Honest pricing and honest quotes. My family has been coming here for years. Where a tire shops says I need 1k worth of work this place has told me the opposite and saved me lots of money.

So far I'm having mixed feelings about this shop. I dropped my car off on Friday the 10th and it's now Tuesday the 14th and they're saying they need to get more parts and quote me a higher price? I thought they had checked what was needed to be fixed when I dropped the car off, not see as they go along. so for me, that just doesn't sit well. If the bill ends up being a lot more than was originally quoted, then I'm gonna have to give lower than 3 stars.

Been with them for a long, long time. They rebuilt the engine of our Silverado 2001 and still working. Thanks Scott, Hugo and team.Excellent customer service!

I came here unsure what the issue with my vehicle was and it turned out to be an issue from a previous catalytic converter replacement. Although Imperial could not repair the issue there (requires a muffler shop) they inspected my car and explained the issue to me free of charge. Great service from Scott & Hugo, Top notch repair facility, just one of those few places where U drop off your vehicle and don't really have to worry about it, kinda like the good hands people.I don't mind paying these guy's, cause the work is quality.Straight up quotes and straight up service.Thank U guy's

Brought my Honda here after a sudden onset of strange issues, primarily overnight battery drain from a newer battery. It did take a few visits to narrow down the issue but Scott, Hugo, and team was patient and worked around my schedule, accommodating me while I traveled out of town. Was very fair and inexpensive in pricing and didn't charge me any extra to leave the car in their hands for several days to work through the issue. Will return in the future.

These guys didn t even try to work on my car. It s a simple timing issue that I couldn t detect and thought I could bring it to certified technicians to work on it. But because their machine wasn t working suddenly, they couldn t look into it. All they really had to do was to check the spark/timing issue where you don t need a machine to look into. I took my car elsewhere and they throughly checked it out and actually tried to really help me instead of being lazy about it. This place was happy to take your car in knowing they might get business, but as soon as they can t work on it, they re unfriendly...

My family and I have always been treated well and fairly here at Imerial Auto. They know their stuff!!!!Ladies, this is the place to go. They never take advantage. They are always upfront and will always go that extra mile to explain the mechanics to you. I felt very well taken care of at this shop.

Great Service . I have been a customer for a long time and never had a problem with any of the repairs that they have done to all my vehicle's. They have always been honest and up front with there estimate. I always recommend Imperial Auto to all my friends

I used to work on my own cars. As I got older I had to find a person that I did good work, for a fair price AND that I can trust with our family of five cars. Scott & Hugo are the people I found and have been using since 2005.

I have been going to this shop for years with all of my cars. I love that even though I have moved out of state and can no longer take my cars in to them I can call them and they help me out over the phone and solve my car problems. Scott, Hugo and Turi are the best mechanics I know.

I called this establishment , inquiring about upgrading the transmission on my car. They told me " We don't want to get involved, it may require a lot of modification." I asked if I could bring my vehicle by so they could know for sure, they told me no. I know I don't feel comfortable taking my car to a place that is not confident in their abilities as a transmission shop. Buyer beware!

Scott and his team did an amazing job working with my insurance company and repairing my porsche. I called many other repair shops and none of them were able to fix my car.

DO NOT GO HERE. TOTAL CON. First they did not give us a choice between OEM and aftermarket parts, in our case the aftermarket is actually better quality made of aluminum and cheaper, vs oem is plastic. Second they charged us $550 for an OEM throttle body for our Mini when the OEM part actually costs $170. So they lied. When we called them on it they insisted it was because they only buy OEM and its just better but that is another lie. OEM COSTS HALF WHAT THEY CHARGED US. So basically expect to be lied to and conned.***This is only what we can prove for a fact. Were we overcharged elsewhere too??? No way to know.***
