I know when I take my car to be serviced, Sang and his mechanics will figure out the problem and get the repairs done. I will definitely come back down from Apple Valley again!

This is probably the most honest auto mechanic shop around. Hard to find sure people these days. Took my old as& sienna there today Sang owner gave the a break down what it s need it. Didn t over sell me on stuff. while I was there a older gentleman came in with a tail light out, owner excused himself and went out and replaced the light bulb. Gentlemen asked how much owner said don t worry about it, wow that s some service didn t even charge for the parts. Everyone should come here.

Just purchased a 2004 Sienna with 190k need a check engine light fixed to pass smog. Owner was there and was able to give me diagnosis in less than 5min. Order my parts and get it done in no time. I did notice how busy they were, I kind know why now, great service and price. Keep people coming back.

Finally a car repair shop that talks to me with respect. I finally have confidence in the repairs. They do great work and I get my car back when they say. The prices are better than the dealership. I took in a 2009 Sienna after searching for several years. There's a new owner so the inside doesn't look like the photos anymore. My air conditioner works right now. This was the 3rd shop and they finally fixed it. I would highly recommend this place.

It's nearly impossible to find a mechanic you really feel like you can trust. We finally have. The owner, Sang, is friendly and honest. His prices are more than fair. We happily drive from Brea. We have had everything from regular service to major repairs (engine rebuild). We have recommended Our King to friends and family and they all have the same great experience.

Curt and Matt are genuinely nice. The work was excellent and at least 30-50 bucks cheaper than at two other places that gave me a quote. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Our King Auto. I look forward to taking my personal vehicles there!

Excellent service and they ve earned a repeat customer for many years to come! This shop was 100% honest when they could have easily taken advantage. The local Chevy dealer quoted us $1K to repair what they say was a cracked a/c condenser. We took it to this place requesting that the condenser be replaced. Once they ran testing they found the condenser was absolutely fine and just needed to be recharged. It s awesome to know that there are still honest reliable mechanics out there!

I've been going to Our King for at least 10+ years now, way back when Dan was the owner and Curtis was his assistant. I've had them do alot of work for me over the years. While Curt and Dan are gone, Sang continues the Our King Tradition: great customer service, great work, and HONESTY. Yes, you may have to pay more than other shops near by. Yes you will sometimes have to wait longer than usual to get your car back when their busy, but if you want a shop you can trust, look no where else.

The best mechanic in town! If you're looking for an honest mechanic that does the job right then look no further. The "new" owner really made this shop better than it was before. The prices are fair and the service is excellent.

I was in a jam ! I just replaced the brake master cylinder. and am selling the car .I was referred to OUR KING AUTO.i meet the owner he said they backed up so he referred me to the shop next door. but he too was busy .when I returned to my car the owner said we can fit you in asap .amazing. super guys . I would definitely recommend out king auto

Our King Auto was wonderful! They took my car late on a Friday, diagnosed the issue and had it back to me by Saturday afternoon. What the Chrysler dealer couldn't fix in a week, they took care of in 1 day. Highly recommend these guys!

I'd give more stars if I could. This is the best place ever for you and your cars. They arevery honest and don't try to sell you services you don't need. The customer service is excellentas well as the repair service. These guys know what they are doing. I won't take my car any placeelse.

I highly recommend Dan, Kurt, and the guys at Our King. They were my trusted mechanics and car advisers from about 2009-2012 while in school at APU. I appreciated the rides when needed, their kind attitudes, advice, and customer service. I did everything from oil changes, batteries, to AC, engine work, and alternators. They even changed my battery at no charge while it was under warranty from another dealer. Most of all, I absolutely knew I could trust them, like neighbors and friends. Now that I moved away, I miss their service.

I was referred by friends to go here mainly due to their honest assessment of vehicles. I went in, got an assessment, fixed what was needed, and left knowing they didn't perform any unnecessary repairs and was charged an honest price. A lot of trust is put into an auto shop and you can leave here without all the stress. Thanks Our King for keeping our car going!

Our King Auto Repair is a bit far for me since I moved, but I still wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I know nothing about cars and they always take the time to explain what's going on with my car in a way that I can understand! They have also given me helpful literature that keep me up to speed on basic car knowledge. They are always so kind and helpful, and that's why its worth the commute for me!

Was referred to this shop thru a friend of mine. Went in for a oil change and for them to run my car and see what else I may need done to my car. I went around 9:45am and a gentlemen name Sang helped me right away. He was very friendly and informative on specifics with my car. They took my car in and begun the work. He kept me informed in detail about work that needed to be done on my car. He wasn t pushing on trying to sell me all kinds of service. He broke down in detail of what I needed and that made me feel comfortable with getting my car serviced there. He told me what was needed right away and what wasn t urgent to be done, but that for me to just think about the safety of my kids and try to get the work done as soon as I can. I felt like he wasn t only trying to make sure I got my car fixed but that it was also for the safety of my children. While my kids and I waited we went into their office/lobby area. He apologized for the remodeling going on that he just took over ownership of the shop on the first and that they were still in the process of fixing and remodeling things. In all honesty it looked good to me. It looked like a updated shop to me. It didn t look old fashioned or anything. They had a keurig machine and lil refrigerator with ice cold water for customers. Which came in handy with this heat. When they finished up with my car they explained to me what was recommended on my car and what I got done. And compared it to what still needs to be done. Prices/charges were also very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this shop and will be bringing my car back here to be serviced. Great customer service and great work done in a timely manner.

Honest! Thats the most important thing to me about a mechanic. Well, that and them knowing what they are doing. This place is awesome. Glad I stumbled upon them. They diagnosed my trucks problem without charging me a dime. The dealer wanted $120 just to tell me what was wrong. I'll be back! Love this place!

I have been using Our King Auto for a few years now. We have taken all 4 our cars to them at different times for real basic stuff(oil Changes) to expensive I have no idea what is wrong types of repairs (AC). They have been honest, fair and always courteous. I could not imagine trusting my cars or wallet to anyone else. They will also give you a ride home if you need it.

I trust my sister and it s cause of her that I met Sang who fixed the brakes in my car. I respect his work and I m completely satisfied with where my sister has recommended me to go to... GREAT WORK FOR THOSE THAT WORKED ON MY CAR! Thanks so much...

I would give this place 100 stars if I could! First time customers and now we are forever customers! Only place you should be taking your car. The service is beyond excellent. They do it all here, brakes, a/c, oil change, trans repair, electrical etc. These guys know their stuff, prices are great, they are honest--key word folks. They are so accommodating, they have lift service also. Very welcoming. As a female, I dont feel taken advantage of or out of place. They explain everything to you as they go. They do have a waiting area, air cond office, magazines, coffee, water (TV would be cool!). They go over everything with you several times, and after they are done, they go back over everything they did. They are never too busy to help you out. If you want a place you trust, feel safe while driving your car...a place that automatically feels like family when you walk in the first time or the 100th time, come to Our King Auto Repair, you will be happy you did! Thanks Curt and Lionel and all the guys at Our King Auto, you rock!

I appreciated the ride back to my house while my car was being worked on. This business is much further from my home than I'd like. So this kind gesture along with my belief that Dan and Kurt are honest and trustworthy makes it worth the distance.

I am the producer and graphic designed for the radio program, MORTradio. My review is not only what I believe, but it is also what my entire staff at MORTradio believes.Our King Auto Repair could probably be considered one of the best auto repair shops in Southern California. Frankly, if my vote counted, I would say that Our King Auto Repair is the BEST auto repair shop in Southern California.I have three fairly new vehicles, two of which are full size luxury vehicles. Curt and his staff cared for my vehicles and attended to their repairs and maintenance quickly and efficiently, more so than I have ever had before with other auto repair shops. Furthermore, whatever repairs were needed were reasonably priced. Lastly, the staff at Our King Auto Repair are friendly, courteous, and respectful to each and everyone of their customers. If you have a question, they will answer it. If you have a concern, they will address it.On a more personal note, when I explained to Curt that my wife uses one of my cars to transport her ailing father for his chemotherapy treatments, and that I wanted that particular vehicle to be running in top condition at all times, Curt and his staff made sure (and continue to make sure as of this day) that the vehicle that my wife uses is as trouble-free and safe to drive as the first day it came off the lot.Our King Auto Repair guarantees it's work, and it is easy to understand why. They simply are the best as what they do.If the car you drive is in need of repairs, get it over to Curt and his staff at Our King Auto Repair. Everyone here at MORTradio are glad we did, and you will be too.Oh, and one finally thing. Thank You, Curt. And thank you to the staff as well. You guys are great.

I don't recommend this place they don't give you estimate at first even you ask for which is Iliegal after tepair is finishd they gave you big bill which is not right

Really nice owner, great mechanics, they really do their best to make sure you get the very best service. Honest prices, I would recommend to any family member or friend.
