Great service and pleasant staff. I called and got a voice message, I was called back right away. My service was scheduled right away for next day service. Regularly scheduled oil change was completed in about an hour. This is the second time Hye Tech has service my vehicle. Will definitely keep going back!

I've been bringing my cars to Hye Tech Auto for many years now. The guys have always been honest with me. Pricing costs and labor costs are fair, and a lot of times better than most places I've researched. John is informative and truly tries to educate me on what's going on with my car. As a woman, it was always a concern in the past, whether an auto shop was taking advantage of me, because it happened to me with other places. It feels good to know I no longer have to worry about that since I've been coming here. Several guys have remained with John since I first started servicing my car with them, and this gives me peace of mind. His team all carry the same integrity and I am a loyal customer for this reason.

Had a great experience at this shop! John took care of my situation and helped get what my car needed. Very easy to do business with and was comfortable knowing I was not being take advantage of. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I took my car in for a noise it had been making for some time. I hesitated on where to take my vehicle, as I have had the worst luck with dishonest mechanics. However, I took my car into this shop and within a day they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will definitely be coming back!

I was able to call in and bring in my car early next morning for an oil change. Service was timely and staff was friendly. Also appreciate that they didn t try to sell me on additional services that my dealer service tried to sell me on, plus I was able to ask a lot of questions and they were really good about answering them, and their service charges are more affordable and I appreciate their transparency. I m definitely planning to bring my car back here for service next time.

These guys are really good. I appreciate their attention to detail, and time in making sure the work was done properly. I also appreciate their good intent and not trying to upsell me things I don t really need which is more than I can say for most shops. Keep up the high level of integrity, Hye-tech! It ll earn you more business in the long run, as opposed to the other shops that upsell their customers!

This is the best mechanic we have ever found in the world! We travel throughout the country and our vehicles are pushed beyond normal limits. This facility has always been honest, respectful and dependable. They have made us feel welcome and have always gone beyond what would be expected to make us safe. They have installed engines, transmissions, suspensions, radiators, brakes, and everything else that needs fixing and always to perfection. Don t go anywhere else!

Been coming here for years. Honest hard working, and fair automotive repair shop. I used to have a hard time finding a good honest mechanic but, once I found this place in 2019 I need not look anywhere else. Ive since moved to north OC and still take my car here its worth it knowing my car will be taken care of.

This is way over due!!! I can t express enough how much John, Harry, and the hard working mechanics are amazing HONEST people! John thank you for pushing for me like a father would for one of his children!I bought a car from carmax a 2014 Sorento xls. With it I purchased the extended warranty just incase! Choosing to purchase the warranty was still the second smartest thing I did! Choosing Hye Tech Auto Repair was my First Real Smart Thing Iv literally ever done!John and Harry will go that extra mile to make sure they get you the right parts the safest parts. They are great with the paper work and knowing how to help you the customer over everything I can t thank you all enough! Even when I don t have the warranty I ll still bring my cars here! The team here can seriously work miracles if you are patient and willing to trust their process trust me I know not having a car is hard but having a temporary fix and more problems down the way is worse if you ask me! stop all your car problems here you won t be disappointed!

I appreciate that they were able to fix my brakes quickly today. At first I thought they were closing up. Most shops in the area close early or don t open at all. These guys were there, just on lunch and they got me going pretty quick. They helped me feel better about driving my car. The brakes were making noise and I knew if I didn t get them now I was going to be in trouble. I pushed it and they fixed it.Service: Brake service & repair

I continue to come back to Hye-Tech Auto each time my vehicle needs to be serviced. They have worked on both of my vehicles and the work is done right and in a reasonable amount of time. From start to finish, our experience at Hye Tech was nothing short of perfect. John was kind enough to fit us into his busy schedule with very little notice when we noticed my husbands work van was acting up. John and his team were very thorough in looking at everything and quickly gave us a run down on what needed to be done. He explained everything and even helped us prioritize which issues to take care of first, and which ones can wait for next time. Once we gave the go ahead, they worked diligently and professionally and were able to return the van to us the same day. Right now, the van is running so smooth and most importantly, safe! Their pricing is very fair and the amount of extra care they put into their work makes it easy to want to use them again. I had a good experience here today. I went in for a specific issue that I thought happened to my vehicle and they said it was something different which ended up cost me a bit less than I thought it would. We offer a great and fair rates for their services. I plan on using them very soon again

I had called in to see if I can get oil change and they said to bring it down. They took my car in and right away. They even told me that oil filter housing was broken from prior oil change. Had them replace it and very thankful for their quick service. They even went to dealer to pick up part that was needed for my car.

I stopped by this shop on a whim because my usual place was closed and boy was I pleased. John treats you like family; with kindness and respect. My car was done in a few hours and they also let know what other repairs I might need without being pushy about them. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I've taken my car here three times now and have had a great experience each time. On my most recent visit, I needed to have the check engine light looked at and 90k mile service. They also checked the breaks at my request. I got an update in the afternoon and they went through the recommended work. Everything was explained in terms that were easy to understand. Their pricing is fair and they had my car done by the end of the day.I feel like my car is in good hands when I leave it with them. I'll continue to bring my car to HYE TECH auto for service and repairs.
