I'm very delighted to share my experience at this Triple A Auto Club membership in Covina California that was very surprised to find out that I have a free passport picture service under my Triple A Michigan auto membership staff bus courteous from the front desk to the person who took the picture no waiting parking was plenty no need to wait I will recommend to go and take care of your need related to auto insurance or auto roadside assistance if you agree with my comments please leave a feedback I'm looking forward to hear back from you kindly

Be careful using their travel agent Linda. She rushes at times. Make sure you get options on the vehicle you want because it is impossible for you to upgrade without AAA getting involved. Also make sure the dates on your trip are correct. Worst experience using a travel agent! Then manager Tenia defends the mistakes of her employee and downplays everything. Overall, did a great job of putting a damper on our 20 year anniversary!

My spouse and I went into to register our trailer on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, approx. 9:15 am at the West Covina location and we had to go get cash from Staterbro's to pay our registration bill. Upon making the transaction we gave the CSA wearing a green blouse cash a total of $200 since we could not get the exact amount needed of $193 from the grocery store. Long story short , the lady was nasty and rude at AAA and told us we should had given her 5s 10s or the even amount since she did not have change. As we waited, I saw her holding our $5 bill in her hand looking around and contemplating to bring it to us. She attempted to steal 5 dollars from us and when I confronted her, she illustrated very combative behavior towards us. The change that was due back to us was $7 she only gave $ 1 in quarters and a $1 bill initially which was $2. She then stated we did not give her $200. When I requested to speak with the manager, she requested we have a seat while she recounts the drawer and then she gave the money back and admitted she made error. The moral of the story is this behavior should not be tolerated in a BBB accredited business stealing from members and showing poor customer service when proven wrong. If the roles were reversed, we would be prosecuted. We departed the premises feeling undervalued we have been members for more than 2 -3 years.

Don t book your trip with AAA. They are very unprofessional and don t know how to give you what you ask for in your vacation. We payed them good money and asked for a personal driver to wait for us holding a sign with our names at the airport when we got to Hawaii. We were very specific with the advisor Amanda of what we wanted. We didn t get none of that. Not even the flower necklace that we told Amanda the AAA travel advisor we wanted. They do not train their travel employees at all they just hire anybody with zero experience. Save yourself the time and money and plan your vacation elsewhere. So that way you have an unforgettable vacation.

Awful experience with AAA! Driver showed up and I guess getting my RV out was too much work for him so he refused and left. He said if they have to use a winch to pull it out it's not covered by AAA. Then AAA sent the same company back and same excuses. I called AAA for a third time and they said they tried 2 times(with the same horrible tow service, foothill towing) and they cannot help me and now I'm stuck figuring it out on my own???

Roadside Emergency Service couldn't be more unreliable. After tow truck failed to arrive at estimated times I had to cancel towing my car until the next day because tire store closed. The next day tow truck failed to arrive on time after several arrival time estimates and the tire store closed again so I had to cancel. This time I was able to find a store that was open later. Again there was 3 arrival time failuresBut this time, after being 1 hr 30 minutes late I was finally towed. I ended up having to pay more than twice as much for replacement tire, on a very old car that I am selling, because all used tire stores were closed.

I don t know about other locations but whoever helped me with 1 transaction screwed me around and has been nothing but a big inconvenience ever since. They were only supposed to transfer one of my vehicles but transferred two without my consent. They also charged my credit card without my consent for roadside service. And I had to clear this up as well. This office is very unprofessional. I m still trying to clear up their mistakes from over two years ago. I will never deal with this office or triple a ever again.

I went to renew my vehicle registration. On arrival was greeted by staff, that was set up at a table, prior to the entrance, I was asked what my visit was for. Since I was paying by check, I was able to hand my bill and AAA card to a staff member. With just a short wait outside, they in turn, processed the transaction and return with my receipt, tags and card. Great minimal contact.

The insurance agent George Garcia was rushing my interaction with him seemed not focused on the task as hand. He gave me false information on the amounts due & what was going on with my policy. Months later my totals aren't adding up and I'm enrolled in autopay even though I told him not to.

Wow, I had just received my drivers license and wanted to go to AAA to be my insurance provider, was greeted warmly by Jordan and helped me out with my specific additions to my insurance! He even added my mom to the membership free for 1 whole year! What a very way to welcome a new customer, I plan to stay with AAA for as long as I can!

Top quality service just ask for Jennifer & their manager very helpful & I recommend this branch for all Insurance and specially DMV SERVICE. Finally I got my dmv transaction processed, Jennifer is very accommodating top service cause I'm disabled she processed everything made my transactions completely done. I recommend this branch for their high standard service especially to disabled person like myself made my transaction done.

AAA has it organized, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The set-up the checkin process outside, kept us in the shade, even if it was hot. Once inside it was quick and painless. The staff seem to be keeping there distance from each other and wearing the personal protective gear. Thanks for your great service.

I contacted Triple A on two occasions to ensure I would be able to walk in to a branch and purchase tickets to Universal Studios Orlando. They assured me I would be able to make such purchase at any office. I go to this location after about a 10 minute wait, I am escorted to the travel area. I was greeted by a pleasant agent that gave me the daunting news that the office was not set up to sell these tickets. I was extremely annoyed at the fact that I called prior to arriving to ensure this wouldn't be an issue. I left shortly after...Minutes after I arrived back at my office I receive a call from a supervisor Bella. She apologized for the inconvenience and advised me that this was a simple fix of obtaining a log in ID. I appreciated the call especially because I left there unnoticed and never made a big deal or complained to anyone. This call is a reflection of the fine customer service they offer here. Thanks again triple A and Bella for reaching out to correct the problem.

We should ve learned two years ago when we had problems with the auto club planning our Disney World trip and again we have big problems we will never use auto club again for our travel needs. The trip planner charged us for five days at Disney World we only used four and they re saying it s our fault. The manager there never ever calls you back we literally paid close to $10,000 for our trip and no one told us the planning we needed to do for this trip which happened two years ago. Only information that was given to us what s wrong and again now they re blaming us! We are spreading the word on every social media page I hope I can stop somebody from having to go through what we did twice now.So dissatisfied disappointed and angry with West Covina Auto Club!!!!!!!!!!!! Third time will be a charm because we will not use them! Of course we will be making a formal complaint against the manager and the office!!!!

There is alot of social distancing. You register with a nice service rep who will take your name and number.Once you do that, you will receive a text message to get in line. Once in line, you will be called to another person.The inside is very bare bone no chairs no other people too.You are greeted by a person, who will finish your transaction. The person who assisted me was very nice. I felt very safe and protected while I was waiting inside and out.It took me about 10 minutes to finish and got my tags.I am very thankful AAA is open to help us with any DMV matters.Thank you everyone. Have a safe Christmas and a better 2021 New Year.

Took my 80 year old mother to get her picture taken so she may renew her passport early at 9:00am. Waited outside for 15 minutes on the only line indicated to enter the building. Once at the front was asked why we were visiting AAA told them for passport picture. The person at the front told us there was a different line for that service. No where outside was it posted that there was a different line for services other than DMV. To top off the poor service I was then told the cameras for passport pictures was broken. Bad service will not be coming to this AAA again,

Line moves fast for DMV and even switched insurances because of the lower price quoted. We usually change insurance companies every 2 years anyway, but guy was so helpful that we jumped sooner than normal.

Very quick very professional just be clear about why you're there. I was there to update my insurance but got put on the dmv wait list. Waited 10 mins before they realised their mistake then had to wait another 10 mins to see about my insurance. Despite this minor annoyance I'd still rate AAA 5 stars.

The parking lot is huge as it is with a bunch of other small stores, Chase bank and restaurants. I like coming to this AAA than the one closer to me on Grand Avenue, because it's less crowded even on Saturdays. Fast and friendly service for my tag renewals and other DMV issues.

Christie ( or Kristie ) from this office was extremely kind, helpful, and enthusiastic. She has a fantastic attitude towards helping customers and provides excellent service. Im very satisfied with her help. Overall, the wait time was short and the service was quick and easy.

Was told wait to get in would b 60-75min. I was in within 45. Attended to immediately then walked over to meet w/someone else. Both agents were very friendly and fast and efficient

I got there 5 minutes before closing on the last day to pay my car registration and was seen immediately- then at the counter was told I couldn t use my debit card (luckily I had a checkbook in my car) and they let me run out to get it and was able to move to the front of the line to complete the transaction and get my car tags. This place is great!

Been this location twice employee that helped with both DMV transactions was rude, condescending, unprofessional, when asked her a question she responded that she has been doing this for 16 years and treated me like I was unintelligent. After paying $110 fees she said " Where done here." The employees at the DMV have better manners (thank you, please) then this employee. Only reason I paid for a AAA membership was to avoid lines at DMV.

Nice people.Negative: I had my insurance moved to AAA. Agent was sweet and very helpful. Once I was swtch over I can't get a hold of her. No call backs.Came in tofay for duplicate registration and I sat for 20 mins while 5 clients, now 6, renewing there registration that came in after me were helped...first.I asked the front lady why.She said, that's the way the system works.Ridiculous.

Everyone i go to this location they do everything to convince me that the wait is long sobill leave. Then I go in and there is always a issue with getting the help I need. I never had these issues in Arcadia. I am due to re new but now re considering. I'd avoid this location all togerher
