We had a great experience last night with our purchase. Took our son to purchase his first vehicle and Joseph (Sushi) and MD were great. They worked with my son to get him to a payment he felt comfortable with and got him a better rate than we were first quoted. They also have a great selection of new and used vehicle to choose from although my son already has the vehicle in mind he chose from their website. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Rocxy was simply the best!!! She showed us the perfect truck for me and my family...she went above and beyond with the team at Ram West Covina to get me the best approval! Before the 2023 year ends, I want to give a big shout out to Sergio who was friendly, patient and understanding while I decided on my Jeep 2024 4xe. He provided me pictures when I asked and he knew that I was busy with my jobs plus my business Lily Sweet Cakes. I wanted my Jeep at a price I felt comfortable with, plus I didn't want go waste too much time there because I knew what were some of the important features I wanted in my Jeep. For all my hard work and years I have been wanting a Jeep; I finally did it with the help of Sergio. The manager Fahad also wanted press on me, but I told Sergio that I didn't want get bothered too much. I read a mix of reviews here and I just know that Sergio gave me a genuine experience. Fahad told me he was going include a red bow but he probably forgot and I didn't remind them. Maybe, they can send me a cool small accessory or a Medium Jeep T-Shirt to make it up. I hope this dealer gets a remodel and better outcomes because it has potential. Thank you Sergio!

My interaction with this dealership, particularly in the aftermath of purchasing a Corvette, was dishearteningly filled with a multitude of issues that collectively culminated in an unsatisfactory experience. While the initial purchasing process exhibited a facade of decency, subsequent events unfolded that revealed a disconcerting lack of integrity.During the transaction itself, the finance manager, Stephanie, cast a shadow on the transparency of the process by attempting to tack on unnecessary packages. This not only raised concerns about the ethics of the dealership but also left me questioning the motives behind such opportunistic maneuvers, seemingly geared towards augmenting personal gains.However, the real ordeal began post-purchase when attempts to communicate with the General Manager, Laso Abbas, proved to be an exercise in futility. Despite persistent efforts to address concerns, the GM's elusive nature significantly hindered any semblance of effective communication, leaving me grappling with unresolved issues.A scheduled appointment for the removal of the vehicle wrap on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am, which was initially seen as a step towards resolution, transformed into a protracted and disheartening affair. Contrary to assurances of a prompt removal, my car languished in a dirt lot for well over an hour. Inquiries regarding the status of the removal were met with evasive responses, amplifying the frustration of the situation.It wasn't until 1 pm, following repeated requests for updates from the sales manager, Farhad, that my car was reluctantly returned. To my dismay, the removal job was nothing short of subpar, and to exacerbate matters, scratches adorned the side of my door. The dealership's indifferent response, brushing off concerns by asserting the car was sold "as is," further underscored a glaring lack of accountability.In summation, my encounter with this dealership was characterized by a disturbing lack of transparency, unresponsive management, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. The disheartening nature of these experiences compels me to caution anyone against considering this dealership for their automotive needs. The evident lack of ethical conduct, both among salespeople and management, serves as a stark warning that potential customers should look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and customer-centric automotive experience.

Joseph(sushi) and MD was the best people to work with at Envision. They tried everything in their power to get me the car that I wanted and was very straight up with me on how the processes go. They are very friendly & easy to have funny conversations with. I recommend anyone that s trying to buy a car. To go to EnvisionCDJR and go to Joseph and MD.

Alex and Carlos the service porter did a really great job cleaning my vehicle.I Like how the place is well organized no mark ups no tax. The supervisor manager is doing a good job in the back taking care of the dealer. Laso the GM is the best . They told me about the prices and there was no false advertising. Came to envision to get a quick oil change and the customer service was great. Alex and carlos the service porters did a great job washing my car. Gilbert also jumped in and asked if i needed any help and took good care of me. Laso the General Manager has been doing a great job improving the dealership. The supervisor manager Kayla is a good person and helpful. Came to the store No false advertising and no markup which is good. Everything calm no force. No tax. Before you consider purchasing a car from Envision CDJR West Covina dealership I genuinely urge you to read this review in its entirety if you don t want to be swindled and hustled out of your hard earned money. My husband and I were not only lied to, we were also deceived, and an unauthorized credit run was made by the dealership on my social to five different banks. Fair warning, this review is lengthy to give you a full understanding of how this dealership operates. This dealership tried to rob us of our money!On 2/12/2024, we were told by the dealership (Roxie) they would sell us the vehicle (pre-owned 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid) we were interested in for $26,000 out the door. We informed the dealership that we had our own financing through our own bank and was informed that we would not be able to get financing through our own bank until we decided to refinance the vehicle. We stated that we understood although we didn t believe what we were told. Therefore, I requested that my credit not be ran until after I was ensured the car was going to be sold to us for $26,000 out the door. Roxie who was helping us promised my credit would not get ran until we had a definite price on the car. When she returned with the pricing of the car with fees, the car price came out to over $40,000!After looking over the paperwork it was noticed that there was a fee for over $11,000. Only after asking what the fees were was it stated to us that we were getting charged for an extended warranty and the dealer s package. We stated, we weren t paying $40,000 and inquired if my credit had been ran. Roxie didn t respond and asked that we give her a moment. She returned with the finance manager with another price breakdown. Only this time it was for a little over $35,000 that still included an accessory fee for $6,500. I was told by Roxie the extended warranty had been removed and the dealer s package was $3,999. The finance manager then stated there was no way they were going to sale us or finance us for $26,000 out the door for the car. We then asked, was my credit run. The finance manager indicated my credit had been run. We informed the finance manager we did not authorize my credit to be ran. My credit was ran five times for $40,000. Initially, the finance manager stated my credit had only been run by four banks. Once we requested the names of the banks, we were then informed it was five.We declined the sale and as I was getting ready to pick up the two sheets that had the car pricing and fees on it, the finance manager grabbed both and stated, the forms belonged to the dealership and we could not have them. Thereafter, we began to walk out and Roxie comes up to me and whispers what if I can get you the car for $32,000 out the door, like out the door, out the door . Again I declined. Two days later, Roxie calls my husband laughing stating she could get him the car for $26,000 out the door. My husband hung up the phone.

We came in to JUST look at potential Dodge charger buys. We had gone to other dealerships but it didn t feel right. We saw the cars they had on OfferUp and decided to come look for ourselves. Their selection is top notch! Various colors and models but what sold us most was Rocxy s attention to detail and customer service. She listened to everything I wanted in a car and she delivered! This place took care of me. I called because I damaged my last car and owed a good amount of money on it. My credit also isn t all that great. They got me into a brand new car even though I didn t have much of a down payment and they rolled my last loan into the new one. Great attitudes and they stuck around late to help me. I love my new car! Coming back soon to trade up into that new Swinger edition asap Ask for Joseph, (Sushi) and Fahad!

I am completely changing my review this has been the worst customer service and experience ever. The finance department is absolute trash. I ve been paying two car notes for 2 months because they have not paid off my previous car. To make matters worst all we get is excuses, we cannot talk to anyone, the finance manager got irate with me for being upset about them not holding their word (paying off the car and refunding our money after two and a half months). He won t answer the calls, my husband had to take off work to get someone to respond. I m now going to Jeep cooperate because we have been treated very poorly.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not spend your money here. I hate I ever walked through their doors the only saving grace is Drew, the best salesman who has been more responsive and attentive then anyone.Please buyer beware the finance and office is incompetent, poor manners, and absolutely unresponsive. Ishmael, the finance guy is absolutely in the wrong field. If you re going to get upset about a customer being rightfully mad about you all not holding up your end of the bargain and you not holding your word you don t deserve people s business. He raised his voice and tried to defend the indefensible and still days later has not resolved the matter and still refuses to pick up the phone and face their shortcomings.Trashy business. Jeep cooperate and the GM will know about how poorly we ve been treated. I don t even want the car now.Best dealership ever! I drove an hour for their great deal and they went above and beyond that to make the numbers work. I was met with Drew The Coolest Car Agent who was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and willing to meet my needs until I was happy and comfortable with the deal. He did not tire of letting me test drive cars until I found the one, and listened so well to who I was and what I needed that he was able to pick the best car for me. I went to Mercedes, Porsche, other Jeep Dealerships and I received the best car, offer, trade-in everything from Envision. They even beat Mercedes on trade-in value of my Mercedes by a few thousand. From the GM to the detailers top notch service and care. Even my finance guy, Yussef was a blast to hang and talk with! Everyone cheered when I wrung the bell literally everyone!These guys go above and beyond!Oh! I got home and had a freak out moment with my new baby (I thought she wasn t turning on), texted Drew and less than a minute after I hit send he not only responded he called me back, jumped on FaceTime, and helped me figure out that nothing was wrong with her (The hybrid is so quiet I didn t realize it was on!! It s so quiet that 4 people thought we had a dead car not turning on!). This was hours after our deal, Drew didn t make me feel silly, and encouraged me to call him if I need anything in the future.I m sending everyone to Envision of West Covina! Thank you all for giving my dream car and not letting me compromise or feel uncomfortable with my deal!
