The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, walked right in, greeted me right away. Parking is tight at this location. Parked on the street. Very clean. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in about 35min. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them.

I had a great experience at caliber collision!! The entire staff is friendly and professional. They provide great communication and great customer service. Mike was awesome, he gave me updates on my car whether it was through a text or phone call, he always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.My car actually ended up being ready earlier than they had anticipated and the job was done really well, my car looks brand new again. I want to thank the entire team for their hard work!! Definitely recommend!!

Took my BMW to Caliber Collision for repairs after being involved in a car accident. Aldrin from the Covina location was in charge of the repairs and was very helpful. He kept me informed from the moment my car was delivered until the minute I picked it up. The work performed was outstanding!!My car looked and smelled like it did the first time I bought it. Thank you to Aldrin and his team for the first-rate service!!!

Best experience ever. The whole back bumper was torn off my car alongside damage on the right back side of my car. As it was a new car I stressed wanting it to look like new as it had been in an accident and they finished it early within 2 weeks! Elena and the other receptionist were so nice and walked me through the process and one of the workers helped my boyfriend check out his car for free when I went to turn in my car. Oscar (I believe) made me feel at ease and kept me updated with the status. I know nothing about cars and though this was a stressful experience these people were AMAZING with customer service all around the board. THANK YOU

Got into a fender bender and wrecked my front bumper. In less than two weeks they were able to bring back my car to life. I left my car dirty inside and out and they gave it to me waxed inside and out with tired dressing. The car looked brand spanking new. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them. I felt reassured throughout the two weeks. They have a great text messaging system that will keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle. Before and after pics are attached. Nice people but slow AF. My car was supposed to be ready to pick up after repairs and good to go but come to find out, the battery was dead. So I needed to get back into another rental since my previous one had already been closed out. Albert took care of that ASAP and even brought my car to the dealer to have the battery replaced which was thankfully under warranty. Go to Albert - he ll take good care of you.

Caliber Collision located at 433 E. San Bernardino Road in Covina is an extremely well run body shop. They do incredible work, my Jeep Grand Cherokee was like new when they were done with it. Caliber doesn t disappoint. I ve had work done in several locations and have had a pleasant experience. Parking situation was a little tight at the Covina location but all in all, I was pleased with the service, communication, and on-time delivery. Couldn t ask for a more perfect experience.

By far the best place to bring your vehicle if you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation that you need a body shop. The manager Edwin has the shop in tip top shape, and makes sure that anybody that comes through his door leaves happy with his shop. He has experienced painters and technicians that makes sure that their work lives up to their standards. I was very fortunate to have been recommended to this shop after an unfortunate experience at a previous shop, but my AAA insurance said Edwin is the guy to go to. Not disappointed. I was very happy with the end product and it was all done in a timely manner.

Amazing amazing amazing service! I definitely would recommend, especially this particular location. My car came out better than how it went in, excellent repairs and super clean inside and out. My car needed repairs after being in an accident and they took care of it magnificently and quickly. From the start Ricardo and Edwin were super attentive, communicative and professional. I never had to follow up with them because before I had the chance Ricardo was calling me with updates. It made this experience smooth, and stress free. They were also super flexible with my busy schedule in scheduling a pickup time when my vehicle was ready. Thanks again Edwin and Ricardo for your great service!

I used Caliber collision for repairs to my vehicle following an accident. They kept me informed every single step of the way even when they received my work order but did not have the vehicle yet. Alain was so helpful and informative. They were able to finish my vehicle well before the promise date and just in time for the holidays. The technician and staff were very kind and helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had. Alain was very meticulous with every repair made on the vehicle. The body work and paint job were fantastic and they even sent my run out to be repaired of any dings or scratches caused by the accident. Under the recommendation of AAA I brought in my Truck for minor collision damage repair.They replaced my headlight and kept my expensive HD bulbs, they had replaced with old dirty standard bulbs.Had to speak to a manager and he located my HD bulbs in the shop. He promised to compensate me for the mix-up. Never followed through.Lost trust and will not recommend this body shop to anyone.
