Good quality windows at reasonable prices. Probably not as trendy as other van windows but very nice looking, work great and all the installation was easy. Would buy from them again. Shipping was prompt, packaging was sufficient and products were delivered without flaws. Sliders in photos

Had a good experience. There windows came as described. Feel like great quality. My windows are the floating/frameless type which are supposed to be a more reliable install.Installation went great. Not that difficult once you get past cutting into your vehicle. Installation kit had everything you need except a template, tools to cut/prep and a caulk gun.All the directions are on the window listing you purchased from vwd website. I don t think it came with a set. But there s most likely several windows online to show you how to do it.*make sure you get a good quality caulk gun. The urethane adhesive for the windows is a bear to squeeze out of the tube. I broke two store brand (HD/lowes) caulk guns trying to get the urethane out of the tubes. Buy the fancy gun for $16 instead of the cheap one for $11. I promise you ll remember me if you don t. Lol

Paint failing on 3 month old CRL windows, VWD knowingly stocks poor quality CRL windows, is happy to sell them to you, then provide you no support when the windows have an obvious quality defect. CRL doesn t have customer support, which VWD should vet so the customer is advised. Why sell manufacturers that don t support customers and you can t stand behind? VWD is out for the sale then moves on, does not to guarantee you any sort of quality product.

Vanwindows direct is a cool shop. Whether you have a Dodge Pro master, Ford transit, or Mercedes sprinter he has the windows to get the job done. Not only that but the after service on his van windows direct branded windows are top notch. Van windows direct windows have a one-year warranty as opposed to AMA that has six months and CRL which have only one month. I m building out my Ford transit into a mobile home and podcasting studio and his windows will fit the bill perfectly. I m super excited!

Nice new windows for the rear doors of our Promaster van. My only complaint was that Van Windows Direct didn't advise us that we needed to buy separate trim to cover the jagged metal edges BEFORE installing the windows. It was a pain to get the trim in AFTER the window installation.

We went to Van Windows Direct to install windows on our Sprinter van for the back doors and sliding doors and we are very happy with the result! The windows look amazing and their customer service was incredible, every step of the way. I was surprised they had the windows we wanted in stock and got us in to install them the very next day! They even took us to the mall so we could catch a movie while the work was being done. This shop is definitely where you wanna go to get your van windows installed!

Poor quality control. Their VWD named Ford Transit slider side window shattered after 1 year and 4 months. Rep seemed to think that was impressive that it lasted that long. I guess that s why they have a 1 year warranty?

Have Mid Height/Length 2020 Transit van. Had drivers rear window replaced with VWD vented one. Really love it! A year later ordered passenger vented rear window and had that installed. Had an issue with it and VWD bent over backward to help. No BS at all which is all too often with companies purchases/support service.KUDOS to all ya'll.PS. I was building out my van late 2020/early 2021. Due to pandemic the delay in shipping on the windows I purchased was becoming quite long, understandably. Van Windows Direct reached out and ended up offering to send me a VWD pair of windows instead of the original ones I ordered, even though more expensive. They arrived quickly and are SO wonderful. I got the slider bunk windows with screens and they've been fantastic. Install was super easy using their install kit and they've been working great for over a year and a half and have driven all over the USA in all forms of weather. The only small issue I had was with the velcor adhesive for the little window screens getting too hot and melting, causing the screens to come off when driving. Superglue was a quick fix until I could reach out to VWD. Within 24hrs of reaching out to purchase new screens I was contacted by them and they offered to send me new screens immediately no charge and mentioned they are using a new adhesive that should be more durable. 10/10 for product and customer service, I cannot recommend them enough. Building out and living in a van you get used to things changing and having to adapt quickly so its very refreshing and appreciated to work with a company that is efficient and dependable. Thanks VWD!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Ordered my windows on a Tuesday and they were here the next day! Jonathan's customer service has been exceptional, from giving guidance on the initial purchase, advice on how to install, and even going above and beyond to help me fix problems I created myself in my install. You need OEM windows, or addons for a van or other vehicle, this is the place to go. Thank you, VWD!!!!

I would highly recommend Jonathon and his entire crew, for not only information, advice, purchasing but most of all, Isaiah in the installation dept. I drove 8 hrs round trip to complete the process. Everything went better than hoped for or expected. While waiting during installation, the crew at Van Windows offered to drive me for lunch, but better than that offered me a vehicle to conduct business. Not sure if that is a common occurrence, but just the offer makes the service I received beyond belief. After installing 4 windows I drove home home 4 hours with and issues, not a rattle leak or even the temporary blue tape being removed at 70 mph. All this accomplished during the Covid season. Because of Jonathan, 2021 has started off as a great year. I can now finish the MB Sprinter conversion with complete confidence. Thanks again.Tom

We bought windows for our van conversion from them and while trying to install them I dropped one and it shattered. They were so kind and understanding and sent us a new one right away and at a discount! They didn't have to give us a discount, it wasn't their fault that I broke the window, but the fact that they did says volumes about this company!!! I had ordered 3 windows from these guys, the windows came quick! One window had a slightly damaged frame, which they were quick to replace it and cover the cost of shipping on the return and the new window!!! Would give a 6 start rating if possible! Will be posting a video of installing the CR Lawrence windows on my 2015 Ford Transit camper van on my YouTube channel - Dan The Van Man

Waited a great deal for this window - but luckily our van conversion isn't rushed! I won't blame the business for the slow supply chain problems. We ordered during a pandemic, when literally everybody and their mother is converting a van!Arrived safely and can't wait to install it! Pics to come :)

First class service! We took a 150 mile (6hr round-trip) journey out to Victorville to have a window installed on our high-roof 2019 Ford transit. We did not regret the long drive. We were taken to the local mall by the owners, to burn some time while the installation took place (2hrs). On our return home we noticed a rattle with the new window. We drove back to the VWD office. They stayed 45 minutes past closing helping us to diagnose and resolve the issue, even offering to stay later if the problem reoccurred. Very happy with the final result. Saved hundreds of dollars over the closest online competitor, with the added bonus of a bombproof installation.

windows were great but i didn t install right away although i did check for damage immediately and they were great fast ship BUT when i did go to install them after cutting giant holes in my van on Friday i went to put on primer and it was dried out totally i spent some $ for both windows and two install kits !!!!! now i m screwed and after searching for some adhesive primer at auto , boat and online i find out you can t get it at all in Ca. Then when i contacted VWD they said oh the primer is only good for 30days but we ll send you two new bottles ( to bad i already paid to have it brought in from arizona! ) but ok ?? how would i know that ??? sorry but this is how you respond to a paying customer you put in a bad position ? i gotta say next time i ll go some place else not happy at allService: Auto side window replacement

This business is top-notch. As a supplier of products for my business, these guys place customer service first and do everything they can to accommodate any request. Excellent service is becoming more of a rarity this day and age, but this business is certainly an exception. They have very much earned our business and we can't say enough good things about these guys, especially considering the current climate of the industry they operate in.

If you need windows for your and Sprinter, Ram Pro Master, Freightliner or any other type of van contact Van Windows Direct.Not only do they sell the windows, they also install them.Give the a call. I do not believe you will be disappointed!

Extremely disappointed that the invoice didn't tell me the shipping cost didn't include import fees. It would be good business to let people know as they purchase and not just in your policy that is located on a different page. So 187,78$US plus the surprise cost of 278.08$ CAD. Seems like poor business to me.
