Being at this store for the 4th time I can definitely say satisfaction guaranteed the crew members are absolutely amazing they find every possible solution to the problem you are experiencing with your automobile. From getting my new alternator, my windshield wipers, to my battery being replaced with honored warranty, the awesome work of the crew member Alan assisting me with the replacement of my canister purge valve my check engine light is no where in sight. Their customer service is above and beyond like no other, they make the perfect team. I am truly a satisfied customer

I stopped by Auto Zone for a cracked windshield and "check oil light". Alan was super helpful and assisted me with getting the correct oil and getting it into my car. His knowledge was helpful in finding the best solution for my windshield issue. I will be back when I need some car care. Excellent Customer Service.

All I gotta to say is Tina is amazing. Tina is great at Customer service and is a awesome HUMAN Being. My car Broke down at RA and how Convenient that Auto-Zone is right next door. Walked in and immediately was attended by Tina. This Angel help me with price and tools to replace my battery what place does that? So if you want Honest hard worker great human being ask for Tina at AutoZone.

I was able to diagnose the problem of my car, where nobody else including my mechanic was able to diagnose the problem with one look under the hood of my car with the help of Frankie A. The parts sale manager. I was able to buy all the parts to fix my car including borrowing the tools I don t have. The customer service was absolutely wonderful & this is the ONLY AUTOZONE that I will buy the parts I need from. I appreciate their help so much. & I got a great laugh even when I was so worried about my car. Thank you Frankie A. You ve earned my loyalty to this store!

Absolutly the best service and knowledge I have ever received from any auto parts store . Frankie helped me the moment I walked in and helped me save time and money by giving me the correct parts and knowledge of make and model. He helped me save $ 315.00 that I was being charged at a machanic who already made me pay 150 for something that was not done correctly. I can't explain how thankful I was for Frankie going above and beyond to help me and every customer that walked in . I have been to auto zone for year's and this was the first time I ever received exeptional service! I save $315.00 because of him.

Nobody in there wears masks.. They close the store 20 mins early just to close the register. All I needed to do was exchange a window regulator that I received from them broken but they decide to close shop 20 mins early then they see me standing there and just ignore me.. they didn't bother telling me they were closed at all even though they seen me staing there for 30 mins..

This autozone has really bad customer service. They are not very welcoming at all. Yesterday I went in to have my battery checked and there was a female associate behind the counter and I went over to her and it looked like she was counting money and she did not even acknowledge my existence. Another gentleman checked my battery and said it was good. I went to a mechanic today and they told me that the battery needed to be tightened. You would think the AutoZone associates would know that since they installed it... Smh

I used to come in here and the employees were to friendly and outgoing. Nowadays you walk in no one greets you. No one asks if you need help. And once you do find what you want there's no cashier in site. The employees will call another employee to ring you up because the employee you're talking to doesn't want to ring you up.

Frankie is awesome he help me out with putting my head lights and brake lights. He also helped out my friend Richard with his car too. Frankie is a helpful employee and he knows his stuff I ll recommend more of my friends to come shop here. O Reilly auto parts has nothing on Autozones parts and the customer service that Frankie gives me when I need help. Thank you Autozone I ll see you again soon.

I walked in the store I had my tools to return and no receipt but the parts sales manager Frankie was quick to find my receipt on the computer it was an excellent experience and and Gabe was helping me as well I think these guys are rock stars

Franki the part sale manager is crock.. we come here from other store for battery warranty and he told us battery is good we cant swap because the system is not get them allowed that is a lie . He is a lier saleman.. he push us to upgrade to gold with is $30 more.. bad sale i wont coming here anymore or may be to any autozone dishonest sale person.. oreilly or pepboys are more better saleman.. that what we buy the good customer service..

Came in to get my check engine light looked at. One of the employees ran it and the system showed no code. We proceeded to test my car again and as that happened, my car turned off. There was a new battery put in by a different party, so I asked the man if he would take off the volts, wait a few minutes and put them back on. This way, the computer would restart and hopefully the check engine light would be off. He would not help me and continued stating, It can worsen your car. Not sure how this can affect my car when you remove the volts to replace a battery? Long story short, would not be back again. They do not go out of their way to help you.

Just spent the last 30 minutes with Tina over at Autozone in Covina. She was able to figure out what I needed, check to see if they had it, if they didnt, checked to see if it was at another store near by. If it wasnt she put in an order for it to be delivered on the their next store load. Its so nice to have intelligent, helpful people working at this store. Tina and all the guys have their stuff together!

I went in with battery problems, and this young man , went out of his way to help me get the right battery, and installed for me, I cannot thank him enough for his much needed help... I forgot his name, but I think his name was Santiago, my apologies for forgetting your name!!! But you know who you are!
