle.If someone buys a used car be on the lookout for dents and scratches. Compare before and after.

............................I haven't done business with Performance Ford, West Covina so my rating is based on feedback which earns them 2 stars............................I've been looking for a new ford for 6 months, while comparing pricing, distance from my location and dealer Google ratings. Even with very competitive prices, I have to say, when a business is unable to raise their 3.7 rating, even after a change of ownership and/or management, over a 5yr time period, for me, that speaks volumes. I've already returned 2 vehicles to dealers. One is because I was lied to and 2nd was because of deposit agreement. In each case the vehicle I wanted was sold out from under me and they wanted to sell me a higher price model. Their ratings were both 4.5 & 4.4. So, with 3.7 I have to believe what I read. Buyers........take your time, there's too many dealers out there and whether you know it or not you are the one in the drivers seat........pun intended! Listen to your gut and don't be afraid to walk away.

Amazing service. The service advisor Jonathan Martinez helped me when I took my car. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely I am going to make this store my go-to store for service.

UPDATE:The brand new car I just bought had a manufacture defect on the back window. Thou they willingly accepted to fix it, the installation of the new back Window was very sloppy- makes your brand new car feel like a second hand. Very Disappointing. Stay away from servicing your Cars here!I have been here yearly for the past years and always end up with a new car. Buying a car is the same anywhere but Mo, the sales rep, made the difference. He is knowledgeable, accomodating and fun to work with! He earned this 5 stars!

The only reason I give gave them any stars is because they were prompt at reaching out to me and communicated well over email. This is one of those dealers you want to stay away from if you want a smooth honest negotiation. I talked to different people on a couple of occasions when looking into a Bronco. The first time when they asked me about what I was looking to pay, I said no dealer addons and no markup. They told me everyone pays for addons and a markup. On the second occasion I talked to someone about price for the same bronco they said they had to buy it from another dealer so it would be 7k over msrp.

I was very happy to see the new General Manager with the hardcore attitude of these are my customers! Make them "HAPPY". This new car Manager is really shaking things up at this Dealership to make the customers happy. Thank God as it was needed. This is turning out to be the best place to buy a car. He fixed my service issue and did it with a smile. The owner brought in a new manager to turn this car lot around and this guy is dynamite. Fantastic job Mr. Manager. You are on the right track making customers happy.

Man oooh man where do I start, should've read the dealer reviews. Everything that people are saying about this place is true. For one the mark up is real haha. Purchased a Jeep renegade from these guys. My salesman without a doubt was outstanding Thanks MOE, Besides that first week with the car I've had a plastic panel fall off, Window weather seal torn up. And now my recent finding my electrical sun roof will not open. The sun roof can be manually removed as well but you need a special key which I did not receive. Now that I've finally able to familiarize myself with my car after my car has been at the dealer for 3 weeks for those 2 initial issues I come to find out that I can electronically open my sun roof and guess what oops it doesn't work. I have made my first payment on my car already and only driven it 1 week and just keep finding big issues with my purchase. I am tired of dropping of my car weeks on end drive 1hour away when I shouldn't have too. They tell you they do a 150 point inspection on the car and I keep running into broken things on the car, who ever is in charge of pre inspections is horrible at their job. I AM DONE I HAVE NO MORE PATIENCE BBB HERE I COME.

Can't go wrong here. Walked in with no expectations. Honestly didn't even think I would walk out with a new Truck. Wow, was I wrong. Moe, our sales rep was amazing. He was very kind, friendly and just made the 7 hour wait, yes 7 hours, seem like minutes. I knew we would be there for a bit, but that long was only cause they worked every which way to get me where I wanted to be with the F150 I wanted.Juan, was very good at working with his people behind the doors to make a long time dream of mine come true. I am now the owner of a new 2021 F150, with payments that fit my budget, along with a great experience. Everyone there was friendly, attentive and just supremely amazing.And to be completely honest with you I have never been a fan of Ford, I've always been a Chevy girl, but everyone at Performance Ford turned me to a Ford Chick.Thank you Moe, Juan and the finance people for going above and beyond for this, my business and I thank you.

Do not buy from this dealership. Bought a 2020 Ford Mustang. Finding out the next day it was damaged and with electrical problems. Have tried repeatedly to try and have the issue resolved but my sales guy Alex was giving me the round around telling me I will let my managers know and will follow up with you. I even showed up a few times in person only to tell me I cant be helped at the moment. That I've should of checked the car before. I've bought cars from other dealers and never experienced such bad customer service experience. I know the owner will read this, and sure hope he calls me personally if I get a follow up someday.Yeah ok owner. I called ur dealership ship. Nobody by that name works there so I was told. Just a bouch of lies. Still couldn't get help getting this issue fixed. Your employees are no good. I've submitted my complaint with corporate Ford. Nobody should buy from this place.

This dealership was great! I highly recommend trying their mobile service. Technician came to my house and performed an oil change and tire rotation right from my driveway. He also was able to check the brakes, fluids and tire pressure. It was simple and seamless and I was able to work while my vehicle was getting service and I wasn't stuck waiting 2+ hours. This is great feature to add. I will definitely be scheduling my next service here again.

I purchased my vehicle in 2018 and have been getting it serviced here ever since. I was recently offered a new service where they completed the works package from the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend this service to everyone! It was a complimentary service so I paid the same price I would have paid taking it to the dealer myself.Thank you Performance Ford for the amazing service.

I am referring to curb side service as it pertains to an oil change. Jorge, the technician, was 15 minutes early which was appreciated ( November 6th 23 ). He completed his tasks in a timely manner in order to have my vehicle serviced and ready to go for me. His service was stellar!!

At first all OK, but that was a mistake. This is the real update review with this dealer. I get 2 new cars Black 2018 Fusion Energi Vin#*****176939 and White 2018 Fusion Vin#*****136757.Friendly management only so they sell you cars........ After over a month or before then you get Very bad service. This is my fourth expensive cars within the last 3 years and for sure it will be the last time I'll make this mistake again, I thought this new Management are better in the last one. They are all the same. All I can say I have now and had 3 years ago very bad EXPERIENCE with this dealer. too many mistake with the paper work I had to sign my lease over 4 times, over a month later and still they have not pay off my old lease for the 2 cars I returned and no longer own, my lease with Ford Credit never been late ever, and now August 31 I get 30 days late payment in my 3 credit agencies for car I no longer have?.This Management do not return calls back and they do NOT CARE (even Ford Credit complain to me about this dealer). That is the bottom line, stay away and do not make the mistake I made with INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND CAR DEALER.My question is where the Owner for this dealership and why nothing been done yet to fix this managements?.

Test drove a 2022 Ford Bronco manual and they we re very helpful at first. Initially I was told that they should be able to work a deal out if I was interested since the car had been on the lot for 30 days and was a custom order that was canceled since the buyer didn t realize it was stick shift. After the test drive I was sat down and then showed a price breakdown of about 60k after my trade in of a 2014 VW GTI at 11k. The MSRP of the FB Black Diamond was listed at 40k. After going back and forth for 20 minutes I was able to get them down to 10K over MSRP and they upped my trade in value to 14k. Which to me showed that they we re low balling me to begin with of the value of my car. I was told they needed to talk to the dealer owner before giving me a final OTD offer but I never heard back from them. Overall not satisfied.

I can't thank Brittany at Performance Ford enough for her outstanding service. She not only showed remarkable compassion by driving to McDonald's to get my daughter a change of clothes after an accident, but she was also incredibly thorough in explaining the terms. Though I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere due to budget constraints, Brittany's professionalism and dedication were exceptional. I'm certain that when I'm in a position for a refinance or future purchase, I'll be returning to Performance Ford thanks to the wonderful experience Brittany provided.

Haven't had a smooth transaction in a car dealership in a long time. Moe is an awesome man, very funny, and very honest. I came into the dealer knowing exactly what I wanted and between Moe and Zaid they made the deal happen!!! I could not be more happier! I took my truck in for a oil change and it looks like they did a fair job. The reason for the 3 stars is my truck has never leaked oil. After Ford changed the oil and I parked my vehicle overnight there was a oil spot. After further investigation, it looks like they let the oil drain across the cross member and didn't clean it up very well. Just sloppy workmanship. I will be keeping an eye on the oil spot to see if it gets worse.

My experience at the service department was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was right at the service window, but the staff completely ignored us and didn't even greet us. We had to wait for a long time before someone finally came to assist us. To make matters worse, they claimed that they couldn't find my appointment, even though I had a confirmation text. They told us to come back the next day because they were too busy to address the specific issue we had booked the appointment for. The manager or supervisor we dealt with was sarcastic and incredibly unfriendly. On top of all that, they didn't even offer the shuttle service that was included in my lease deal. I deeply regret choosing this place for service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because the car dealers themselves are very nice, helpful, and friendly. The manager's lack of friendliness and reliability really tarnished the overall experience.
