Great sales staff, worked with Natalie via text to help me locate vehicle I was looking for, Saul helped sell me on believing the Chevy Silverado was the car I needed in my life. The finance team helped me get into the car at a better rate than my credit union was able to offer and within my budget.

I just had a great experience at Covina Hills Chevrolet. Christopher Cuevas was knowledgeable and super friendly. The rest of the team was welcoming from the beginning. I did not feel pressured one bit. They listened to my concerns and requests and we were able to make a deal for a brand new Silverado. Thanks guys!

Had a positive experience at the Chevrolet Dealership. With the help of Steven who was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions thoroughly. All staff are friendly and with good music too.Most competitive prices from all the other dealers around. Mr.C.Ortega, saleperson, was great and very easy to work with. And, with,Mr.Ross manager was helpful too. Got my family and myself into a good vehicle with really low mileage and a decent price. Would recommend Covinahills Chevrolet to family and friends. Ands, when looking for another vehicle Covinahills Chevrolet will be my first choice..

The new staff and management are wholeheartedly incompetent and negligent especially pertaining to documenting paid services. The previous staff were all fired and it apparently hadn't been the first time that occurred. They will charge you for services they do not complete, and based on the carelessness and callousness of management, that doesn't surprise me. I suggest anyone who has the same issues to contact the Better Business Bureau, since they suggested the same thing as well. The rubensque gentleman that claimed to be the supervisor had no idea what he was doing, so the individuals that own this branch might consider firing this cycle of staff as well.

My husband and I were in the area just to browse around, we end up talking to a salesman named Brandon. We test drove the 2500 we loved it so much! He end up being able to help us get the truck. He and razi were so nice and helpful . They worked around our budget. I'm so glad we chose to stop here they are very welcoming here at Covina hills Chevrolet. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and recommend them to friends and family. If you're looking into buying a vehicle this is the place to go to. Trust me you won't be disappointed. The employees are all friendly. Thank you chevy I'm exited to drive our new 2024 chevy silverado 2500 diesel truck Thank you once again Brandon and razi your the best God bless you both !!

My sales person was great and most of the experience of purchasing the car went smoothly. The service department, however, is a different story. Whoever installed my temporary license plate not only drilled the holes so big that the screws kept falling out, but they were drilled crooked. So I now have this beautiful $50,000 new Camaro with gorgeous rhinestone license plate frames that are crooked. If they can t figure out how to do something that simple, why would I ever trust them to make a repair or even schedule a maintenance appointment for my car?Update: on the third visit, I believe the license plate issue has been resolved. However, I also had an $850 decal put on my car at that time. The service manager had assured me that it would be done to his standards. It is an absolute mess. There are air bubbles and bumps in the decal, and a large 2 inch tear/flaw on the decal on my spoiler. They appear to be completely untrained, incompetent, and have zero pride in their work. I have communicated with the service manager and got zero response. I plan to call my credit card company and stop the charge from paying.

Hands-down, Christopher Cuevas, sales rep that assisted me one of the best reps I have dealt with very patient even with my little tribe of kids running around the dealership work with me and my wife as much as possible to make this happen to be able to drive out with a new 2023 traverse Chevrolet I definitely would recommend him to anybody. PS he even bought my family lunch and Starbucks lol.

Daniel and Andrew were really helpful with my purchase experience on my Chevy Bolt. I didn t feel pressured and they really worked with me on getting a great price. Went above and beyond to drop off my vehicle to my residence. Would comeback if I decide on another Chevy vehicle.

Service representative, YOLANDA, was outstanding in making you feel welcomed.Her knowledge, information, courtesy was over and beyond customary. I feel she's a great asset to COVINA HILLS.what i didn't like was communication amongst inside personnel was always in Spanish.Not appreciative. As we know, it is quite a stress to find and look for the best deals and stress-free for a new car. But, we are lucky, to have found Covina Hills Chevrolet!!! 5 stars all the way for the Sales Team. Ceasar was our salesman and Alejandro was our Sales Manager and both of them were exceptional in the purchase of our vehicle. They both understood were we needed to be and they made it happen. I will definitely being going back here in the future to purchase a vehicle again. 0 stars for the Service Dept. Although the purchase experience was exceptional the service is absolutely horrible here. What is the purpose to set up an appointment to have an oil change and wait for the service when you are waiting for 3 hours and they haven't even started your vehicle. They over book their appointments and don't let you know you will be wasting your whole day here. I will never come back here for a service appointment as my time is more valuable.

This place has the Wost service!! I took my 22 Silverado in Monday for check engine light. I have tried calling multiple times to receive status of my truck. Every time I call I'm on HOLD for 15 to 30 minutes. I call back same thing on I'm on Hold again. I asked to speak to service Mgr. They told me he has No office phone only cell phone. I asked for his number or to be transfer to his cell . They told me only his name and to call back in morning!!.I just want to know status of my truck!!is that hard to tell me!!

Ask for Gabriel!!My Dad came here looking for a new lease. We looked at cars and found one he liked. Gabriel helped us out with car info and prices.Ultimately, my Dad chose the car he liked and we got a great deal with low monthly payments. Gabriel helped us with the final paperwork/transaction. Gabriel made the transaction smooth and transparent.Highly recommend!!

Purchased a pre owned 2021 chevy colorado truck in very good condition. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and taken care of even though we didn t have an appointment. A plus that this dealership had is a lot of bilingual sales associates which helped my spanish speaking Father a lot. We re very happy with the deal and we definitely recommend stopping by and see how they can help you.

Alejandro, the service rep that helped us was WONDERFUL, he was so nice and courteous. I had a good experience while I was at the dealership because of him. Unfortunately, our car gave us an error message as we arrived home from the service :( The error message was 'propulsion power reduced' and I got a similar error not long after I had my car serviced at this dealership last time, so it is starting to become a pattern. Last time I got the error, the car stranded me with a cap of 30 mph in the middle of the freeway.

We have been going to this location since 2019 for oil changes. We got a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado(diesel) that we took there for maintenance and we paid $120 each time. Today 03/23/2024 we took it and they charged $269 and we told the lady that it was incorrect and she said it was that price. I have a traverse too that we take there and never again we will step in that location again. I don t know if they changed management or whatever they did but will not recommend this dealership again.

Went in Saturday, 01/27/24 for an oil change on my Trailblazer. Had some time to spare so my husband and I wanted to get info on his dream truck. Well let me tell you, after test driving the truck and discussing financials, we left with his brand new 2024 Silverado. I want to thank Daniel Diaz for making it happen for us!! Everyone that helped us that day went above and beyond for us. They worked with us and listened to what we wanted and how much we could afford. Someway, somehow, they made it happen for us.
