The manager Brian was so friendly, professional, and helpful. We went to the Glendora location and Tristen was not helpful which is why we ended up at this location. We called and explained to Brian about our horrible experience and asked if he could help. He said absolutely so we headed over and we got out of the location within an hour with four new tires at a great price. Gabe and Brian are awesome. They will get you great, efficient, and professional experience. Ten out of ten totally recommend this location.

I came in today, Monday to America's Tire to repair a flat. Even though the store was very busy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephen and Joshua provided outstanding service. I always have a great experience when I come into America's tire. If you're looking for good quality tires at an affordable price, I would highly recommend them. ~PATTY BB

Nice surprise with their crisp response and easy exchanges, I received for repairing the nail stuck in my tire, both from the front desk and the mechanics. Thank lord, that no one tried to exaggerate the wear and tear on my tire or wiper, or peddled anything unnecessarily.

XAVIER B helped me with a tire rotation and balancing.He tells me that America tire always charges for balancing. Since 2006 my first stop after getting a new car was always with America tire. This is the first time I have heard of this policy.He was telling me that the old managers had been saying the wrong thing and certs only included physical damage and not balancing.I called corporate while I was waiting in the store and was told that what Bode told me was inaccurate.They were trying to pull a fast one on me and charge me for balancing. This is the first bad experience I had with America tire or Discount Tire.I hope this has not happen to anyone else in this store

I needed one tire. One. They treated me as though I was getting 16. While one staff member was changing one tire, there was another staff member checking the air pressure on the other tires. Great teamwork! I was out of there in record time.

I took my Nissan Versa in today. I apologize for not remember the managers name. Your team was so helpful and attentive. The manager was very professional and helpful. This is the place I buy my tiers for my car. I am 100% satisfied with this visit. Thank you.

Super disappointed coming here. I had a flat tire and needed assistance applying air, got denied help and they kept insisting they were not taking anyone when 3 workers are just staring. Just plain weird and rude. Will definitely never come back.

I would like to bring the attention the customer service at America s Tire in West Covina. All 3 employees Luis, Adrian and Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty just to make me a happy customer, Kudos to the team! I told all my friends who drive exotic cars to buy their tires in West Covina at America s Tire. Thanks again and I hope business is doing well.

Today I went to the West Covina store with a run flat tire that was losing pressure. Even though I had researched that this could possibly be fixed I expected the worst . I ve always had bad experiences on other companies trying to just sell me 4 new tires for my Mercedes. I got there as a walk in and had to wait 45 min . Yes the person helping did advise purchasing new tires due to mine being close to worn . Of course I was not ready for a huge purchase. After about an hour they informed me the found 2 holes and repaired but after testing it found another ! They patched them all up for absolutely free ! I was so grateful and thankful for such honest and good business ethics . I know I ll eventually need all my tires replaced but at least I ll be able to plan for it . It was surreal to me that they would spend so much time to ensure my tire was safe and to pay absolutely nothing ! I highly recommend these guys . Friendly knowledgeable staff and most of all honest . Very hard to come by these days . Thank you so very much .

Not only does this place have great prices. This tire chain actually matched another price point and saved me money. They listened to what I wanted and didn't tried to sell me what items they want to get rid of for a fast sale. Very pleasant and fast. They took a little longer then expected but even that was fast compared to other tire chains that I have done business with. They apologized and my jaw drop at how honest and sorry they were. I told them that are still twice as fast as other locations. If you need fast instalation, great service and amazing work ethics get your tires here. Seen about six cars come in with a simple patch and they were in and out. It was crazy fast. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

The staff are always super helpful. Thanks for Luis he was able to get me better tires for the same price because the ones i ordered were discontinued. Been coming to America's tires for many years. Always have a great experience. I made an appointment and i was in and out in less than 1 hours. I haven't found a better place for tires with great service than America's tires.

Made an appointment and my tire was ready in 20 minutes. Excellent service. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely come back if I have any issues with my tires. 5 stars!

Adrian was AMAZING! He helped my wife and I from the moment we entered the store until we picked up our vehicle. He ordered our wheels on our first visit, which were back ordered. He followed up over the course of 3 weeks with multiple phone calls to make sure we were updated with the status of the wheels. Adrian called us the moment they were received in store and got us in the same day to put the wheels on that we've been waiting weeks for.We really appreciated his attention to detail and his excellent communication. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for wheels or tires. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. Thank so much for the great wheels!

The American Tires were very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative about their services that they provide. I was told a price over the phone and it was honored when I got there. It was great fro my first time. Definitely will go back. Offered a price check for my tires to ensure I got the best price around which I already did, I just needed the installation. Thank you for your time and expertise. Definitely will be back when I need new tires again.

Love my tires, great staff...but why make an appointment, when told "we had 3appointments show up at the same time".Either honor appointments or dont book so many for the same time. 40 min past appointment time, car not in bay yet.
