Nacho is super helpful, we run the RAW wheel and tires down the street and when ever we need parts we come see him. The store is always clean and Nacho and team very friendly!

Came in to pick up an online order. Let with a wealth of knowledge on seat covers. Ralph is the reason I m leaving this review and why I ll be coming back. His customer service is phenomenal which is rare in retail nowadays. Ralph is a true asset to Advance Auto and should get the recognition he deserves.

Counter man friendly with everyone from greetings at the door to helpful service and assistance. Very knowledgeable. Offered to attach windshield wipers for free. Decent pricing. Easy checkout. Plenty of parking space.

So glad to see Advanced Auto is finally in CA. Had a good conversation with Nacho, and every time I come into Advance Auto, I know I ll have a good interaction with an employee, whether it s talking about NASA or trying to find the right auto part for my car.

Nacho helped me with my battery after purchasing the wrong one and went completely out of his way to make sure that I was getting the proper equipment for my car. By far the best experience I've ever had at an auto store

UPDATE!!! Had to add to my review because once again .great customer service. I now needed help with the headlights on my car and Monica took care of it. She is a true gem!!I first went to Advance Auto Parts in Redondo Beach. Excellent experience. Now that I moved to this area and needed help with my check engine light, I came to the Covina store. Another excellent experience! Kudos to management that hire excellent staff. They are courteous, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. Great customer service!

I had a bad experience at the store. I had to deal with Ralph from the store he was very unprofessional. I felt like he was rushing me. Overall bad experience with Ralph.

Moses went above and beyond for us!!! He diagnosed a check engine light error. The store closed at 9:00pm but he stayed open to help us. Our car is fixed!!!
