Always a great place for service! The staff there are experienced, hardworking, and straightforward with their services and prices. I ve been going there for years and have not been disappointed yet. The prices are reasonable, the assessments are accurate, and they have great customer rapport. Despite how busy they can be at times, they still stay on top of it. Highly recommended!

Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to look at my new wheels and tires I bought and was able to assess that they didn t have tire pressure sensors (which he showed me) and something I completely forgot to take into consideration. I was able to get my new wheels and tires on without any issue and he was able to transfer my tire sensors as well. Been driving now for more than a week and no issues, no tire pressure light, and rides very smooth. On top that the price was very reasonable and service was quick. Highly highly recommend.

They had to order my replacement tires (after I had badly damaged one on an off-highway trip on a storm damaged road) but they had them early the next day, they installed them quickly, remounted the spare (not a simple task) and I was back on the road in under an hour!!! Great experience!

I will never take my car anywhere else. Scott knows his stuff and treats his customers right. His staff always has me in and out quickly and they get it right the first time. 5 star service.

I had a great experience with Grand Tire. Not only was the owner, Scott, super knowledgeable and experienced, he explained what I did NOT need worked on, saving me a ton of money. After a different company created an invoice for a bunch of work, he explained what they were doing and why they were doing it to maximize their profits while decreasing their labor time. It's such a relief and a breath of fresh air to find someone honest and reliable. I would highly recommend using Grand Tire for tires and brake service.

I went in to purchase a set of tires for my car and i was quoted $780 for all four tires with installation. I thought i was getting a great deal until they installed my tires and i drove home. When i arrived home i decided to look up the tires they put on my car to see if i got a good price. (I know i probably should ve checked before) but when looking online i saw Walmart had the exact same tires for a fraction of the cost. From Walmart they quoted me $520. So I decided to call grand tire back and asked if they could take them back and have me go to Walmart instead. They said, since I had Driven home that they will not accept the tires back. And when I asked why they are charging $260 more than Walmart the woman on the phone did not know how to respond she tried giving the phone to the boss but he had me waiting on hold so I decided to hang up and give up. I m sharing my experience, so if you are deciding to buy tires from this place, check Walmart and see if they have A better deal because they probably will. I lost $260 but learned a lesson.

Quick and great service. When I called they didn t have my tire size. They ordered it. They said it would be there at 1pm they called me at 11am I was outta there by 12:30 with a new tire

Love going here, unlike many shops they're very honest and budget friendly. If ever I'm unsure of anything, I feel very comfortable going to them, knowing they'll be honest whether they are able to do the work or not. Recommended them to a friend awhile back and he said grand tire had his car for 3 hours and called to tell him the things he was worried about weren't the problem but something else was that they didn't have a way to fix. They recommended places that could and put his car back together. He didnt need to pay anything and they helped him understand more about his car. Many other shops would've done what he thought was needed and charged him and he wouldn't have known the real problem. Every employee I've met has been kind they talk to you like friends and family not just a customer. highly recommend.

My family has been coming here for years. It's the best place to get your tires patched here in Covina. You can't beat their prices. On top of that they are fast, and always friendly.

Honest business. They will tell you exactly what is going on with a price. They will let you know if it may go up and give you the lower price if it cost less after the quote. They do not upsell or offer work that is unnecessary. This is a busy shop, get there early. Been here for breaks, struts, and son's car driving sensors.

Had a problem with the trailer brakes on my dump trailer. The guys at grand tire checked it out. All that was needed was an adjustment. The price they gave me was great value. They got my trailer up and running same day. Great experience. I'm going to start referring them.

This place is so great, they fixed my car when an axle broke they did a great job. I also stop by when I need air in my tires and they do it for free, except for the well deserved tip. Everybody here is very courteous and nice.

So so glad I was referred here!! Desperately needed 4 new tires. Walked in yesterday afternoon and the owner Scott was extremely helpful. He gave me multiple options for new tires and explained the pros/cons of each. He ordered them for me and by 11am the next day they called me and told me they re ready for installation. I dropped my car off around noon and had it back by 1:30pm. They work so fast here. But even if it wasn t fast I d still come back time after time because of the customer service. Scott was absolutely great. Thank you!!!!

Friendly staff and great service!.. Very quick and accommodating depending on what you're having done.. We were there for a minor car service and waited about 20 mins.. Also the location is close to where I'm at on Grand Ave while visiting Covina.. Excellent all the way!

I have been here before for a tire repair. The price has gone up since I was last here but when you have a flat tire and you need it repaired quickly this is the place to go to. Fast, friendly service. I am grateful they are close by. Please support local businesses.

This time I went nail in my tire cast me $30.00 and another $30.00 to rotate the tires they told me it was because I had custom rims what car doesn't have some sort of custom rims. I have been going there for many years , you know support the little guy well they just lost a customer. I will go to discount tire, they rotate for free..... see ya Grand tire.....

Awesome crew and very Honest! Brought my Civic due to blowout left rear tire, barely a year since I replaced all 4 tires. Good thing it's still under warranty. They replaced it with a NEW tire with very minimal fee. Was in & out less than 20 mins. Satisfied customer since 2018! Highly recommended!

Hands down Grand tires is the best tire shop that you can ever go to in Southern California, I have a lot of good memories growing up at Grand tires. My dad was the Manager there many years ago and Don was the owner.

These guys are great! Father son business that's been in the area for years and I've been a customer for over 40 years. The owner's son (Scott) runs the business now and he is very knowledgeable and honest, I trust his opinion and it's the type of place where I would send my wife and know she wouldn't be overcharged. Sure the big box or online store might be $3 cheaper per tire but I'd rather support my local family run business to make sure they're still around to provide great service for many years to come.

Have family that has been coming here for years. I've been coming here for a while. The shop is very well kept. Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Love it everytime I come here! 10/10 recommend for any tire repairs or suspension services.

Once again; top drawer service. I went to Grand Tire because I was told by another service place that my son's Scion xB needed front axle, CV repairs, etc. etc. Also needed struts/shocks (which didn't surprise me, considering that it had almost 160,000 miles). Scott (owner) let me know that the axle was fine and the CV boot issues were of no concern. He was basically going to let me go because he didn't feel there were any issues to worry about, but I asked about the shocks/struts. He basically said I could replace them if I wanted it to handle better, but it wasn't necessary. I'd rather have it back to original performance, so I opted for the repair. Out the door price was almost 1/3 of what the other place quoted for the same thing (shocks/struts/labor) total (OEM, by the way). No need to go elsewhere if you want it done right at a good price, and you won't get upsold on something you don't need. Oh; and in and out in one day...
