walked in with an issue of a faulty switch i had installed here about 2 years ago. brad helped look into the problem & fixed it in less than 10 minutes! super helpful & made it really easy. works perfectly now. will always come back!

Walked in and was lost and Brian v greeted me as soon as I walked the front door asked me very politely how he s able to assist me and I asked him what I was looking for and right away sprung into action and got me exactly what I need , thoroughly explained the item and its use and as well as had a great conversation 10/10 customer service will recommend to everyone !

Came in with a stock tacoma wanted a certain look and level with new rims and tires. I knew what rims I wanted And the recommendation on the tires was spot on.. There was a small issue with the wrong part and they made it right like real professionals. Extremely satisfied and getting compliments on the truck.

The best shop. Was shopping for wheels and Brian V helped find exactly what I wanted at a price point better than expected. The finished look was everything I was hoping for and more. Great selection and even better service. 4WP in West Covina will be the first place I shop to outfit my 6G Bronco.

The team at 4 wheel parts is awesome!In December, I experienced the infamous death wobble in my 2016 JK. My first thought was to take it to the dealership. I knew it wasn't covered under warranty, but I thought they would fix it. They charged me $400 for an inspection and recommended I replace $3,000 worth of parts. I replaced everything they recommended, and after being at the dealership for nearly a month, they said it was fixed. Later that evening, my 16-year-old daughter was driving the Jeep on the freeway and the death wobble happened again. I learned the hard and expensive way that they were incompetent and had no clue how to diagnose and repair my Jeep.After Googling death wobble fix and reading the diagnosis and services offered for FREE at 4 wheel Parts, I made an appointment. Luis, Ryan, and Omar were all very helpful. They walked me through what they thought needed to be replaced and why. They gave me options for the replacement parts I needed and kept me updated throughout the entire repair.

Best employees ever! David really went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and get things done. All the other guys were very helpful, kind and made sure I was happy with my Gladiator. I never felt out of place or ignored. It s great to find a 4c4 shop that has such a great energy and employees actually look happy. I will definitely be recommending 4 Wheel Parts to my friends and anyone I come across looking for great service for their Jeep or 4x4!! Thanks guys!

Called this place up this morning and spoke with Chris about a leveling kit and installation for a 2022 Silverado , this guy quoted me $2,400 hundred while all the other shops are charging 1,100 hundred , these guys are ridiculous.

I had to replace one window on my 2021 Wrangler JL's soft top and went through 4WP to order it for me. They helped me get the part from a 3rd party called Bestop. They made the process very painless. All in all the staff is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely shop here for all my future Jeep accessories.

Can t speak for the entire company, but this locations seems to have inexperienced and/or uneducated people working there. Either that or they have some dumb corporate rules that make the employees look bad. I was told that I couldn t fit 35 tires on my 2021 Chevy duramax without adding a 5 lift. So I went to another company and purchased the tires. Tires fit great. Running stock with torsion keys turned up. No rubbing and still have plenty of room. These guys not knowing their products and specifications clearly costs them a $2000 sale.

I've shopped here at the West Covina location a few times, 4WP has everything you need. However, the sales staff seams to ruin your mood every time, the negativity that they project is horrible, specially Omar Hernandez.. very short words, (yes) (no) type of person. Again the store is awesome, I will continue shopping here despite the staff.

We ve had a few things done to our truck and bought a few things for my dad s truck here. Brian (sales guy) is always very patient and helpful. He goes out of his way to help us find exactly what we need. He even offered to drive to the warehouse to get something for us.Luis, manager I think, is also nice and helpful. He always greets us when we come in. We ll definitely be back to spend more money.

Well this place is OK, would I go back or recommend?NO!. Jay and Luis had great customer service helpful and actually explained parts to me and had a great attitude. Why I wouldn t go back?. The took all day just to install a certain part they called me right before they closed literally. As much as I wanted to deal with Luis or jay they we were always busy (not there fault) so I dealt with Tim. His customer service is not the best and I would recommend some people skills training or just have a better attitude. The overall atmosphere of the place is blah.... I didn t spend millions there but hey I spent some money.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. The manager Ryan is useless. I ordered a part online to pick up at the West Covina location. I emailed Ryan (manager) the next day to get an expected arrival date. he said he hadn't received the order yet, but to give him the part number so he could pull it, so I did. about 3-4 days later, I got a call from the store. He said my part would be ready in about 5 days and hung up on me.. A week later, I called back and asked the status and they said the order didn't exist, and denied ever calling me. I checked my order status on the site and it said payment declined...??? I had the money sitting in my checking account for almost 2 weeks at that point. I called the store, and he said to call corporate, and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I called corporate, and they said to call the store. This company is embarrassing. I put the money that was STILL IN MY ACCOUNT and bought it from a huge well known online retailer and received the part about 2 days later.4Wheel Parts should not be in business. They don't know their own inventory and just don't care.
