Recently was involved in a small fender bender. The gentlemen I accidently backed into had some scratches to the paint and dents. Byron took care of us. Reasonable price, quick then around time and great customer service. Appreciate the communication and easy to work with. Gave me and the guys who s car I hit copies of all receipts, updates on status and even stayed after hours 15 20 mins post closing to pick up car. I don t know about the reviews I see but def did not experience anything remotely to half the negative comments in here. Gracias Byron. I ll be returning to have my car worked on. Saludos!!!!!!

If 0 Stars was possible that is what they would get I am parked at their estimate parking only spot and the owner comes out and tells me I need to move my car didn't even ask if I needed help. Threatens to call a tow truck to have my car towed and still has not offered or asked if we needed help. So that I spoke to a different worker who informed me that that rude person who told me to move was the owner. That is a horrible way to treat possible customers. But the lady who informed me the rude man was the owner was very nice

If I can give this one star trust me I will. I ve had the worse experience with this place. The owner Byron Ramirez is very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and he has a smart mouth. He is not good with his clients, he is a liar and very manipulative. He says he will fix your car but he doesn t really fix it. He makes the problem go away temporarily so you won t bother him. He should not be able to run a business with this kind of attitude. He sold me a car which was salvage but he never told me that information. Instead he hid the title to the car under papers and tried to hide it. When we received the car, the engine light came on later. We called him later that day to try to return the car due to it being salvage and we were not informed by him but he shook us off saying he was at lunch and hung up on us. Very very disrespectful. We told him again that we want the money back but he says that he doesn t have our money. We also gave him all the reasons why we wanted our money back. we told him that the engine light was on and we need The certification for the light in order to register the car and the smog. We complained to him giving him all these reasons why we wanted to return the car. He was manipulating us saying that he would fix all the problems on the car instead of giving us our money back. Still never even fixed the cars problem and we are still trying to get our money back.I m informing all of you guys to not fall for his charms or manipulative ways and lies. He is a very very very bad business owner. Don t believe anything he says. Hopefully you guys learn from my mistakes. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND I was into a car accident with the brother of a worker at this shop back in January 2021. His truck was carrying heavy wood and pieces of that flew off and hit my bumper. Unfortunately, I decided to not file a police report because this guy had no insurance so we went about this on our own. He did not want to fix my car for the damages and instead referred me to his brother, whom works at this body shop. This person tried to give me a bumper that wasn t a match to my car and told me to come back in a week. So I did. When I picked it up, there was damage to my trunk (paint chip, and a deep dent). I called him and he was willing to fix it but on HIS time and seconds later I was blocked by his brother AND him. This was the worst experience ever. This has been the most disgusting service I ve ever gotten anywhere.Service: Painting

The owner Byron is awesome.First car I brought was a 2018 Nissan sentra midnight edition that I was returning back to nissan as a buy back, was in a accident front bumber, fog lights and hood was damaged.Left it like new he even hooked it up with a good price..Took it to nissan buy back was successful.Taking in the wife's car white 2018 honda civic LX this week.Was involved in a hit n run by a white beamer driving down the hill, no worries, caught up to him doing 120+ and got his plate.Back bumper very noticeable.I'll be back to give a update on the quality of work.Standby. . .

I had a very pleasant experience getting my car repaired here . From the beginning Byron reassured me that everything would be taken care of , being that I am a Lyft driver, it was really important for me to have my car fixed in a timely manor , my car was ready in 1 week and looked flawless when I picked it up. They are good people here and really do what they can to help their customers .

Installed my side panel for my doors and broke the side clips and didn't even bother to tell me. Had to find out later when cleaning the car and when approched he said its only a couple dollars. My car was dirty from footprints and hand prints on them and didn't even bother to clean them. Don't trust this place. Very unprofessional way of handling your car when your paying for service.

Very bad experience! Had to take it back 3 times. Deep sanding marks were still visible, all dents and repair work was not done, many dust particals were visible in paint. After returning they were going to repaint although I have no idea if they only repainted parts of the car. Originally told to come back in 3 weeks for color sand until I showed all the defects. I now have buffing marks all over the car, some paint chips, although small, on passenger side door I later discovered were painted over instead of fixed. Scrape marks at bottom panel that I pointed out never was fixed there are still scratch marks visible in different areas, There are large size dull spots on driver side passenger door. Also while I am thinking of it, the firsr time I picked it up the paint was still tacky and not even dry yet. Perhaps the owner , Byron, was not happy that I complained about these items so after I got it back I noticed that there were miles on it and my transmission went out shortly after picking it up. The transmission shop where I brought it said that there were 2 holes in the transmission. Will never go back there again. I guess I will have to eat my loss and can't proof they damaged the transmission.

I had the worse experience here. I dont no what kind of person I was dealing with but Byron is the worse. I was in a accident when i got my car back it was pulling to the right, the tire is rubbing up agains something, my spindle is still broken never repaired, driver door clips broken, struts or bent, brake ABS SYSTEM needs work and to top it off they didnt even up the body damages that they fixed and my wheel is also still pushed out. When I mention the poor work to Byron the owner, he didnt even no which employee had worked on the car all of them started pointing fingers. I have had the worse experience. Alot of miss communication, everytime he said something he went back on his word I started recording or conversation because of the lies he kept telling. I even recoded him questioning his employees about the car and how they were all confused. Before I went here I looked at the reviews shortly after business had already got going i realized that 70% of the reviews or from there own employes. Byron is not a focused business owner he's more worried about the apps on his phone then making sure his employees is doing their job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My dad got scammed, they agree to fix his car damage but ended up just covering it. They are not professional. My dad paid $3100, for them to not fix his car.

Worst service ever I had a 1976 chey Monte Carlo painted there they removed all the chrome from my vehicle instead of masking and could not reassembled it lost parts could not find my rear tail lights or parking lamps took over 8months to complete what they did do I ask took my vehicle and decided to let a judge work this out...if you are thinking of going There DON'T DO IT....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

is a horrible place they lie to me and then overcharged me after I pay the say they need more material and it's going to be more in the job it was horrible They were going to replace the bedliner in my truck they did a horrible job I do not recommend them at all
