Associated Automotive Service, is a great mechanic place to get your car fixed. I have an old car that I thought wouldn't work for me anymore, and they do wonders and the mechanic there are very honest and friendly. I greatly recommend them.

After much searching around to do any electrical work on my KIA Optima Danny and Moses were Amazing! They not only fixed my car but were pleasant, informative, professional, and prompt. If you want an honest Autoshop, I would recommend Associated Automotive Service. Ask for Moses, they Rock and will do there best to get your car all the care it needs. God Bless them.

Highly recommend! Friendly professional people.AAA certified and a discount for members.I even got a shuttle ride to eat lunch while I wait.I already had my boyfriend call for his car.

I always go to Associated Automotive Service (AAS) when my mechanic can not figure out a problem with my car. In the last two years there were two problems, and without fail AAS figures out the problem and fixes my car.All the workers are very respectful and informative. They take the time to answer my questions and explain my car in a way I can understand.They are also excellent communicators. They tell me when they expect to get the diagnosis completed. And they tell me when they will get the work completed after finding the actual problem.I only wish they would have a shop in Pasadena area so I could take my car to the all the time. If you're not sure who to go to, stop looking and take your car to AAS.

This place was referred to me as I had called many places searching for a shop that would repair my leakie radiator from my 1947 Packard vehicle. I took it here and paid a fair price for the repair. After two weeks of constant rainy days, I finally hot a break to install it back in the car. Unfortunately, after spending a couple hours putting all the bolts and hoses, I finally got to add water and test it before doing a flush and adding antifreeze, I start the car and find the radiator start to squinting water from like 6 places... I felt horrible as I was looking forward to taking my car for a test drive. It is clearly apparent the mechanic did not even pressure test the radiator because it leaked so badly.The shop refused to fully refund me the money and only agreed to give me half.Not sure why he felt I should pay a penny when his mechanic didn't fix my radiator.The owner of this shop has an employee with horrible ethics. They will ruin your business and you didn't help by keeping my money...

I've been taking my cars to. Associated Auto for many years and have recommended friends and relatives to this organization. And they've been pleased with the service they received, they go over your cars needs and tell you what they recommend and never pushy, the decision is yours what work you want done. I'm very happy with Associated Auto because there AAA approved and I will continue to have my cars service there...

Bought some tires at Sam s Club, the kids at the tire shop could not install them. It s a Lincoln Mkz. They strip the lug nuts scratch and ding the rims. Anyhow I was recommended by triple A. The associated automotive services in Covina and they got the Job done. Thanks and I recommend them.

I was having one heck of an issue trying to track down a short circuit on my older 4Runner. Having already spent a few days trying to hunt the problem down, I just didn t have the time nor the patience anymore. So I entrusted my vehicle to the stand-up guys over at Associated. I was NOT disappointed.Called in, they told me to give them the day with it and they d figure it out. After dropping it off, I got a couple updates throughout the day. One of those calls was the miraculous news that they found the problem. Low and behold by the days end I was picking my truck up with a big smile on my face. Issue Resolved.Moses and the team at Associated Auto are the best around. Luckily, I didn t just stumble upon this place. I have heard of countless positive experiences from friends of mine, and through the grapevine. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are generous with their knowledge and are equally accommodating. I felt right at home with this crowd.Good work is hard to come by, & always comes at a price, but REST ASSURED this Team is as honest and fair as they come. I was out of state and desperately needed a new alternator because it was overcharging my new battery, destroying it. They were busy but got me in quickly and were able to have my truck ready the same day. They were friendly and accommodating. I went to Pep Boys and 3 local AC shops and got turned away by all 4 because they didn't have equipment to work on a 2014 Dodge Dart AC system. I happened to drive by Associated Automotive and luckily I went in and asked. Friendly, honest, and helpful service. They fixed my AC within a couple hours and price was way less than I expected to pay. They also offer AAA discount.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I came in to have a number of things done it was all done quickly and professionally I had an issue with my back door not being able to open they tried to fix it without replacing it that didn't work and they bought a new handle from the dealer that didn't work and they didn't not keep charging me for every time I brought it in and the mechanic found out that they actually extended the warranty on that part for my car to 10 years it was originally 3 years I would not have known that it is not on a typical site but he spent a lot of time researching trying to figure out what was wrong so now I can take that to the dealer and have it done for free I would not have known about it otherwise because I had called the dealer about that particular issue when it first happened and they said I was past my warranty so I am very grateful to them

Great honest service from checking the problem out to completion. Had my radiator replaced with a new one, new thermostat and hoses. My vehicle was ready soon, the next business day. I Highly Recommend this business. Owner Moses, very professional.

Waste of my valuable time and money. Kept my truck all day long to tell me my spark plugs needed to be replaced and quoted me 450$ to do it.Apparently it cost $370 in labor to remove spark plug wires, and replace which is ridiculous. Also wasn t the issue at all. They asked literally no questions as to what I ve done so far and the mechanic in all his brilliance is telling me there s 100,000 miles on the spark plugs that were 5 months old at best and I ve changed them 3 times since owning the truck at 68,000 and the odometer reads 108,000.Had they actually made an attempt to figure out why my engine was knocking instead of throwing their hands in the air because they don t have good equipment and a computer isn t doing the work for them they would have gotten a good review.I m a much better mechanic than they are and this is exactly why people hate dealing with auto repair shops .I guess somehow they qualify as one.I bet their business only stays afloat only because most people have no clue what s happening under the hood but rest assured these guys don t either.Be careful people.
