Looking at a EQS 450 SUV, i cut a deal w saleman Adam over text and phone. Went into pickup vehicle working w Edward "the finance guy", i was expecting to sign some papers as agreed and get out of there. NOPE.They had me there 2 hours as they try to renegotiate the deal telling me Adam was an idiot as he screwed up the deal and I took advantage of a new salesman. LoL...Amongst the 2 sales guys and the back and forth sales mgr/GM, these guys have no integrity, no respect for customers time, and certainly plays the mold of a car salesman to a T. Given todays internet, tiktok, reviews to keep businesses honest, they just dont give a damn.

Leased a brand new 24 C Class 300 in November 2023. Has been in the service department @ West Covina Mercedes with factory defects since March 2024. We are going into May and I didn't even get a loaner, I was offered to rent one.Have called both sales and service at West Covina trying to figure out who will cover the 2 months of lease payments while my 1,200 mile car is down. We don't get answers from anyone there, just passing on the blame or responsibility from department to department. We have been waiting on parts from Germany for a month now and the date keeps getting pushed out. This is completely insane, it's a brand new car for Pete's sake!They were attentive when it came to making the deal, but post sale support is the worst. I will send Mercedes Benz NA a nice letter, from a Lemon Law Firm.

I purchased my car here. My salesman Eric Yang was the best! We spoke a few times prior to me going to the dealership. I drove an extra 50 miles from dealership closest to me because he was so helpful. I had a couple situations pop up and was helped by Todd Kazariane, the GM. He was extremely helpful and took care of the situations. I highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out and special thanks to Gabriel for a his good hospitality and best service. No hassle just straight to business with good manners and charisma. Took care of me and my family right away with a nice Buick Enclave. Kept me informed with every detail as he could. Really liked his attitude, it was spot on to help out his customer and willing to get you the best deal as well to take care of you. Truth be told I gotten the best experience with this dealer than any other dealer I was shopping for a car. My respect brother. Will come back again in the future for another car for sure. Also thanks to Mo for closing up the deal and explaining everything to me with good knowledge as well. My pleasure doing business with you guys .

I purchased a car from here almost 3 months ago. It was a brand new vehicle. They gave me one key and explained that the 2nd key was lost and that they will give me a replacement once they order it. Fast forward to today, I still do not have this 2nd key. The person who sold us the car has ghosted me (I ve tried calling and texting). We called the location to ask for an update and the girl who answered said that they will leave a note to both the GM and to the person who sold us the car and said that I should get a call back soon. It was been more than 2 weeks and we have yet to get a response.Moral of the story, do not purchase a car from here or leave the dealership when something is still missing from the car. There is no guarantee that they ll keep their word.

Went to the store today with my girlfriend. I know we are not expert of the car, but I can really feel the disrespect from the sales man once we asked some questions that are pretty naive. and it makes me really uncomfortable. We left the site immediately. We went to another place and their attitude is much much better. avoid this location if you can.

Updated:Beware, the most unethical business is ongoing here.They treat customers as in an auction with bidding wars for those who pay higher!Locked a deal on a new lease, they ran the credit and approved all, then came back with a little game that another customer was making a deal on the same car with sale manager MKRTCHYAN and paying an extra $200 on the monthly payment, do you wish to match it I ll leave it for your judgment to bring business here!MAY 13We got a better deal from a different dealer. After digging into it more, the sales agent FRANK HAWILI got greedy as he became aware of the credit report rating and collided with his sales manager mentioned above.While sales and marketing consider ethics and business conduct, it s not applicable at this dealer!

Horrible customer service. Managers seem to be too busy to deal with any customers so unfortunately I m here to voice my complaint. Purchased a car recently. Went in to have my license plates installed as the sales woman Zaira said should be no issue. When I arrive they do not have the part needed to install. (Drove more than an hour) She then said she would have the bracket overnight shipped to me. She never put the order in. When calling I m being transferred around with no manager available to speak to. Do yourself a favor and don t even bother doing business here.

Our experience purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina was excellent. Zaira Gutierrez went above and beyond what I expected from any salesperson. She was assertive, courteous, knowledgeable, and got us the best deal. She made sure my family was taken care of while I finished up the paperwork. She also bought my pregnant wife flowers and made sure she had snacks & drinks. It was the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable car purchase I ve ever done. We can confidently say we will be returning to Zaira for future car purchases and highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We went in the other day to shop for a pre-owned vehicle. We felt bad for not yet able to make a purchase, which we are still hoping to be able to do so very soon. But the sales lady (Ruby Li) took such good care of us with demonstration of absolute professionalism which was paired with a kind heart. She exercised lots of patience towards out very particular conditions. Even the sales manager later on came out to discuss our needs and offered options in a caring attitude with not one ounce of coerce. In the entire shopping experience, no one gave any pressure or tried to push through a purchase. This dealership is outstanding.

Highly do not recommend. First they offer me 8k less then my cars worth . Told them only send my credit to 2 banks , they sent it to 5. Lastly they asked for 10k down with a 700+ score , 950 a month for a car that s worth 30k ridiculous and to not forget sales man was smoking during the test drive ! DO NOT GO HERE !

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your West Covina Mercedes service center. I did a mistake with entrusting my vehicle's maintenance to your dealership. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.The purpose of this letter is to outline the various issues I encountered during my recent service visit, which took 12/20/2023 so other customer thinks twice before visiting this service department.Primary concerns are as follows:1. Poor Communication:The communication throughout the service process was severely lacking. I did not receive timely updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I attempted to contact the service advisor assigned to my case, I encountered unresponsiveness and a lack of information.2.Incomplete Repairs:Despite providing a detailed list of issues that needed attention, it appears that not all the necessary repairs were completed. This has left me questioning the thoroughness and competence of the service team.3. Unsatisfactory Customer Service:The overall level of customer service I experienced during this visit was far below the standard I have come to expect from Mercedes. The staff's attitude was dismissive, and I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously.4. Extended Wait Times:The time it took to complete the service was unreasonably long, given the nature of the repairs. I understand that quality work takes time, but the lack of communication and transparency regarding the delays added to my frustration.I believe that such a prestigious brand as Mercedes should uphold the highest standards of service, and my recent experience has fallen far short of those expectations. As a loyal customer, I am disheartened by the lack of attention to detail, communication, and customer care demonstrated during this service visit.I do recommend thinking twice before selecting this service department, I have gotten better service at the Ontario, CA Mercedes Service Department.

I worked with Denise and her sales manager to reach an agreement on the price. Subsequently, we initiated the finance process, during which they had already conducted a credit check. However, I received notification via text message, rather than a phone call, informing me that the car I was in the process of purchasing had been sold to someone else. Denise then attempted to justify the absence of a system to prevent such occurrences. This lack of professionalism and the absence of any offer to remedy the situation are deeply concerning and unprofessional.

I want to share my shopping experience at this dealership. I leased a 2023 EQB with a fleet manager Cecilia. We agreed with a monthly base amount but the final monthly amount including tax went way over than I expected. After I took delivery of the vehicle. I then realize how she ended up putting the wrong payment amount of the lease contract. I then filed my complaint with her directly and she continues to argue that she was right and I was wrong. She also said there s nothing she could do and I can take it up to the GM if I wanted to. So I decided to go the hard way. After several attempts - A lead sales manager named Jason took over the responsibility and fixed my lease contract. Jason fixed the base lease amount to what the initial agreement was and went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the final results. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable of what he do. If you ever had a chance to work your lease or purchase deal with Cecilia. Please make sure you double check all the numbers before you sign so you don t run into the same issue I had. Again, thanks to Jason who saved my deal of not overly paying for what I agreed on.

We worked with Denise Kerum to buy a new vehicle. She was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the cars/features, willing to help us to get the best deal. We got a great price.Also Anthony Raad in finance was very comfortable to work with, he presented post purchase options. We felt no pressure, just information about the services available.Buying a car at West Covina Mercedes Benz was very easy.

Just leased an SL55 with Zaira. If you go, I highly recommend asking for her. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car, going over every detail on the test drive. She went to bat for me to get me a deal that no other dealership could offer me. The leasing process was quick, easy, and seamless. This is probably my 13th car buying experience and has been hands down the best and easiest so far. 10 out of 10.

I have purchased 3 luxury cars from the wonderful Denise Kerum, and most recently purchased a 4th car from her for my mother. Exceptional service from Denise & the entire staff at this location. I wouldn't take my business elsewhere. Denise goes above and beyond to fill my purchasing needs and always works with my budget in mind. bottom line: she makes it happen! TRANSPARENCY & HONESTY goes a very long way here, you will be in the best of hands!Will definitely be making my 5th purchase here when the time comes. Cheers, you guys are the best! I'm writing this review in regards to leaving several phone messages and emails to the VP Mr. Jack Manukyan with no response. Hopefully Mr. Manukyan will hear about or read this review regarding Envision of Cerritos and respond to my request for a phone call.I'm writing to inform all customers of an unpleasant experience with Envision dealership specifically with the GM Shawn Khan.I want all who read this to know how customers and especially all my military Veterans are treated by this dealership. I'm a 100 percent disable Air Force Veteran, served 25 years and to be treated rudely was unprofessional and unacceptable. Your customers should not be disrespect in this manner, especially disable Veterans.I've been having problems with my air bag light coming on and off for quite a while, dating back when the dealership was own by Penske.I've since brought it to Envision and i was informed due to the new ownership Envision could not be responsible for work that was done by Penske regarding my airbag. I accepted that and moved forward to have Envision determine the issue , being a safety concern to me i needed this airbag issue resolved.I had a conversation with Shawn, Art and the shop foreman in Art's office, they insisted the Airbag was faulty and required replacing, i didn't agree because the car never showed any codes that the air bag needed to be replace. In the meeting all 3 employees said everything else was replace so it has to be the airbag. I asked them to show me the code that indicates the airbag needed to be replace, they could not show me and to this day they still are not able to show me a code indicating to replace the airbag.In the meeting i stated if i pay to have the airbag replace and the light come back on will you (Envision) reimburse me for a part that was not required, they responded yes.I authorized the replacement of the airbag, i picked up my vehicle a few days later, and guess what the airbag light came back on. I took the car back to the dealership, then then said it required a software update and to bring my extra key so they could complete the software upgrade. I brought the spare key, after a couple of days or so i picked up my vehicle.Guess what, within 3 days the light was back on. I took the car back to Envision this time they completed a total wiring harness replacement, as of now the light have not came back on.When i asked Shawn to show me any paperwork that indicated the airbag required to be replaced, he couldn't do it and would become puzzle. Shawn then call Art to his office to explain. Art couldn't find anything saying to replace the airbag, the paperwork Art showed me said replace the harness.As of date the last install of the entire harness has not failed.I believe if they would of replace the entire wiring harness in the manner as they did this last time the airbag would of been a mute point.I would try to explain my concerns to Shawn, he would cut me off and then double talk in an attempt not to hear my concerns.As far as the treatment from Shawn Khan, he was very rude, which i found this to be very unprofessional as a GM representing the Envision image. I'm concern because the airbag is a safety concern, God forbid if i get into an accident and the airbag didn't deploy this is a serious safety concern.I informed Shawn if the light comes back on, i would bring it back. Shawn response was we'll see, and it's up to him if i can get my vehicle service at Envision. Basically denying repairs of a serious safety concern.See attached paperwork provided to me by Art and Shawn, none of the documents call for replacing the airbag, it actually provides the details how to fix the problem: (replace the harness)Envision scam me out of 1,800 dollars by replacing a perfectly good part.Thanks all for reading my review.

Don't come here, you pay so much money for your car and and services. They give you a cheap rental not equivalent to your vehicle or they don't have rentals mind you they open at 7am by 730 am they are out. If you are waiting for service they will send on a lyft one way. Their cat wash unavailable. I have had better service at cerritos very accommodating and great service

I wish I could give Zero Stars. I recently purchased a CPO 2020 S560 on 4/30/2023. Everything is great up to 5/19/2023 when I got out of work and noticed my passenger side front tire was flat all the way to the rim. Not a problem, what can I do it happens no one s fault. But as I remember when I did a walk around of this vehicle and was shown the trunk I asked about run-flats (OEM from factory) because no spare and was told yes. Now I m looking at the tires installed on my CPO and they are cheep Walmart Lionheart Tires on a square setup. When these need to be staggered. I trusted the Mercedes Brand for luxury and trust. Never thought This would happen at a Mercedes Dealership and not what is considered a flagship car. Iv reached out to Mark (Used Car Manager) via email and no response. This needs to be fixed. I am now driving another vehicle while my S560 sits collecting dust until the issue is resolved. Do not go here. There are better Mercedes Dealerships around.

Don t go to this rip off dealership! They charge to much $ for junk cars! They are scammers if you buy a used car here look it over very carefully. I bought one the Carfax said no accidents but there are doors replaced that are a different color I didn t notice they leak water inside the car when it rains! So I m guessing it s been in an accident! Car has Crappy Chinese tires & brakes too.

October 14, 2022 today I visited Mercedes-Benz West Covina formerly Penske Mercedes-Benz. I had taken my car to my local tire shop when the TPMS warning appeared on the instrument panel. The shop replaced all four sensors. The warning appeared again. I returned to the shop a week later. The shop replaced two of the sensors. The warning light was still on. The shop said the warning light should go off within forty-eight hours. I returned to the shop two days later. I asked for a full refund. The shop refunded me the total amount that I paid. I told the shop that I would return the sensors once the vehicle was returned. I spoke to a couple of independent garages. They all said that I would have to use Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. The after market parts do not always work.I ordered four sensors from Chris Escobedo in the parts department. Chris was very helpful in locating the correct parts for my vehicle. I always found that Mercedes-Benz of West Covina has a large selection of parts. Competitive pricing and a courtesy staff.After thirteen years the battery in my 2009 E550 stoppped working. I shopped several places for a replacement battery Costco, AAA, auto parts stores a couple other dealers. I eliminated the auto parts stores, Costco, AAA with their pro-rata warranties that may last as long as their warranty. I knew it had to be a Genuine Mercedes-Benz Battery. I compared prices and Mercedes-Benz of West Covina gave me the best price for a new battery. There was no bargaining the price was firm. The salepelson delivered the battery to the trunk of my car verified the part number again before placing the battery in the trunk. When i returned the old battery I received a $37.00 credit from the dealership. The Parts Department is very busy and is well staff to handle the calls and customers in line. The dealership has a large inventory of Mercedes-Benz parts and if it is not in stock they will have it for you in a couple of days.

I have been buying all my cars from the same dealership for over 23 years. I have never purchased a car from anywhere but the Mercedes dealership next to my house. When it came to finding my dream car, MB West Covina had it. I was so hesitant to drive all the way to West Covina and work with people I don't know. I called Maher Aboughaly based on other Yelp reviews. What a great find! He was so kind, professional and helpful. He made me and my mother feel so comfortable. It felt like doing business with family.I didn't buy a Mercedes so he had to study the car prior which I appreciated so much. The test drive, negotiation, trade in, financing, everything went so smoothly. I was able to drive away that day with my dream car. I even forgot my garage door opener in my trade in and he mailed it to me in a day.Honestly, it was an amazing transaction and I cannot say enough about what a positive experience I had. Best of luck to everyone there, especially Maher! Hats off and thank you for helping make a dream come true!

This is the first time I have purchased a car via text and it was amazing! The process was very simple. All I had to do was show up, test drive and sign paperwork! My sales lady Sally was so helpful! Lots of patient on the phone and keep me posted for the whole process.

She took me on a great test drive. She was very detailed when showing me the vehicle. She even took me to the service department to show me around. She is awesome.
