This place was Amazing! I don t live in the area needed help. Mike Luna waited on me, I have never been anywhere that I was treated so nice and helpful by Mike and the workers. This company is very lucky to have Mike he is Awesome. Thank you so much! Their are good people and good workers in our world.

First and definitely not my last time here. This spot is customer friendly and truly understands the tire business. I came in with a bolt in my tire and asked for a new tire. After speaking with Mike he looked at my tire and told me all I needed was a patch. This was great news since other businesses would have probably charged me for a new tire. With so many different tire companies it s nice to know that ethics, professionalism and honesty still exists in business today. I d ask that Mike be acknowledged in some fashion for his work. He represents American Tire Depot well.

Exceptional Service and Expertise: I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise I received at American Tire. The staff went above and beyond to help me choose the right tires for my vehicle, taking into consideration my driving habits and budget. Their knowledge and recommendations were spot-on, and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This place is great. Fast and reasonable prices. I left the competitor after a hour wait and came to American Tire Depot. They jumped on it right away. Replaced both my tires on my jet ski trailer $45 each. Thanks guys

Walked in on Saturday looking to buy rims at 430 and neither of the 2 guys at the desk said a word until I asked them for help. I asked if the rims on display were all they had and they responded with ya but we cant do anything today were closing. Dont recommend wasting your money here when they cant even greet a customer and are too lazy to even give info with a half hour before they close.

Mike the manager is awesome..I can tell he takes great pride in making sure the customer gets well taken care of..He has always gone out of his way to help me out and never ever trying to rip me off.His mind is very sharp and is quick on his toes..He is very knowledgeable in his field of work...I would also like to mention that I've come across several lazy customer service representatives and or managers at mechanic shops but Mike is not one of them..He will hustle for you and make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

Didn't want to work with me. Need fluid change on transmission and I bought the oil and filter ahead of time. Did want to work on my car because I bought the OEM parts. Horizon up the street was more than happy to complete the job

I have been coming to American Tires and dealing with Mike as well as the owner for many years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and always love the work they do on my vehicles. When it comes to ordering specials rims and tires, I have never had an issue and as a matter a fact they go above and beyond for me. A BIG Thank you to Mike and American Tires for always helping me!

Always great service here.... really friendly bunch of employees... place is always clean... for the most part they get you in and out as fast as possible when ever possible... they can get very busy... I'd advise getting there early if you can... weekdays are better, weekends can be very busy... we have taken our cars here for yearsDefinitely recommend this shopEach time I come here they are professional and honest.This will always be my go to shopWent there again today, always great service, they just know how to treat customers

How many places can you take your car and trust what the guy is telling you is true? Very little. Well I have taken my car to this place several times for different types of service including tires, brakes, front end work on both my wife's Escape and a Mustang I have owned. I received the best service from a trustworthy person. When you go there ask for Mike he will treat you well, be straight up honest with you and do only what you ask. They do it all.

If I could put no stars I would. This place is awful. They lie they stole my money by saying they fixed my son's breaks and replaced two roater,and replaced with two warped roaters,which caused uneven break wear. After taking car back several times,they said everything was fine, but do to grinding and squeeking we had to take cat to Honda dealership and now I'm out the 500.00 dollars I paid these thieves!!!

Great service and great prices. I initially came to get 4 tires and was advised that my brake pads were low. The Mechanic were honest and allowed me to view my brake pads before making a decision to get brakes. I also got a great deal on the brakes. I am a happy and satisfied Customer. I got new tires and brakes!!!!

My son in law referred me to get new tires for my old beater Honda Accord here & guaranteed they would give me a great deal which they did... had to wait a little longer then I anticipated but not a problem I just chilled in the lobby with the warm sun beating on my back catching up on some reading. My car drives so nice now & I'm not peeling out anymore

I came in because I had low tire pressure. I was worried I had a nail. Manager at the front and the serviceman were super helpful, told my the cost upfront, and finished everything well before the estimated time. Definitely will come back and would recommend anyone to come here if they are in need of their car looked at like I was. Very professional.

NOT a real American Tire Depot! The real one is in West Covina..I had the impression that this was americantiredepot.com (the well trusted company) but this is americantiredepot.usPlease beware!!I talked to Mike on the phone and he seemed neutral. Until I walked in, his attitude changed and was very unwelcoming, unenthusiastic, and overall rude. It was very uncalled for because I talked to him like a human being. I asked him some questions about the tires and he chose to ignore it. It felt unprofessional and uninformative. His tone was demeaning and didn t seem happy to serve customers who are about to spend $$$. I should ve read the reviews about this place beforehand as now I see that there are many warnings of this place from unhappy customers.If you have a choice don t give your business to this fake American tire Depot they will treat you like trash.

I have patronized this place for 20+ years and have always been happy with them. About 2 months ago, I went in to see if they had a couple of used tires since I didn't have the funds to buy new ones at the time. I spoke with Robert who stated they had just received 4 tires that were used in the size i needed and would give them all to me at $40.00 each out the door. I felt that it was a good deal and my other 2 tires weren't a whole lot better than the 2 I was planning on replacing, so I took them. They seemed to have quite a bit of tread, which was a plus. They were Winston tires, which I used to buy all the time, but unknown to me, they had beenout of business for a while.2 1/2 weeks ago the first tire had tread separation and when I calledRobert, he said he could sell me a new tire for $95.00, but no additionaldiscount. I understand I bought them used and are as is, but this wasnot right. I bought a used tire from another place for $30.00.About 2 weeks ago another tire ballooned and one the tread separatedon it (that makes 3 out of 4 bad tires). Not wanting to take any chanceswith used tires or the remaining good one, I had to purchase 4 new tiressomewhere else, at a better price.I am now out $160.00 and even though he had done well for me over theyears, I will NEVER go to this or any American Tire Depot again.

If you are a True Mechanic (beware!)Lately I have been very disappointed with their service after many years. Recently, I have taken my car there for new tires and alignments. These idiots had supposedly put weights on the wheels during the alight and they didn't put them after they said they did. They looked very stupid when they saw the weights weren't there.Then another time, I went for new tires and alignment. They didn't alight the front tires properly and caused my tires to ware out from the edges faster. These idiots didn't calibrated their equipment properly to the correct specifications for alignment.You can do your own research, it doesn't take a mechanic or an engineer to figure out their dirty schemes. If you go here, make sure you watch how they work, closely. Or report them to better business bureau or the automotive bureau.Never again with these people, they have lost a loyal customer.

This place has to be most unorganized inept customer service I ever had to dealth with.Came in for simple tire rotation on a 8 month old mini cooper clubman s, mind you the car has been sitting mostly at home do to the pandemic. They tell me it will take 1-2 hours. 4 hours later nothing was done to the car, when they went to check the car they tell me they can't do a tire rotation because the car has been on an accident (never had an accident with this new car) not only do they lie but they can't seem to be able to their job. Wasted almost 5 hours with these clowns. Rude, inept at their job, and fabricate lies to compensate for their lazyness. Stay far away

Three days ago I brought my truck for an alignment. After a while I brought it back because it was going to the side. They told me I had to pay again for them to look at it and were upset that I had come back with this issue. Completely terrible service. They wanted me to pay again for their bad work. I ll never come back here.

Terrible place to purchase from. They picked the wrong tires for my car, and now my setup is useless for a total of $1500 down the drain. No accountability

I will go no place else for my tires. Excellent customer service! I used to have to drive 5,000 miles a month living in Big Bear and working in Covina which wrecked havoc on me and my car. Every month I'd come in for oil change and tire rotation and not only did they take care of those things, but made sure I was safe. From brake change to simply installing a headlight. So grateful to have that one less worry. I was always well taken care of. Highly recommend
