Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!

Good sales and staff is friendly. Plus I got what I was looking for. Plus I hit the clearance rack for any items I might need. And bought 2 armor all wipes for .77 cents each. Plus 2 bottles of mother's car wax for 1.77 each. Can't go wrong 8 items in totalling 29$ and save over 40$,thanks to the clearance rack.

Good selection of parts. The elder cashier mocked me for not knowing a detail about the car I brought in, so that was unhelpful.

Hands down the best customer service i have ever gotten at O'Reillys, Nelson (Nos) you and your team are excellent at helping and going above and beyond with not only me but with other customers that came into the store while i was there, the help you gave me goes beyond measure! I went to get new headlights for my car because one of them gave out. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I was helped out on selecting headlights and when he (I forgot his name) rang me up I asked if he can help me install, he said of course. Jose stepped in and said he will help me with my headlights. Jose was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Very quick changing my lights. Will definitely be returning here.

Joanna was EXTREMELY helpful. After driving around for almost 2 hours looking for somewhere to buy a battery with no luck. Joanna answered every single question I had and with so much knowledge. She ended up figuring out that I actually didn t even need a new battery. I would say that the 2 hours spent driving around was a waste, but after meeting with Joanna and her educating me on my own car, it was worth it. I highly recommend going to this location!

Had a broken light and got a new bulb very quickly! Sergio helped me out and was kind enough to help me make sure we got the right parts as well as replace the bulbs free of charge. Great customer service.

I went last weekend to collect part for my husband to fix my air conditioner. O'reilly had great customer service. They walked me through everything I needed and how to use it. Thank you O'Reilly team members you guys and my husband saved me about $500!

Most professional store I've been to. These people know more knowledge than any AutoZone store I've ever been to. Bailey and Daniel are always very helpful and they have good attitudes every time I need help. I sincerely appreciate everyone here and I look forward to coming back. God bless

My alternator went bad on my 91 Toyota I was expecting it to be a five or six hundred dollar fix went to O'Reilly with the broken one they've bought it from me and then charge me a hundred and fifty bucks for the new one saving me a lot of money that I didn't have other dealerships quoted me at about 400 + installation my dad has been going to O'Reilly since the early 70s and swears it's the best one out there

I hope my experience can help you and others to avoid what I'm going through. That's why the most important point is here at the beginning, before the details.Make sure that when paying at a store using a credit or debit card, you VIEW THE CHARGE BEFORE PUTTING YOUR CARD IN THE CARD READER.I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Azusa and San Bernardino Rd. in Covina, Ca. on 6/25/21 to buy 1 quart of oil and a funnel. I put my credit card in before the amount came on the screen to expedite the process (will never do again).The charge on the screen was over $35,000. He had charged me for 6,411 quarts of oil. A photo of part of the receipt is also posted.It's important to note that the charge flashed on the screen, it said approved and was finished lightning fast. THERE WAS NO CHANCE TO PRESS A YES OR NO BUTTON OR SIGN!The person doing the transaction was handing me the receipt, presumably without noticing such a horrible mistake. Of course, I spoke up and he started the process of a refund. However, it's not immediate. Refunds take a long time. My credit card company said it could be 7-10 business days. That's up to 2 weeks!I made many calls to their headquarters, my bank and went in to have a meeting with a banker. I even asked about disputing it. There was nothing they could do. I just have to wait and pay the consequences for something that was their fault. I can't use my card, had to figure out if auto payments or other charges would be declined--a mess.My boyfriend called the store while I was doing the above.The person who did the transaction acted as if it was no big deal. He didn't even apologize, which was very unprofessional. If it had happened to him, he would realize what a big deal it actually was.Although this case is unusual, please protect yourself by viewing and approving the charge on the screen BEFORE putting your card in the reader.

Great store. Latoya was very friendly and helpful. While I probably won't be returning to this particular store (there is one closer to my home) I do intend on using O'Reilly for my future car projects.

I went to AutoZone prior to O'Reilly's to diagnose the chack engine light in which both said misfire in chamber 1(I believe that was the term, chamber 1). O'Reilly's gave a more accurate information than AutoZone and more helpful. The gentleman that helped my looked under the hood and checked the cylinders by disconnecting the electrical connectors to see which coils would make the engine "sputter" and which ones didn't in order to further confirm the diagnosis. The worker was able to further help me with information as I started looking at the condition of the spark plugs. I had oil in the spark plug well. He told me his experience with this situation and how it was corrected unfortunately my issue also included the the valve gasket sealer(? I forget the appropriate term) I appreciate O'Reilly's accuracy in the information I was given on top of how I could fix it. Thanks O'Reilly's I will be back

Disappointed. 1 star tor friendly attendant but they over promised and they almost failed to deliver. I dropped it off at 9am snd was told someone will get to in in 1 or 2 hours. 3 hours later, nothing. 4 hours later and a phone call, nothing. It took three visits and 6 hours to get brakes resurfaced. There were a few boxes in front of the machine. Work finally got done when I stated I would take it to another O'Reilly down the road that stated it would take about an hour or less. It disappoints me because these guy are closest to my home and I run a home motorcycle repair shop along with some car repairs from time to time so I go to this O'Reilly a lot more than even the home mechanic.

You can purchase online orders and walk in this store and return them here! Added bonus. Employees are super knowledgeable and take there time in assisting you with your car needs

This place was quick and easy, couldn't have been more happier, Jose there greeted me after working with another customer and I just told him what I needed looked it all up grabbed it from the shelves and I paid and was out of there within about 5-7 minutes, I myself don't know much about cars and he saved me what it would have taken me which would be about 10-15 minutes finding everything I needed. Thanks Jose!

Wiper blades had shredded. Darrell got new ones & installed them for me. He is great the manager (Jose I think) is also very helpful

Chick behind the counter was rude and condescending. Young thing was full of herself and it's because of her that I won't be returning to this store. A real pity that this store is losing business because of condescending Millenials like her.....sure wish I'd have gotten her name, but I was so disgusted that I just left without buying anything.
