Amazing shop! Took my car in after it was hit by a trailer while parked. They did an excellent job, kept us informed throughout the whole process, and where there for any questions we had. Definitely recommend this shop; they are reliable, honest, and trust worthy.

Update: I got my car back and it looks brand new. They did a great job. I would highly recommend. They finished in a reasonable time frame and they communicated with me throughout the process.Brought my car in for repair after someone hit my car in a parking strip mall. They are AAA approved. They are awesome on calling me every couple of days to give me an update on the status of my repair. Right now, I only have pre repair photos to share. However, I'll update once they complete the work.

I have brought my car in twice to this auto shop. The first time it was in an accident. The second incident it was vandalized; it was keyed all along the driver s side. Both experiences were amazing! I was treated very kindly by all staff members. They gave me updates via text and phone calls (you can choose how to be updated). The results were amazing! Thank you so much Covina Auto Body! I highly recommend them!

I brought in my Lexus RX to get the bumper fixed after getting rear-ended. It was easy and convenient to book an appointment online. On the day of my appointment they were ready for me and had already coordinated with enterprise for my car rental. They ordered all authentic Lexus parts for my car and had it ready for me a week earlier than expected. When I picked up my car it looked brand new again! They also washed it and detailed it. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and how professional they are. I highly recommend Covina Auto BodyService: Body & Trim

Good staff; very professional and friendly. Their office staff are courteous and helpful, and Raffi the manager is a good guy. He's knowledgeable and up front with you. I've been to many body shops, and this is the only one where the manager seems to make it a point to personally walk and explain with every customer to start with before having the adjuster do their thing. So he's able to answer questions and address concerns with the customer from the start. He is also incredibly responsive. I sent him an email asking if they could get back to me when possible, expecting a call later that day or the next, and got a call in five minutes. They do good work and their customer care seems to be on point which is important in these situations when people are stressed or upset cuz life has taken a turn. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Covina Auto Shop. They were thorough throughout the entire process. Great staff, professional and amazing customer service. My car looks like new. I am grateful to Raffi and Jane who essentially saved my car from a total loss. I really liked that they follow-up up on a weekly basis via text. That was a cool experience. In addition, their lobby was really welcoming. They had beverages and comfy chairs for customers waiting. The space was clean and presentable. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new shop to have their car worked on.

I took my car in because of my bumper , the customer service was great . My car was ready super quick . I received my car very clean , I had a couple scratches & they even went above and beyond to erase those scratches/marks on my car . I m very happy with the results . The person who was in contact with me was I believe rich.

Both of my cars were involved in accidents in late 2022 and my insurance company recommended this body shop for repairs. I admire their professionalism and customer service on both times! Richard kept updating me on repair approval from our insurance progress, parts availability, and repair status. They even went out of their way to arrange car rental for me so I didn't have to drive around town. Many thanks for their service and honesty!

Amazing service, excellent work!! After reading their reviews, I brought my Ford Flex in for repairs after I was involved in an accident. They didn't disappoint! They did an amazing job on the repairs, kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also communicated with my insurance company for me and even took care of some additional damages that were not related to the accident!! I recommend Covina Auto to anybody! They did a Really great collision repair on my 2019 Ford, it feels and drives like it is brand new! Kept me informed through the whole process. Take your car to Covina Auto Body! I have a 2018 Lexus that was vandalized front to back. It has a special paint called Mica Flake. I was super worried about any shop being able to match the color. The shop handled the whole thing, and it was so clean.They dealt with my insurance, checked in with me throughout the process and had my car detailed!! The repairs looked so great. They matched the color perfectly and the car looked brand new!!! I dealt mainly with Raffi, he was so polite and patient with me. He explained exactly what they would be repairing and answered all of my stupid girl questions. If you have a car that need repairs, call Covina Auto Body. I could not recommend it more.

This was the only shop remotely close to LA that would take our Mercedes Benz Sprinter van in for repairs. Our van was vandalized one night, which was a nightmare in itself. Our family business relies on this vehicle for the purchase of supplies & deliveries to customers; the staff at Covina A/B definitely kept that in mind. Their fast & easy service is honestly one that we are so grateful for. They helped us deal with the insurance company & kept us updated every step of the way. The quality of their work is amazing as well. Nothing but great things to say about my experience with these folks. I found this shop online and chose them based on the great reviews. They re very professional and honest. Got my Audi towed from my house for free. Raffi and his team handled the entire insurance and rental process for me. I had a great overall experience at this shop, will definitely use them again in the future!

I recently took my car to this body shop and have to write about my experience. I first used this shop a few years ago and have since taken 3 cars in for repairs. I ve recommended the shop to my family and friends and they ve all had an excellent experience. The team there is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and most importantly trustworthy.The reason I chose to write a review is because this shop exceeded my highest expectations with my most recent repair. My family and I are being very cautious with COVID due to a few vulnerable family members. As such we were hesitant to take our car for body work in this environment. I called the shop and Raffi (the manager) walked me through all the precautions they re taking to protect their employees and customers. From constantly sanitizing all surfaces to checking employees temperatures...these guys are doing everything a responsible business owner should do. I was able to drop off my car with minimal contact. They did an excellent job with the repairs and disinfected the interior prior to my pick up. Despite moving to Studio City we continue to drive all the way to Covina for any work on our cars. You re not going to find a better body shop anywhere in LA!

Found this shop online and called in to get my car fixed..boy was I impressed. Made an appt with Raffi, then met Rich who took car of my car repairs and kept my updated all they way through the repair. Everyone was so nice and friendly Pierre and Rich showed me my car at the end and was perfect. I'm super picky about my car but I felt as everyone at this shop looks after your car. Not like these big corporate body shops that rush your car out the door for the sale. Not once did I feel this way at Covina Auto Body.

I was blown away by the quality of their work and the great customer service I received. I brought in my Ford Mustang to Covina Auto Body for repairs after being rear ended on the freeway and was extremely satisfied with the repairs!! They're a very honest and straightforward auto body shop. Parking was easy and they have very clean and inviting front office. Raffi handled the entire process for me, truly a professional. Would highly recommend!!

Honest and trustworthy auto body shop with great customer service. Their prices are fair and they worked directly with my insurance company (AAA) to repair my Toyota Corolla. Will definitely be back if needed, thank you!!
