Came in for a wheel alignment , but left with a 4 wheel balance and a new outlook on life . The staff is friendly , courteous , and allowed me to eat my lunch in the waiting area. Highly recommend this place . 5 stars ....

Our car had an emergency break issue last week . And we brought it to Big O Tires. Even it s a last mins emergency, it s close to their close hour . They took our car in and fix the breaks with great deal of price - their services is always so good and friendly.We recommended this place to everyone and to support their business

I have to highly recommend Big O Tires at the Vincent Plaza in West Covina. While driving in their area a hour from my home my vehicle had a catastrophic brake failure. I called Big O as they were within 3 miles from my location. Carlos said they would take a look at it. This I appreciate because without an appointment you don t just pull up and get served. After getting there Big O diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and repaired my brakes at a reasonable price. Big O is about more than tires, they offer many other services. Their signs say that they are big on Trust. I Trust Big O Tires in the Vincent Plaza and so should you!

Price paid was higher than expected coupon price plus tax other fees was higher than expected. Repair guy got confused between two cars and gave wrong information about car repair needed but I must thank him and calling me and give me corrected info about my car

This is my second time visiting store #5876. The first time I went to see why the tire pressure light was coming on. The technician approached me super friendly and asked how he could help. They checked my tires and made sure I had the right amount of air in my tires before I left.I went back again today because one of my tires was low again. They serviced my car and informed me that I had a nail on that tire. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. Israel and his team are amazing and I have peace of mind knowing that my tires are in good hands. .

Absolutely phenomenal service! Shoutout to Carlos for his courteous professionalism in helping me out. Price was more than fair for the tires I purchased (Hankook Kinergy) and the performance of the tires exceeds any others I've purchased. Making an appointment was very easy, and the time it took to change all 4 tires, valve stems, mounting & balance, as well as wheel alignment was quicker than many places, without sacrificing quality of service. I highly recommend Big O Tires, and will stick with this shop for all my future vehicle service.

Very honest and trust work hy the guys. Dint seem to be rip off con men they tell you gow it is and dont beef up and have bill to here very fair.

Carlos was very understanding and went out of his way to find the specific tires we needed for the day. Our flat tire was covered by the warranty and we were able to get a new tire with free labor. Since there was a price hike on the manufacturer s tire, we only had to pay for the difference and its tax. We would definitely come back to get brand new tires here again and highly recommend their service.

I had an issue with a tire purchased in Texas. I called Chris, who told me to bring the tire in. One of the service technicians investigated the problem, and found that the "o" ring in the valve stem was worn. It was replaced, which corrected the leaking tire. He also balanced the tire, replaced it on my car, and placed the spare back into my car. One further, comment: the employee waiting room was the nicest one I have ever seen!! Great service by the West Covina Big O Tires!!

I had called prior to setting an appointment asking if they had a tire in stock, they said they did and I set an appointment for the next day. When I had arrived they tried saying they didn t have the tire and tried upselling me for a tire twice the price. The chubby salesman tried getting me to buy the tire and his reasoning? It s a better tire. Ridiculous.

Such friendly service, I'd like to thank that one person, I didn't get to ask for their name, but he gave me a phone charger to borrow after my phone died from a 2 hour tire change. I was patient about the wait so I wasn't worried aside from my phone going dead! I will for sure come back again for the tire rotation!!!

My older Toyota truck had a problem that took some time to diagnose but they kept my truck for a week and kept trying until they solved the problem. I m grateful they didn t give up and tell me they couldn t fix it.They have always been there for me and I will keep coming back.

I would give NO STAR if I could! Took my 04 Avalanche with 88k miles for an oil change was rejected 2 prior times by Ron K saying I needed an appointment! Made the appoint for 9am the next day, added the alignment service, got a call from Ron K saying they could not do the oil change but did complete the alignment, I asked where the oil was coming from he said they would need to power wash it to determine where the oil was coming from, that's an additional charge, I went to pick up vehicle and I asked why would he do "HALF" the work when the oil change was what I was trying to get done? He said those are two separate services, I was pretty annoyed that he would pick and chose what work he wants to do! The worst "sales" manager I ever worked with! Your are a FULL Service shop, NEXT CALL first and explain so I don't waste my time taking it else where, you wasted two prior trips of mine when there was no backlog at your shop and you wasted a full day of mine that I now have to take it and wait the other half of my day to have a reputable oil change service perform what your could not, after paying for the Alignment The Avalanche pulls to the left in oncoming traffic, I went back and because I was recording this time how you act and truly are you don't want to take responsibility for the alignment, telling me I have to leave! I paid you $129.99 for aervice not performed and it also shakes at 55 miles an hour. You kind of Sales People are what's wrong with America and The Great Value's this Country was built on! If Ron K is a Manager here and you have an issue he won't take responsibility, you have been warned. Bring back The original Caucasian Manager of this location at least he was responsible and cared! Two separate complaints filed and headed to civil court tomorrow to file! Big O Tires corporate would save themselves allot of money and court time by removing Ron K from its establishment.

The Guys were awesome. Fixed my suspension in a few hours and got new tires with a discount. Customer service is great. Keep it up! Great service. I would recommend them to everyone.

They tried to scam me one day that I came in for an oil change. They were clearly trying to take advantage over the fact that I m a female and don t know anything about cars. They tried to tell me that the coolant container was broken when nothing was wrong with it at all. I had my dad check it after and he let me know it was completely fine. & on top of that it didn t even look like they did an oil change. The oil was still dirty. After that I never went back & now do the oil changes on my own.

The 1 star is not an accurate rating.I came in after finding an online ad from Big O Tires stating $59.99 for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation.Once car was ready and at checking tires, i noticed that they had DEFINITELY not been rotated.I knew because id just gotten a flat couple months ago, and this tire was the only misfit tire on the front driver side.At the time i informed the manager , he said yes the tires are rotated..After i explained the situation, he went to the shop in the back to confirm that it had been done.At that point i heard yelling , and someone getting shoved against the door.Now, i thought to myself what type of business is this? Does employee abuse still exist? Am I in the U.S ?I was truly baffled.The Manager comes back through the door and apologizes, and tells me to bring the car back in.The problem was that now i did not trust anything about this shop , the employees, the work, i was shocked and feared retaliation.I ended up paying for a half service, and the most awkward experience ive ever had.Please, do not take your car, money, and time to this unscrupulous business.I feel that because i am a women i was lied to.I will further report this incident to the BBB,And only hope that this incident does not repeat itself

I have bought tires in sets of 4 for my daughters mercedes, son's civic and my silverado with great customer service, superb pricing and technician work.Today, I came in and Carlos was behind the counter and was the person that was attending me. Was looking to purchase and service for 4 Hankook tires for a civic. Which are the tire that are on the civic from the last purchase. Gave all tire info to Carlos and I also asked what would be the best price for he can do for me for all 4 tire out the door. Carlos says $640. Somthing. Is that the best price. Carlos responds that he can take $10. Off each tire. I had done my on line research and the price out the door was still lower. Carlos responds I can Mach that. Also Carlos tells me that he can't and not authorize to give a better price. You can tell he was just trying charge me more and manipulate the conversation by trying to tell me about the flat repairs and tire rotations and the free alignment inspection. That's all include in your 4 tire purchase. Carlos is just trying to hustle you and he is a very lazy employee. Carlos was just sitting the hole time and with the I don't care attitude look. Like what ever. I tell him no thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. Called American tires in glendora and Shawn looks up tires and gives me a quote of a $120. Less superb customer service. So I will be at American tires in the morning to get my 4 tires. Big O you need to hire real customer service employee's that are nit afraid to stand an look at the customer straight into their eyes while conducting business. I will also close my big O charge card. All because your lazy unprofessional lazy employee Carlos. Your suppose keep your returning customers after they have purchase tire by continuing with great customer service. Hope you decide to make a change developmenting employees on great customer service. So for all you customers going to the west covina Big O, I would nit go and shop elsewhere like America Tires in glendora and ask for Shawn. Well God bless and good luck on your new tire journey.

My check engine light came and so I swung by and had a gentleman who manages the place. Gary Haskell, the manager walked me through the whole process and explained that I had an issue that was able to be corrected and I always thought I had to go to the dealer to resolve a check engine light not thinking Big0 tires did service but I soon realized that they do .. not only was I explained what the symbolizes mean but how quickly and simple it was to be resolved . Very glad I no longer half to have the to dealer to be committed to the to dealer I was able to resolve that issue but knowing The Management and experience that Gary Haskell the manager and his team offer I was confident they could and will resolve this issue !! And they did at reasonable cost !!My family and I are committed to this location due to there great service !! Don't miss out on the best service I have ever experienced!! If you don't believe my review just find out in your own!! So glad I stopped by to find that they are able to help and I was impressed with their attitudes, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This has become by favorite Service Center. The team at this location is always friendly, professional, and I don't feel pressure as a customer. The facility is always clean, their coffee is always fresh and they always offer you at least a bottle of water. I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends as I have since they open! Keep up the good work, A Loyal Customer!

When I called the store, Brian helped and explained me how the Buy Two tires, Get two tires free works (President Day Sale). He was very knowledgeable about everything, but I told him that I will call him back because I have to discuss it with my wife first. When I called back, I spoke with Cesar and he made the appointment for me. When I got to the store, Gary pulled out my information and helped me right away. The store was very clean and very presentable to customers. I was also treated very well. So thank you to the Three people on the store that made it very easy for me. This is what Customer Service is all about. Now you have my business!!!

Went in to fix 1 flat tire and it took over 3 hours. This is common, they take HOURS to do anything. Worse than going to the dealership. They lied and told us 2 hours. Even then 2 hours for 1 tire?? Go to America s tires they are professional like them but also fast! Once our warranty is done with Big O, never again.
