I leased a new car here today and I had an excellent experience. I worked with Jason and he did a great job. All the rest of the staff were great too. They were very fair and they didn t try to pressure me into anything I didn t want. I ve had bad experiences with other dealerships before so it was nice to leave today feeling good about everything. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I just purchased a Escalade and had a smooth experience. Avia Yin was an excellent salesperson to work with. She was very prompt with communication which was appreciated and addressed all my needs in the transaction. Avia also streamlined the entire delivery process for me. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

When I decided it was time to buy a new car, I have to admit, I cringed at the thought of the car buying process. However, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Avia Yin was a pleasure to deal with and the consummate professional. I live over an hour away and she worked with me diligently to make it work and boy, did she. I cannot recommend Crestview Cadillac and Avia enough. She's a great communicator and better yet, a person with integrity. After I received my keys, she took her time and was beyond patient helping me set up car play and showing me all the new features that I had no clue how to navigate. Like I said, best experience ever and I just love my new XT4. If you're in the market for a Cadillac, they're the place to go!

If you're thinking of purchasing a car, start here. I know it's a Cadillac dealer. But just experience the Crestview Cadillac buying experience. Jason and the staff are the most professional auto sales staff I've ever encountered. I purchased a pre owned Cadillac was sold the advertised price, no pressure no haggling. Just a great experience.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Crestview Cadillac and each time has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Ginger Diaz and Robert Zepeda made the process so easy and are always willing to work with you. No high pressure sales, no fancy sales tricks, just exact and honest information to get you into the vehicle you are want and are comfortable with. Also, their service center is another reason to buy from Crestview; their reps are very responsive and considerate. They treat you like friends or family at every level.

Hands down best customer service experience I've ever had in any dealership. Avia assited in the purcahse of an Escalade and was very attentive and informative from the start. She was very knowledgeable with the vehicle features and help personalized every setting to meet our needs before driving off. Manger Chris was also very helpful in this process and ensured everything went smooth. When it's time to purchase another Cadillac, I will definitely return to Crestview Cadillac.

The best experience you can have with a dealership is here!This is the 2 nd Cadillac I get from Crestview Cadillac, and the treatment is getting better and better , I highly recommend Avia, she is been a great help all the way , her experience and professionalism is 10/10 , very resourceful and responsive even out of her office hours, she helped me overcome the difficulties I had when I tried to get the car, and facilitated everything for me , really big THANK YOU AVIA.

We re so excited that today we successful leased Cadillac XT6 at West Covina. Our sales Avia is the best! She is very patient and responsible to go overview every steps. We told her about our budget and she made everything amazing. We highly recommended people to purchase or lease a Cadillac from her! Also, the manager Chris is very nice and helpful too. I was looking for the best priced pre-owned Escalade ESV within 500 miles and coincidentally, my top choice actually happened to be at the 2nd closest to me... about 30 min away.I had never been to that dealership and randomly, but luckily, ended up with Robert Zepeda answering the phone when I called. I went to check out the car a couple of days later, but didn't immediately decide to buy it. Once I made up my mind a couple of days later, Robert made the process _super_ easy... I buy a lot of cars across all price ranges from all manufacturers, and this was a no B.S., no-trying-pull-a-fast-one-on-you experience. We negotiated the price over email and text, they filled out the paperwork and Robert drove 30 min to my house (or actually, a Starbucks next to my house) to sign the paperwork!I'd understand that service if I was paying a $10K markup over MSRP on a new car, but I truly was getting a _very_ reasonably priced, 3 year old SUV.The only downside I'd note is that this dealership, similar to the Pasadena Cadillac dealership, is simply not as nice (building structure/aesthetics) as competing brands. Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, etc. dealers are much, much nicer. I've even been to nicer Toyota and Acura dealers. It's not a big deal in the end, but the difference is certainly noticeable.

Purchased my Cadillac ct5 from Carmax semi new with only 4k miles and immediately began taking it for services to Crestview Cadillac in West Covina and was okay the first year with the service. Unfortunately, they assigned me to a different service advisor Eddie and right off the bat this so called advisor had a chip on his shoulder. Could not bother with going the extra mile for his job. Early this year (2023) we noticed the vehicle began to struggle when coming to stops or even when decreasing velocity. We immediately informed Eddie at Crestview and he serviced the vehicle, did their diagnostic and he said nothing was wrong with the car. Again after picking up the car it began doing the same thing and a few months later when we took it in for service we reported it to him again (2nd time). Same thing svc, diagnostic and nothing wrong with the car. Ok here we go again, took the car and it clearly did the same thing again. This time in October we take in it to him and my husband has him get in the vehicle with him to go for a drive and what do you know? Eddie hears and feels what the car has been doing. They acknowledged something was indeed wrong with this car. Turns out the car needed the brake abs module be replaced. Unfortunately, Cadillac is on strike and they are back ordered in parts this being one of them. My husband and I go to speak to Eddie, my initial concern and question to him is am I safe to continue driving this vehicle with my kids? Only to have him respond to me with you ve been driving it all this time ! How disrespectful. As if we had not voiced the problems with this car on more than one occasion. In the end after many many calls to Cadillac directly and to Crestview s manager Paul who never took the courtesy to return our calls, they claimed they ve fixed this problem but my car isn t fixed it keeps struggling making the same sluggish noise. I will take this car to a different Cadillac dealership for repairs with the hope they don t all provide this Horrible customer service. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.

I got my last car, an ATS, in 2017 from Julie. Since my lease is gonna mature in 3 months, I started to do explore options I have to get the best deal on my next car. When I called Julie, she said let me see what I can do. And after only a little while, and I meant within that day, she got me this magical deal. I gave back my old ATS and now I'm driving a 2019 white ST5. And even the financial lady could not believe her eyes and double checked the deal I got. I mean who can believe after 3 years, I'm driving a bigger, a SUV, and newer car, with less than 300 miles, and paying even less??? Yes, I believe it because of Julie! Thank you!!!

Smaller Dealership, but they seem to have at least 5 or 6 of each model in stock to check out. People working there are very courteous, easy going and really good on their product knowledge. Didn't get to the dealing stage as we are still brand shopping but I have lots of family that purchased new cars there so have to assume that they can get deals made.

I just purchased a CT5 from Ted at Crestview Cadillac. The process was easy, the price was fair and didn't require any aggravation haggling or whatever. The car was waiting for me when I arrived, I simply signed a few things and was on my way. Julie was amazing helping me learn the bells and whistles and guiding me through the buying process. Crestview is family owned and operated (3rd generation), and they are just plain good folks over there. Highly recommend!!

I was in the market for a car for 6 months before I finally found the right car, the right dealership and the right sales person who was very patient and answered ALL my questions. HUGE shout out to Ricky Fleming over at Crestview Cadillac for making this process so smooth and painless!!! Ricky provided amazing service from the time I called to inquire about the vehicle to test driving it and to finally making my purchase. I had been to SEVERAL dealerships but never felt the type of service I experienced at Crestview Cadillac.I highly suggest if you are shopping around for a car please visit this dealership, ask for Ricky and you will be in great hands! I was shopping around for a Cadillac and I ended up going with his dealership because I was fortunate enough to find someone like Avia Yin to help me with my purchase. She made it straightforward and smooth from start to finish. I made a custom order online for an Escalade and sent her the trim/options I wanted. She didn't make any promises, but she said it'll get here in 4-6 months but only took 3 months!If you're looking to purchase a Cadillac, I'll save you the trouble of shopping around, just look for Avia Yin at this dealership. She's the best.

I went to this dealer store yesterday to buy a Cadillac T6, a guy named Roy Mao, made me feel very satisfied with the service. Although he is a new employee, his patience and enthusiasm are far better than those of the old employees. He helps me to get better prices again and again, and patiently explains the reasons for various charges and the details of vehicle protection. Hope Cadillac can hire more good people like Roy and maybe your business will be better
