I got my first ever oil change here and they made it very easy to go through the process. Staff was extremely friendly and understanding and helpful. The process took me like max 10 minutes maybe 15. It was $98 for an oil change, which is so affordable! The process was so easy they got the model they click what oil to use all I did was give my phone number and signed their paper and I was able to leave. I highly recommend this place. They re very sweet and fast. Thank you so much!! I will be back!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I started leaking oil so I took my car there to see if they could help me out. My previous mechanic had done work on 1997 Honda Civic and did not do the work properly. Overtime it developed an oil leak on vtek solenoid. They helped me find the parts needed. I am very satisfied with the work and attention I received.

This place is open and will try to rip you off by any means necessary. I came in for an oil change and didn't engage in small talk about my car. He assumed I didn't know much about cars. He gave me an oil change and tried to up charge me. He then proceeded to check other areas of my car, which was fine until he got to my battery and tried to sell me on a battery, which I did not need. In fact, he discharged my battery to try and show me it was bad and kept insisting I needed to buy a new battery without fully checking my battery. My battery has a cover over it so there was no way he could have checked that my battery was bad. I left without the new battery and it's been months and have not needed a new battery. My car started fine that day until I got there, and after I let it charge after him trying to discharge it, it has started fine ever since.The bald Latino guy needs to be fired or something as he will smile in your face and try to deceive the heck out of you. DO NOT COME HERE BY ANY MEANS!!! Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Here's where I'm at now:- out $200 bucks for a botched oil change because of Castrol Premium Express.- driving my family around in a car with an engine belt and alternator that could potentially fail during driving.- looking to sue these guys.Read here for my experience with these guys.Don't come here if you need your oil changed! Unless you like head aches... Brought my VW Golf here for an oil change before heading out for a Thanksgiving road trip. Less than 2 days later and the afternoon before my trip, smoke starts coming out from under my hood. I pop the hood and see oil all over my engine and leaking from the base of the oil filter. There's oil dripping into my alternator and all over my engine belts.At this point, I'm stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I call Castrol Premium Lube Express and the garage manger tells me that they are open for another hour and to bring it back and he'll look at it for me. I'm over an hour away plus the tow would have cost my $90 to get it there. So instead, I have it towed to a AAA approved mechanic because I know I'm not going to make it back to Castrol by the time they close and I want a 3rd party mechanic to check for damages.It turns out, the technicians at Castrol did not tighten my oil which caused my car to leak 3 quarts of oil over my engine. The AAA mechanic said that my engine belt and alternator was contaminated with motor oil and could cause these parts to fail in the future. His recommendation was that I replace these parts.When I took my car back to Castrol a week later (after returning from my trip) to remedy the situation, the garage manager assured me that they would own up to their mistake and make things right. He even admitted to me that they had a new technician working on my car and that he was unfamiliar with my car. That's 2 people now confirming that the oil was botched by Castrol Premuim Lube Express! All I want now is a refund on the oil change and to be compensated for my visit to the AAA mechanic which cost a little over a $100 . This was something that the garage manger could not authorize.I finally get to speak to the manger of the business and this is when poop hits the fan! First he wasn't willing to refund me anything citing some last hands law saying I was required to bring my car back to them first. When I googled this last hands law, nothing came up. After more back and forth, He was wiling to refund my oil change but not compensate me for the AAA mechanic visit. I would not accept his offer. He than starts to accuse me for trying to get free stuff from him! His attitude was very much like I'm doing you favor and you should be thankful. He raises his voice to me but when I do the same to him, he tells me to calm down. I just want my car to be in the same condition that it was before I brought it in! Never get your oil changed here!

The service from Lube Express was good, and it was very quick. My only issue was with the car wash. I got a free wash with the oil change, but paid to upgrade to a premium wash. It was overall a good job, but they missed several spots when wiping down the car and applying the conditioner to the vinyl trim. A little more attention to detail would be good, especially when I spend the extra money for a premium job.Service: Oil change

I really appreciate this place. They are so quick and efficient and HELPFUL! I used to go downtown LA to the dealership for my oil and lube. I'd spend HOURS there and spend more for the same service. Never again! I also get my car washed while there. The service is personal and I feel confident that my car got what it needed to run well and keep me safe!

I've been going here since I started driving and I have never had a problem. They have very quick service and are extremely friendly. I love the fact that you get a free car wash with your oil change and a $2 off coupon each time you come!

Just drove by and saw a sign that says oil change will be open July 1st!! It may be another company but still I am so excited to go back here for my oil change. I love how convenient the location is! Always friendly people at the carwash too!

Went at the perfect time, about an hour before closing. No wait, full service, checked all the filters & fluid levels & the tires. My car really needed that level of attention. Highly recommend.

Have been using Grand Car Wash for my oil changes for many years now. Have always recieved GREAT service. They are on the high end of price, but they do give you a good car wash with the oil change... Kudos..

I took two Vehicles there today, 1 for a hand wax and 1 for a wash. When I got home I noticed that the vehicle that was supposed to be hand waxed didn't look or feel like it had been waxed at all and the other vehicle still had mud on the rocker panels. So we drove both vehicles back and I questioned the manager, Carlos, about the vehicle not being waxed and he said that it needed to be buffed out. I asked why they took my money if the wax wasn't going to do any good and he had no explanation and didn't offer to do anything he just shrugged his shoulders and that was it.So then I asked about he other vehicle that had mud on it and he said it needed to be steamed cleaned. Really? They could have taken it over to the pressure washer and removed it in a few seconds like I did myself when I got home but I've learned that Carlos really isn't interested in customer service or whether you're happy or not. Okay, there are other places to spend my money.My family and I have been loyal customers for decades and I use them for details, window tint, smog and oil changes. My parents recently had a problem after a car wash and they experienced the same poor customer service from Carlos before so it seems the quality is going downhill because he doesn't really care whether you're happy or not. He doesn't want to be bothered with it, so be it I'll go somewhere else.

They looked at my whole car and recommended me what needed to be done. They just didnt try to shove things in my face and not show me anything. They gave me proof by showing the transmission oil had to be changed and the power steering was low.They are great and so is the car was

Great service from a knowledgable group of guys. You get a free basic car wash with an oil change that you can upgrade if you want one of the premium services. I've also had my wiper blades replaced here. Prices are competitve. They've got your typical gift shop with greeting cards, air fresheners and beverages plus arcade games and a shoe shine guy. Been coming here on and off for over a decade and I'm never disappointed.

This car wash had very poor service. The workers rushed too much and left my vehicle completely dirty. I shouldn't be able to wipe my finger across the side and get my finger covered in dirt. To top it off there were light scratches on my side door panels. When I waited to complain to the manager, he told me his car wash never scratches a car. his words "My Car wash is 100% scratch free, we use 100% cotton cloths" uh? you mean 100% microfiber!!?? The Manager was extremely rude and basically told me to get lost, I went home with $25 less, a dirty car, and scratches. Not Recommended at all!! Stay away from this place.

I got the underside of my engine steam cleaned, and they did an amazing job. Great customer service, and make sure to get your shoes shined inside! I was reluctant at first, having had some shoddy jobs done, but this guy gave me the best shine of my life AND new laces for 12 bucks.

Theifs!!! My father has been comming to this car wash for years... I brought my car to get a oil change and car wash and had $17 bucks in the door. Once the car was vacuumed I was advised to drive it to the the bay's where they change the oil. When I drove it in and was about to exit my vehicle, I noticed the money was missing. I told the white shirted manager, and he basically dismissed my claim as if I was trying to get something for free. I told him " it was all tip money, not only for y'all but the guys who changed my oil!". Given I was gonna give all in tips, it's the principle that it was stolen. I don't recommend this place, and I'll never return! Lucky for them I'm a changed man, or I would defintly being seeing a judge on Tuesday.

Mark told me (a few minutes after I pulled my car up) that they likely don t have a filter for my car (Volvo). He went to check on the parts and came back a couple of minutes later.Mark: Sorry, we don t have your filter.Me: Okay, do you know when you ll have it ordered?Mark: We only do orders once a month and we just got our order for the month so not for a while.Me: Are you kidding?! A month?!Mark: Yes, and our order department is closed today.What kind of customer service is this?! What kind of lame oil change place only orders once a month?

Impeccable service and the shop dog romeo is the sweetest dog ever. He roams the shop greeting everyone and shows nothing but love. He literally is therapy. Make sure you ask for romeo.

Perfect place to get your oil changed or any work done to your vehicle...quickest oil change around and done thoroughly by a great set of employees...it's everything you need all in one spot ..almost. don't forget the free car wash with oil change ..that alone is worth trying this place out

I have taken my cars here for the past 2 smog inspections. very fast service and they do the job right. you even get a free car wash coupon after your visit here.

I've been two this store multiple times ,I have allways had a good experience and excellent customer service , it's a nice opption to receive a free car wash with their service of my vehicles , I wouldn't take my truck or wife's car anywhere else!!
