The service writers were nice to deal with and everything was completed timely. The issue I have is I was told my front brake pads and rotors were shot. The pads were in need of replacing, but the rotors were in great shape. It may have been something lost in translation between the tech and the office, but you're playing with people's wallets. In addition, assuming it was a miscommunication, it can still lead one to believe that the dealership is using a big safety concern for most drivers (brakes) as a means to get additional work. I was a service manager for 30 years and I always told the staff to have the facts straight and be sure to be honest with the customer. "Sir, your front brake pads are worn out. The rotors are 'okay' but should be replaced." This is assuming you folks don't turn rotors anymore. The only reason for that is to create an opportunity for parts revenue. I had a local shop turn my rotors. They said they were in great shape according to the guy who did them for me. I have no intentions to go to another dealership but will research all recommendations given to me going forward.

My name is Jonathan Graybill, owner of Graybill Metal Polishing, a local small business. I purchased the extended 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership when i purchased my 2019 Ram only to find that it doesn't cover windshield seals. So my several thousand dollar warranty apparently does not cover a factory defect that allows water to rush into my car whenever i experience heavy rain conditions. I wonder to myself if they would cover any damage to the electrical system that would occur as water rushes into my dashboard. For all i know that could start a fire. And as a father of a newborn baby that is strapped into the back seat, this is a less than comforting thought. As far as I'm concerned this company knowingly sells bunk warranties, and then when you talk to their service department they tell you that your extended warranty, the one that you bought from the same dealer, is a third party warranty. Meaning they will not supply you with loaner car or even a rental. I will never purchase another vehicle or have my current vehicle serviced with this location again. And in all honesty, this will likely be the last domestic truck i purchase. I had a tacoma for five years and with every single service and repair experience i was offered a shuttle back to work or a rental. As an American, i am disgusted by this particular American corporation's behavior, but i am not surprised. Buy a Toyota. Thats what i plan to do after i can offload this truck without too much damage to my wallet. The truck is nice, all things considered. And I'm a Mopar guy. So i never wanted to admit that the foreign carmakers and dealers were the better option, but my personal experience dealing with these two organizations has taught me better. I also requested a new key fob because the key that came with the truck was damaged. They agreed. It s now 6 months after my initial purchase and after probably a dozen calls, i still haven't received my key. This business has the worst customer service and business practices that i have ever experienced. And i personally dealt with Boyd Coddington, so that is saying something. Whatever you do, do not purchase their extended warranty. Im sure Safelite auto glass will give me a better deal than this dealership if i do end up having to pay out of my own pocket to fix a factory defect that could potentially harm my family as we are driving on a road trip and face harsh weather.Services: Auto windshield repair, General repairs & maintenance

I went to Jeep Dealer at Envision in West Covina. Maryam Ziglari helped me a lot with replacing my Jeep Wrangler stolen spare tire and rim. It was not available when I went to the dealer and Maryam always send me a message about the parts still not being available. She always update me if it's not available yet. Once it's available, she sent me a message about it. I went back to the Jeep dealer and Maryam assisted me right away when I came . I was really grateful for all her help, for being nice dealing with me and I'm sure to all the customers. I can't thank her enough. Also thank you with the technician who put my new spare tire and rim on my car.Service: Auto tire replacement

I came here because I was tired of the poor treatment I was receiving from Glendora Dodge. My appointment to drop off my truck was right when they opened, I sat outside the gate for 20 minutes as multiple workers walked by. The courtesy ride I requested when booking my appointment was never provided and I had to call my mom to come get me. I was late to work because of this delay. Went days without any update on my truck, regardless of how many times I called. AFTER TWO WEEKS, they finally told me what the problem as with my suspension. Didn t bother to tell me the day I dropped off my truck that they didn t have a service manager at the location because he quit. I could ve taken it to another dealership during this time. Any time we called, we sat on hold for 20+ minutes. And when if they didn t have the answer after being on hold, they said they d get back to us and would maybe call 3-5 hours later, if we were lucky enough to receive a call that day. After three weeks I was told my truck would be available to pick up on Friday. Friday morning I called to see when I could pick it up, they informed me that once again it would not be ready because there weren t any technicians present to install the part. They said it would be ready by Monday. Monday night they called to tell me it wouldn t be ready until Tuesday. Tuesday, I was able to pick it up. 1 whole month my truck sat there yet only needed two days to fix?? No compensation for anything either. To top it off, My truck was disgusting and filthy after sitting in their yard for a month.I appreciate the ones there that did finally help us but the dealership itself should ve spoken up when they couldn t get my truck fixed right away and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere

My appointment was at 8:30 am for an oil change, I got there at 8: 20 am. I checked in and went to sit in the lobby. Around 9am I noticed my car was still sitting in the same spot. I spoke to someone and informed them that at the time of scheduling they informed that I would be out in 1 hr max. The employee moved my car to an empty parking spot and again it sat there for about another 15 minutes. I again asked to speak to the manager and he informed that he would bring my car back as soon as possible. He stated that other customers had shown up (with no appt) and he likes to take care of everyone. Then I asked, well then what is the point of having appts? They finally brought my car back and completed service. At checkout I received my receipt that stated I had a nail in my right rear tire and that my motor mounts were leaking. I also received the video that they text you of the 12 point inspection that stated that my motor mounts were fine. I called and asked what is the correct info and no one could answer my question. Honestly this was the worst service I have ever received.

I brought my Jeep in for service and assessment of an issue with the exhaust. Victor and the team serviced and assessed problem within one day. I picked up my Jeep and scheduled next appointment when part needed arrived. Victor and the team did a great job of fixing it that day. I am very grateful for the excellent communication and effort by this team and dealership. I highly recommend you try them out for your next dealership visit.

I made a 7:30 am service appointment for a check engine light. I called at 4:00 and they hadn t even looked at it. After calling and getting angry, they finally plugged in the scanner to see what code it had. The next day they didn t diagnose it until after 4:00. They promised it would be ready at 11:00 the next day. I called at 12:00 to see if it was ready. They hadn t started to work on it. It was finally done at 3:30. They conveniently have no loaner vehicles. One should be provided on warranty work. Their communication is horrible

Had a part come off my car while in the freeway back in September. After not ordering the part, ordering the wrong part ect they finally got the part in 10 months later. Was told when I originally took my car in that it was under warranty since I did not do anything to cause it coming off. When they got the part in the guy who checked me in was very rude making it seem like I made it up that I was told under warranty until I showed the email conversations I had. Have same attitude about it when the car was done. Was also told it was going to take an hour and a half to two hours. So I did not get a ride, I was waiting for over four hours and had to go ask for updates. Do not go here!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tire rotations, Battery, Oil change

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! Horrible Experience !!!Purchased a truck started smoking and not running about 30 minutes after I drove it off the lot.Tried talking to the manager called about 7 times never gotta call back. They avoided my calls. Didn't want to work with me. Finally got them to put it in the shop. And they had it over 3 months. I got it back 5 days ago, and I'm having the exact same issues as before. Still not repaire!!! No one communicates to each other, they're customers, services is horrible. Not to mention when i purchased the truck they had very high pressure and unknolagable salesman. This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Victor did a great job taking care of me and my vehicle I don t think I could of asked for any better service. I never had a dealership send me a video of there inspection, that was awesome personally I think you guys should build off this and offer your customers other options with there repairs. Service department was great. Sales and sales managers are rude and horrible to deal with. Including the gentlemen in the reception area in the main showroom. Very rude and dismissive. I will not be going back to this dealership. Nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately a couple of reasons for average grade; had to pay a large amount to fix my engine, the same issue occurred 1 yr and 2.5 weeks ago so warranty expired. To have the same exact issue almost a year apart is very questionable. Also this dealership is extremely busy. Took car before the gate to the service department opened and still had to wait 4 hrs for them to diagnose my engine issue.Service: Transmission

Arrived and went onto the office where I was greeted by Henry. Passive door lock/un-lock on drivers door not working. He did testing and check settings. Need a new door handle.As for Henry...he was fantastic. Have been to 3 other Jeep dealers in area for service all were horrible experiences. Big difference with Henry.Do have to say, disappointed with Jeep for something that should be a sensor, not a door handle and in the end costing me over $400.Service: Electrical repair

Made an appointment and let the service advisor know I would need more work other than an oil change and I wouldn t mind dropping it off. Showed up to appt and was told I couldn t get a diag on my concerns it would take at least two weeks just to look at it. I got my oil change and did not even receive and MPI on my vehicle. I have a cracked windshield, my Parking service alert is on, one of my speakers is not working and my sway bar link is missing a bolt which is a safety concern and no one told me anything about it. Such a horrible experience.

Wheel alignment was good. Tire price matched discount warehouse price. For the considerable labor cost for the tire mounting: the wheels did not get new valve stems ( the car is almost 10 years old) and the tire pressure was 33 psi in one tire and one tire was 39 psi. These two tires should have been closer to the recommended pressure of 36 psi.Service: Wheel alignment

Service is good. But I m giving it 2 stars because they got rid of Raymond service employee and no one there can do what he used to for us customers. I bought a brand new 2023 Durango and my lift gate is malfunctioning and I can t even get service to help me with a loaner while they fix it. Why get rid of the employees that actually work. I don t get it.

The people I had direct contact with were helpful, but I'm still not sure about the sales manager, he walks around with Arrogance! One time I was there, he was yelling at a customer, then the next time I was there he was Very Rude and Disrespectful. Henry Jimenez helped me out today with my recall services and it was outstanding on my 2022 1500. Orginally under the old mangement it was horrible and when Carmen first contacted me and told me they are new mangement I came to give a second chance. Henry helped me out with an original problem I had with old mangement that they never replied or got back to me for almost a year. Henry took care of what they couldn't do it merely 1 hour. Again I would like to thank Carmen for helping me set this up and letting me know about new mangement and Henry for taking care of me.
