The online opportunity to make an appointment in advance is greatly appreciated. I was able to get in and out in less than 20 minutes even with all the service bays occupied. Please thank your store manager, Frank and his crew for their professional and courteous service.

This is a regular place I go to. Arrived and I was told it would be an hour. Since I was traveling the next day I decided to waited out. Everything was going well and they were moving faster than expected. I noticed that things were slowing down with my car being the only one. I decided to go look and noticed the tech was on his phone. I noticed the time and jotted it down. Returned 15 minutes later and he was still on his phone. If I subtracted the time he was on his phone I probably would have been out 30 minutes earlier. Other than that, they always do a good job.Service: Oil change

Super high priced oil change! My little Honda only takes 3.5quarts but apparently they charge for 5 no matter what. For synthetic oil change, they charged me $125 and it was about 45mins.They got me in fairly quickly but definitely the highest price I've paid for an oil change EVER!Won't return due to super high cost of a simple oil change here. Thank you.The staff was fine.

Always great service, scheduled the appointment online, techs were able to diagnose my trucks issue fast, got the parts quick, and had my front rotors and pads replaced all within 2 hours. Great service!

The manager there needs a class on how to be a manager is a young kid that is on his phone with his friends. I got an oil change came home and it was leaking. It was later in the day and I noticed the leak wet in the morning to get it fixed, the manager is still on his phone . Walks around and does absolutely nothing. They fix the leak,the gentleman that was working on it came in and said sorry for the inconvenience on my paperwork. It said the Windshield wipers were good and they re not. I ve went this morning and got new ones. They said the air pressure was on my tires. My light was on and it still on. They didn t put air on the tires. A bunch of people there standing around doing nothing. The manager that checked me out the young kid didn t even go over the paperwork. How do you run a business?

Frank was great. Nice guy, got me in last minute. He didn't try to upsell me on non-needed work/services. He was straightforward with what was needed and was helpful to advise what oil he recommends. And surprise!...His recommendation was NOT the most expensive. He earned my trust 100% I'll definitely be back. Thanks Frank!

I went to jiffy lube right after work at 8am. The service was quick and efficient. I was able to take a short nap in the waiting room while they worked on my car which took about 30 minutes since there was one car ahead of me. I ll come back again for my next oil change.

Frank the manager was absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to clean up my car and fill up fluids. Caring to look for anything that needed attention. All the workers are hardworking and kind.

I felt extremely over charged. Been to one on Route 66 and maybe it s cos I m cute I have never paid over $60 for standard oil change. The gentleman was fast at trying to up sale me. Overall, i paid 95 dollars. For standard oil change. There s coupones online maybe that s why it s so $$$$

Dark cold waiting room. 85% Of the people need to smile more and look like they enjoyed working there i guess they don't wash windows anymore or check air Pressure entires also anymore , but they charge you with tax sixty seven dollars for the basic oil change of five quarts , really..

It was quick, not like other places where they didnt have an opening the same day. SO I LOVED IT that i got it done the same day i went in, and I didnt expect them to put air in my tires, so that was really nice of them. One less thing to worry about.So great experience Service: Oil change

These guys are pretty legit, they don't hassle me and I haven't had any problems so far. Haven't seen any shady activity on my or my work accounts bills. The guys are chill as well.

Happy to have had the Holiday25 coupon thx jiffy lube. Kind of disappointed says on Wall outside windows are cleaned and interior vacuumed With oil change these were listed as n/a on reciept.

Well I went to Jiffy Lube because my regular place was super busy so I decided so come here as an alternative. The service was pretty good although the person who was cleaning the windows to my car really had no enthusiasm about his job. He was very lackluster in doing my windows to my car and actually made them worse by not actually cleaning them. I went to a car wash afterwards to correct the problem immediately. As for the oil change it was pretty good but don t get your windows cleanedService: Oil change

Just a really great experience. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Even didn't try to upsell me on the air filters ;) kindly let me know that they were OK and not in need of replacing just yet. They insisted that I use the more expensive synthetic oil..I did not want it as it is only recommended..my vehicles manufacturers states either synthetic or regular oil can be used...also they did not vacuum nor clean the windows which I understand is part of the service. So I had to ask them to vacuum which they did..which was odd because there was a full staff and I was the only customer there at the time..Even the fluid top off service was not completed..I checked after I had already left..All in all not a pleasant experience...instead of paying 120 for an oil change I paid 51..but I did not appreciate the subtle pressure tactics to pay double for a basic oil change..Service: Oil change
