I have to hand it to these guys at Unique Auto Care I thought I was never going to be able to drive my car again due to the scarcity of parts for my car but after 9 long months I finally heard my baby fire up and I ve had a smile on my face ever since I picked it up! Amazing customer service and honesty and pricing you can t argue with. And thank you to Javier for keeping me updated the whole way.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Albert Sr. & all the guys at Unique Auto care have always been honest and are very knowledgeable about the vehicles we've brought in to get serviced.They have done numerous oil changes and have put in a new motor in my daily driver!! Our family will forever continue to get our vehicles serviced by them! Thanks Guys!

This is who I go to for all my vehicles to. had electrical issue with my Mustang. They told me right away what it was. There s not a lot of people in the high desert there vehicle electricians. Fast reliable, they tell you right there and then what s wrong with your car. I highly recommend them.

They mis diagnosed my car! i took my car there because it was making a ticking noise, they told me i needed a valve adjustment and paid $1,100 for the repair. the next day my car was making the noise again, it turns out it was the timing tensioner and did Not need a valve adjustment. so i paid for a repair i didnt need.

Excellent experience at this shop! Javi has exceptional customer service skills. He really goes over and beyond explaining all the details to the customer. I received quick service and I feel the cost was fair. Everyone at the shop was pleasant to work with and very polite. Will definitely use their services again! I recommend them.

Cant say anything but amazing things! Super knowledgeable and best customer service hands down they over communicated everyday they had my car to walk me through the issues and worked with my schedule to get me back on the road

I dont recommend this place at least not for women! I was charged multiple times for diagnostics my car never got fixed correctly. And I had to continuously bring my car back and forth to them. Javier and his boss kept on charging me for different parts. And the issue that I thought they fixed they never did! The very last time I went back to them they didn't want to fix my car and Javier called the police. I was treated unfairly and unjustified. I never gave them an issue I never raised my voice. I came to get answers that Javier couldn't even answer. He and his boss took an easy way out because they knew they didn't do right by me in the first place. And they took advantage of my kindness and they got over on a women! My car is still messed up and I'm out of a lot of money because they don't want to correct the problem!

I have had alot of work done at this auto repair shop. I am single woman and am now a senior and it's really hard to get honest mechanics anywhere. I had 2 cars not running for that very reason. The 1st car I had to have it on a tow truck a 1996 Honda Prelude the tow driver said that he heard alot of good things about Unique Auto Care! They gave no gurantee that they could fix it but after a couple calls they notified me that it was fixed and it passed smog. I was do happy I really love that car it's a 4th generation. The second car was also towed in there and pretty much the same thing another older car 2001 Honda Insight, they fixed that one also. They are very Profesional and a small family owned business . I would highly recommend anyone who is having car problems or for matience.. to give them a call ! THANK YOU UNIQUE AUTO CARE FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME. Now I feel safe behind the wheel !!! jeanne currier

let me start off by saying there service is AMAZING! Javier is one of the nicest and most patient guy I've met. I went to Barstow tire and brakes where they diagnosed my dodge durango and said i had a blown head gasket but they couldn't fix the problem. Basically they told me I was going to need a whole new engine. A man recommended me to take it to Unique Auto. I am so glad he told me about them because they diagnosed my vehicle within 2 hours of it being towed there. No I did not need a new engine, and they were able to fix my blown head gasket. They kept my car and fixed the problem within a week and a half. He literally had my car back up and running a day before my birthday. They are very understanding, explains everything to you in detail, and very patient. Now that I went with them I don't believe I'll take my car anywhere else. Thank you gentleman so much and a big thank you to SR. and Javier.

Called in regards to an electrical issue. Was told they have a flat rate of $150 hourly and it would have to be paid for a 2 hour minimum. Why before even examining a single component on my vehicle would I automatically have to pay for 2 hours of service. Scamwow!**After response from Business**My point exactly. You did not service my vehicle because you are trying to charge me for a 2 hour minimum. So if you diagnose the problem within an hour you will still charge me for services of $150 an hour but for 2 hours? I'm sure enough potential customers will read this and understand the issue here before you as a business will. Good luck and please come back with a second of all.

This is the spot for sure.. Not only are Javier and the guys at Unique cool and welcoming, they also know what they are doing and they do it fast. They were very professional and communicated all steps with me. I had my car in another local shop for a full week and they couldnt find the issue, so I gave up on them. I was blessed and got recommended Unique and they had my car ready in 1day!! If you're looking for a shop that is knowledgeable and reliable and understands you actually need your car, then you can be confident in these guys.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The service was excellent. My husband and I were visiting from out of town when we began to have car trouble. We called and they told us to bring the car right in. They diagnosed the problem got the part and our car was ready the next day. You can't ask for better service than that and the workers are very polite and professional.

I had a really GREAT experience taking my 2007 Mazda Miata Mx5 to Unique Auto Care for a new engine swap and radiator. Albert actually convinced me to get a 5 year warranty engine instead of a 30 day warranty engine. I am so happy he treated me like family and didn t let me get that 30 day warranty engine because I was going to at first. Now I feel more relieved driving my car to work Monday-Thursday. I came in on a Friday at almost closing time with major car problems, I was still 3 hrs away from my destination point. This guys were not just able to check my car but were willing to stay open past closing time just to get me back on the road. These people were very honest and caring, they even hung out at the shop after I had left just in case my car gave me any problems. Would like to give Javi and all the workers a huge thank you for fixing my car and making it home safely. I highly recommend them, I would not think twice before taking my car back to these guys.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

Iexcellent genuine guys. Excellent family friendly business. I purchased a car in October the car had extreme issues I took my car to these guys when i started having issues . These guys from day one have helped me in so many ways that I can be grateful for especially with the Christmas season coming around they manage to work with the warranty company that I had they work extremely quick and also all the services they have provided was excellent I ve been to car repair shops in my life but this is one of the best ones I have ever been to I highly recommend these people if I can give them beyond five stars I would it is very family orientated they are very honest and know their stuff about under the hood they also prove who they are by all the certifications that they have and they highly are recommended by me to anyone to use the guys I was really stressed out when the car had broke down but these guys have made it to where I wasn t stressed out at all about anything getting fixed under the hood how they took care of the insurance warranty company and also how they handled everything professionally and properService: Transmission

Amazing and honest people! I can't recommend them enough! I've been stranded with car trouble far from home many times and it can be so stressful and intense, but the guys at Unique Auto Care gave me hands down my best experience! I came in with my Subaru's transmission all kinds of messed up and they were so efficient and caring I was out of there in the same day! These guys are the absolute best! ( special shoutout to Javier for being so kind and wonderful and bringing me juice on his break and to my mechanic for working so tirelessly with my car ) The general vibe of family there was very refreshing. I don't live anywhere near Victorville but I would drive all the way down there just to get my car worked on by those lovely humans.Service: Transmission

While on a road trip, our car's transmission broke down about 40 miles away from Victorville. We found Unique Auto Care based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. They went above and beyond making sure we get the car in before they closed for the day, diagnosing and fixing the problem and communicating with us during the process. My car broke down while driving to LA. I towed my car here, and Mr. Javier help me to get my car going again. I was in LA, so I had to communicate with him through phone. I requested irregular things since I cannot be there. He was very patient and went above and beyond to help me. My car is good now. Because of his help, I was able to get back on the road. If I could give more stars for this review I would. Great customer service, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done faster than they quoted me. I can't say enough good things about Albert the Owner and mechanic! I took my car in because I threw some rods and I had an extended warranty through a third party. The insurance company turned my claim down because they claim they found a loop hole. This is when Albert stepped in and fought for me because he knew it wasn't right for the claim to be denied! Eventually because of Albert's expertise the insurance company approved my claim. Albert saved me thousands of dollars and got me a new engine for my car. I highly recommend Unique Auto Care because they put the customer first and their work is done right! Thanks Albert, me and my family appreciate everything you did for us!

I just moved to the Victorville area were hardly any mechanics would even look at my Jaguar. Luckily I decided to call them. They are extremely professional and unlike other businesses they call you to update you on what's going on. 5 star service in my opinion.Thanks Javier

My car is older and the newer parts made for cars do not fit it. They went out of their way to get hoses required to fix my air conditioning. They stayed with it until it was fixed and I don't feel that another place would have been willing to put that effort in. With a newborn we needed our air fixed to travel anywhere in this summer heat. I would recommend them for any car issues.Service: Air conditioning

I own a 2004 BMW 325ci with 175, 000 miles and needed to get it looked at due to overheating. After calling several shops and beingtold it sounded like a possible blown head gasket and most likely 2500 to 3000 dollars later, I lost all hope. Until I made one last attempt and called Unique Auto care. Alberto and Javier treated me better than BMW ever has. Turns out their honesty and integrity showed by telling me to not worry it wasn't a head gasket (3000) but a faulty thermostat. I saved thousands with them. Highly Highly recommend them. Thank you Unique Auto Care.
