JT is an amazing agent, he helped me get insurance on both of my cars. He was very helpful and had so much patience with answering every question I had and through the whole process. I m super appreciative towards him and his work ethic as well as great customer service skills. Thank you JT, definitely someone you want on your team.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JT! Amazing is all I can say! Beyond accommodating when I was going through a super stressful time. JT has been one of the absolute best people I have EVER WORKED WITH and I m talking about in all areas of customer service period he is at the top! I am so grateful for all of his hard work and professionalism. He took the time to tackle what I thought was an impossible task (I had spent hours and hours phone call after phone call trying to fix this mess I got myself in and was trying to get insured but no one could help me I was agitated and was starting to feel like it was hopeless) but he worked some sort of miracle and I can not thank him enough!!! He showed me care and really made me feel appreciated! my experience with this company has truly been great (And I don t write many reviews but this one was by far worth my time to give thanks and to show my gratitude) THANKS A MILLION JT!

JT is awesome man. He got me a great price and down payment on my insurance. Dude was fast and did everything with ease. Even helped me lifting a suspension on my registration with the dmv. definetly will be coming back if its that easy and fast. Thanks JT.

So i love this company ,they are great not quite sure about the company yet but so far it seems to be all right they've gone out of their way to answer my questions they've worked with me in every way possible they've explained everything to the finest detail down to earth so far I don't have a problem I think I might like them being I just got my policy I'll probably change my review to five stars within a few months ************************ok so I do love this company . They are more then a 5 star . They communicate beyond what most company's would . They are very nice and polite & always willing to answer questions . Even when I was late and on the cacelation line never were they rude and still very helpful . Worked with me to keep my policy going . I love this place.

Mr. JT was very helpful in finding me and my family the best option coverage for our vehicles. Additional services was provided but I was not pressured into purchasing recommendations. Overall, completed impressed with the level of professionalism and response in making this purchase.

JT is the greatest!Did you just purchase a Harley and need insurance, but haven't gotten your M1?Call JT, the rates are ridiculously low.JT hooked me up with full coverage for less than the other companies wanted to charge for liability.

WOWWW AMAZZZING! I was at the Airport ready to fly out and JT reached out and signed me up under 15 min and yes I was timing it because I had to board my flight! He was respectful and easygoing! Definitely a hard worker! The prices here was way better than other companies because they offer great affordable deals! Really fast and reliable! I look forward to being with them! THANK YOU JT TRAN! YOU WERE FANTASTIC AT YOUR JOB! DEFINITELY 1000STAR SERVICE!!!!!

JT saved me a lot of money w aims insurance. The process was quick straight to the point I was kind of iffy w giving information out over the phone but I received the documents I needed as he assured. Overall it went good! Focused on the things I needed ASAP in a short amount of time. Thanks JT!

My name is Victoria and I called Aims Insurance because I got into a bad accident and they totaled my car and I needed insurance for a new car ASAP. I spoke with JT and he helped me find full coverage for a price I could not turn down!! He has exceptional customer service and really helped me out, enormously!! I just a little under an hr JT quoted and insured me. Straight to the point, humble and professional. Helped me get best possible discount and perks. Thank you JT. Recommend brokering with AIMS they're awesome having had brokered with them before but for memorable customer service ask for JT.

JT, thanks brother. Good man with a good heart. You always know them when you meet them, even if it s by phone. As it was of course in this case. Great rates, and quick through the process. But most importantly, I was talking to a humble human being. Not a corporate machine.

Really thankful for the help I received today. Spoke with a man named Jt, he made my whole situation at the dmv much easier. I got insured today plus had to un-suspend my car. He took care of the payment for me while I was waiting in line at the dmv. Saved me time. Was not aware I had to pay that first being this is my first time in this situation. So he called back communicating and making sure everything would be set up and good to go by the time I got up to the front of the line. Being at the Dmv is unpleasant enough but having Jr help me out was the highlight of it all. Really sincere about it as well which is a big plus to me as a costumer! Thank you so much! People like him really make the world go round. I know he gets paid for this but it s refreshing to deal with genuine people over the phone you know. Thanks again.
