I recommend Valley Collision to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I have used them twice and both times they were friendly, easy to work with, never kept you in the dark, and made the process as easy as they could. The person i worked with this time was Danny. He was very helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance adjuster.Even had helped me with getting my rental extended because of his expertise. And if you are in a rental vehicle, you can get a ride to the rental office to pick up your rental and when you are ready to pick up your vehicle you just leave the rental at Valley Collision. The rental company comes to pick it up. That way you don't have to fuss over getting a ride to the shop after dropping off the rental. I am very satisfied with my experience at Valley Collision.

I would recommend Valley Collision to anyone needing body work on their vehicle. They have been providing professional service in this location for many years. I have experienced excellent customer service on both occasions that I have used them. I would especially like to thank Jose for the keeping me updated on my repairs. I also appreciate that during estimates he provided me with a less expensive option to fix the car.

My car was sent here by Toyota. The car was there for a week upon receiving the car, my car s interior was In disgusting shape. Looks like the windows have been left down to allow dirt and hair inside. There were food particles inside the cup holders along with sticky residue left behind from cups like the car was ate in! The floor mats were covered in white boot prints, among more dirt! This is a brand new car!!! I wouldn t recommend this place.

This company made it very easy to get repairs done. Constant communication, I never had to call to get updates. I appreciated the constant contact they had with the updates and the work preformed was high quality. Thank you Morgan, and thank Valley Collision Center.

I went to pick up my car. Unfortunately. My insurance totaled it because the repairs were more than the value of the car. It is a pleasant place with good atmosphere in the waiting area.

Just dropped off our Mercedes sprinter van. I had a dog chase a cat around my van causing scratches throughout my paint job. The staff was very pleasant to speak with extremely professional but yet very friendly. Definitely a nice atmosphere. I haven't seen their work yet but if it's anything like there attitudes and shop I'm sure it's great. I will definitely update this review

Fair pricing. Repair work done is impeccable. I've never met a Valley Collision associate who is anything but courteous. I no longer allow any other shop to effect repairs on my vehicles.

I was amazed by the professionalism and kindness they have showed me. I took my 300m chrysler to replace seal by front window and was done in minutes. I bought the parts per vin number thru dealer and clips so it would match and they installed it for free....in less than 10 minutes the gentlemen came back and said we are done and this is on us, just keep us in mind for future repairs. How great is that. I offered to keep the money for installation which was 60 dollars and he refused it. I felt emotional for such kindness and how everything was handle. Will definitely pass the good word and refer all friends and family here. Bless you all who are working in this facility and may our Heavenly Father continue his Blessing in this place.

I have taken my car here several times and this time by far was the worst experience. Everytime we go to pick up the car there's something wrong with it! This time there was no communication throughout the repair service and also took 6 work days longer than expected for a very minor repair. Then again upon pickup there are issues with the assembling of the car and so they need to fix it and now to wait another 1 1/2 hrs in lobby to get it back. Where did the quality checking go? This should have been caught if they were checking for quality prior to pick up.

I had my stock trailer (Pic Below) painted by Valley Collision Center and I could not be happier. Valley Collision Center took on this job when no other paint facility in the high desert wanted to do it. They painted it to the original color and it looks like it is right out of the factory. There are no flaws. Their technicians and staff are very nice and professional. I got to meet the owner himself (Danny) when I first took it in for an estimate and I felt he personally took an interest in what I needed done right away. The price was very reasonable and I recommend anyone to at least get an estimate form valley collision center before you go elsewhere. What an outstanding Paint & Body shop to do business with. If anyone is interested in having any paint and/or body work done this is the place!!! THANK YOU TO VALLEY HIGH COLLISION CENTER. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Outstand work performed by this shop! When i went to pick up my car i honestly went an was looking for something to complain about an i could not find a single thing ! The best body shop ive ever done business with all the way around!

I am only at the beginning of the repair process, after a minor fender bender, but if everything goes as it has so far, I expect to be extremely satisfied. It is one of the nicest auto repair facilities I have ever visited and the staff are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is probably the nicest one in the high desert, and the lobby looks like a perfect man cave that anyone would be proud to have. I spoke with the manager Kaylee several times before dropping off my car, and I am highly impressed. Working her way up from the receptionist to the manager is a tall order, and she does it well. She is not only extremely knowledgeable about the car repair business but also very understanding, sweet, and polite. My trip home of 12 miles from their facility was provided by an Uber that they ordered at no cost to me. The impeccably clean, well decorated, and organized man cave Lobby that I spoke of was adorned with all kinds of car memorabilia and antiques. Unrestored antique fuel pumps, oil and gas cans, antique signage from filling stations, a variety of pictures and posters, and to top it off and autographed Clint Eastwood picture montage from his first Dirty Harry movie. We all know that trusting someone with your very necessary daily driver is not something we do easily but I think if you have reason to visit a auto repair facility for paint and body I don't believe you will be disappointed, and I highly expect you'll be extremely satisfied and impressed, if my first meeting with them is any indication and I believe mine will be.

Had to wait longer than expected for my vehicle but 7nderstannable since parts had to be ordered other than that I am pleased with the work done of course not happy about the cost but it had to be fixed

I have used this repair shop in the past to fix two other vehicles and now to currently use them to repair my vehicle from a car accident.I chose this facility because of how well they handled the repairs.They are very professional people. One of the best body shops I have had the pleasure of working with. Even though there was a delay with the parts ( completely out of their control ) they banged out the work like nobody's business. I gave 3 stars because I had to drive my car back to shop the next day for repairs that should have been fixed, my car was not clean when I picked it up, and the service representative Morgan never apologized for the repairs not being completed correctly or that I had to drive to Victorville the very next day. A sincere apology goes a long way.

Really inviting lobby, welcoming and friendly staff. The agents were really friendly and wanted to give me the best possible service. They were efficient in their care of my car, and gave me constant updates on how the service was going and how soon I would have my car back. They did forget to put the radio antenna back and finish putting glue on the ceiling lining, but when I brought it to their attention, they were apologetic and took care of the problem very quickly. I really liked working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Today is December 23rd the day before Christmas my stolen car was recovered and brought to valley collision center. When I arrived I was greeted with a happy face it has to sign some paperwork for the insurance and they did a walk around my car that was stolen over a month ago with a very nice little lady who treated me very well and was very empathetic of my situation we did the walk around of the car she noted everything that was damaged which was pretty much the whole car every single panel has to be replaced Windows the radio glove box interior it's a mess but I have confidence in the people that I spoke to you today they are very adamant about taking care of the issue and I'm very happy I'm doing business with them thank you very much all of you Merry Christmas.

When I would call they said wrong brackets for bumper then was told next time wrong bumper then when I picked up the truck they told me they panted the front grill an they put a new one on kinda seems they wanted more from Insurance com.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had accident and car returned on a flat tire. Check engine light on. No windshield wiper spray. No cold air from ac. Worst part was breaking down on the freeway due to fan motor not turning on. Causing high temperature and car turned off. Two types of coolant in my car. Orange in overflow and green in main coolant. I have been doing business at Valley Collision for over 10years now and have nothing but great things to write about their work is perfect the service is great,the owner is awesome (giving me a personal ride home) and having me picked up to get my car when it was ready (which the owner has done for me all the years I have done business with them) they don't try to get you to do more work than you want and charge you a fair price to do it!
