HORRIBLE job!!! This was my first time going to them because my boyfriend took his jeep here and they did a GREAT job so I bought a used car and it needed a good detail and wax and I paid $160 + $20 tip for that service and the wheels are still really dirty and the inside looks like it wasn t even wiped down. The attention to detail wasn t there for them. Tipped $20 and I m mad that I did because they didn t deserve a tip at all!! Avoid going here! I could ve done a better job myself!

Very slow considering the amount of workers they have. I made a mistake on the type of wash I wanted and noticed when I went to pay and the older gentleman that vacuums the vehicles out screamed at me saying well you said Diamond Wash!! That guy needs an attitude adjustment. If I hadn't had my son with me it would have got ugly. They're prices are too high for the service, I had to call the guy back before I drove off because he missed a few spots. Definitely not a $37.99 job. Won't go back there Ever!!!

The best hand car wash I've found in the High Desert.The greeting staff are pleasant and helpful. They listen to your requests and do their utmost to fulfill your car cleaning wishes.While the lobby may not be the height of modern style, it is a clean. pleasant and functional lobby. Chairs, tables, vending machines for snacks while you wait/ Honestly, what more is needed? Nothing.The cleaning staff are thorough and quick without skimping on the detailing of your car. Do your car a favor & take in for a good cleaning. You'll enjoy the results!

First time here. Arrived early morning and watched the first two parts of the vacuum and scrubbing the car but at the end when I sat in the car, windows weren't well cleaned, he didn't even bother moving my cup to clean the cup area so it felt mediocre for that part of the wash. I can see my rims and the color of the car looks good now. Should of held the tip back for this first time and checked quality of complete service. I'm not putting the place down just giving my report in "first impression" experience, ya know.

This has been voted best in the high desert and I agree. I have tried several different car washes and so far, this one is my favorite! They are friendly, the prices are really reasonable and best of all, they do a great job! One of the things they do above the rest, they hand wash first then it goes through the automatic wash. So, your car gets double cleaned! The guys that do the detailing, after the wash, always do a great job! Inside, there are a lot of cards, different items and refreshments to purchase and places to sit. You can also sit outside, as well.

My car had not been cleaned in 2 years and I have 3 dogs. The gentleman said he would try his best. Even my picky husband was impressed.

Customer service was good, but not so much on the cleaning. I went in for a detail since I had someone throw up in my car.. and when I got home to inspect it I noticed throw up on the seat belt, side of the door, and on my window as well. So much for the "detail":/

Took my truck they didn't completely dry it didn't vacuum nor wipe anything down inside car I paid for the 3rd option and got dupted the wash was trash. The guy out front asks for double the posted prices. Double the price, half the work. Left with spots and streaks after $70. After I showed them spots, they proceed to scratch them off with the fingernail. Never coming back.

Went there at 11:00 car was finished at 1:15.Paid for Gold level and had streaks on inside window.They need post a sign BEFORE you get in line to tell you the was could exceed 2 hours.Average at best wash for $33

I asked for the gold package.I was up sold the the Diamond package for $10 more.Took a long time. cars that were checked in after me left before me.I figured it would be real nice for being the most expensive package, NOPE!It was covered in greasy armor all all over. It was horrible, but also soo dirty!Just greasy armor all spreader all over my dirty car. I cleaned after them immediately after. Seriously so gross!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Decided to get my car washed here for the first time have a brand new car paid for the best wash to support and ended up coming out with a cracked front windshield.When my girlfriend sat in the passager sideshe noticed it quickly and told me to pull back in to speak with someone. They told us to pull around and said they don't do claims, seriously?Don't come here find somewhere else to go that will do a good job,I also found it really strange that they're also connected to a window tinting and window replacement service.Luckily I have insurance or else this would have cost me 1 grand

I paid for the Platinum wash and it took him over an hour which is fine except for I got out to my car they didn't vacuum the trunk at all. They didn't touch my cup holders they didn't even vacuum my front seat like the driver side seat has literal dirt on it I don't think I'll be coming back

I got the my 2017 chevy malibu detailed and washed.After the interior, seats, floors looked new. Plus, it smelled fresh.Service was friendly and professional

Took my car for a wash and I had myDolce & Gabbana glasses on the side of the door and they go missing at this car wash I go back to this car wash and they told me to talk to the manager. I talk to the manager nicely and he did no say anything or didn t even try to ask anyone. This is a bad experience I never make bad comments but stealing at a place you trusted with your belongings in your car is unacceptable.Service: Full body wash

This place is the best hand car wash in the high desert. IVE BEEN TO ALL OF THEM AND THIS ONE TOPS THEM. However there has been an occasional wipe down inside the car that has been overlooked. That is why I put a 4 star rating. I expect the best job possible when paying $35 for a hand car wash.

I came to Tri City car wash Wednesday July 21st 2021. I paid 90.00 for a full auto detail and gave the gentleman specific detailing instructions to what I know my car was in dire need of. When I got back into my car it looked the same way as I left it with them. There was no detailing done just a quick car wash and wiping a couple things off they may had needed dusting. The vacuum job seemed to be the best thing they did and that wasn t even a thorough job. My cup holders drive shift and radio and air conditioner knobs have dirt all around them as well as the small compartments on my doors. These were the very details I paid 90.00 for. Let alone me leaving my car for over 3 hours. Such a waste of my time and money. I definitely will not be coming back to Tri city car wash in Victorville ever again. The work they did on my car says lazy, unprofessional and just very poor . Let alone the guy who tried asking me for my phone number when I was leaving it with them so they could call me when my car was complete. Thanks but no thanks.Service: Auto detailing

Don t be like me and ignore the bad reviews this place took two 1/2 hours to clean my car which was still dirty when I got it back they refused to give me my money back road rushed job. How do you take 2 1/2 hours and still give me a dirty car halfed vacuum outside dirty and inside was not cleaned! The car wasn t even that bad to start off with horrible horrible please do not spend your money here. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM...UNTIL TODAY!I've been coming here for 7 years and recommending everyone I know to try them.Today I told the lady who was there for the first time how fantastic they are. But, today was not the case.It was a problem for me becasue the guy made so many mistakes, it was absolutely ridiculous!The guy who did the detailing for my car forgot to Armor-All at the top of all 4 of the doors.He didn't touch my cup holders at all. I had to ask another guy b to clean them and it was still dirty.The steering wheel was just as dry as it was when I dropped it off with the guy who vacuums.He completely forgot to Armor-All the outside rubber part of all 4 of my windows.The area under the radio where the power outlets are was still dirty.So I took my car back and asked them to please take the time to clean it the Tri City way. THOROUGH AND EFFICIENTThey came off agitated about having to fix the problems versus saying thanks for being a loyal customer and we apologize for the inconvenience.Hopefully next time I go back I'll receive the service I'm used to.

Strange, I thought that I had addressed this company just recently.? They still need help to complete the cars in a timely manner. NOTE - They are still basically the the best in the Hi Desert area, God knows I've been to over 6 different car washes not including the self serve version.

Great place to get your car done. A little rude guy in the beginning. But I don't think he means to be. Seems old fashioned. It's expected. The other men seem to be very professional and respectful. Rims looked good and the car as a whole was about an A- not bad for a rating. Found some stuff that still needed some cleaning on the center console. Other than that we are e both happy with the job.

Went to this place early so I wouldn t wait too long, I show up and one car in front of me so I was happy. I go inside and pay and sit outside. 6 cars come out before mine so now I m frustrated why is my car not out when I was here way before any of those cars? Don t know. Then one of the guys that was washing cars comes up to one of his coworkers and starts picking a fight with him calling him names and ends up throwing a hot cup a noodle soup in this face and starts pushing him. They both get called into the office and now there is only 2 guys working and my car is not out yet. Took over 2 hrs to get out of this place and it just seems like they are disorganized so I will never return. I know the fight is out of their control but overall experience when it comes to my car was not even descent.

Would not recommend this place at all for window tinting! First off the price was more than i was quoted on the phone then more even so when i picked it up! Then the visor was half done horrible craftsmanship these guys do not know how to tint windows!! Took it back to get it fixed the following weekend worked me right in then done another half done job again! I just left will never be back! As far as the carwash i had to remind them that it came free with the tint it wasnt horrible but i still rewiped everything down again when i got home.Services: Full body wash, Vehicle window tinting

I have an F150 and as my truck went through the wash only the back half got washed. I asked the cashier lady why and she said "it's an old car wash and you have a big truck" and that was it. I have always been satisfied with the outcome of my car wash here but this was very displeasing. Keep in mind my car wash cost $27. I am not sure I will be back again.After my truck got to the detailing guy he realized the truck wasn t washed to his expectations and sent it back through. I appreciate them fixing the problem but this turned out to be a 2 hour car wash. If the cashier lady would have just told them right away when I notified her I would have been spared about 45 minutes

Very disappointed, paid $200 for their "top of the line" car wash package which supposedly included everything they offered and a 100% hand wash/drying. First of all they passed it through the tube to wash it and dry it... secondly they left it out in the sun for 20+ minutes without drying it so it got water stains, they then proceeded to polish it with an electric polisher (for $200 i don't think so) they also didn't Clay bar it and the dashboard wasn't correctly treated so there was an uneven layer that was visibly noticeable, they used the same rags to clean the dashboard to clean the windows so there was a layer of chemical film on my windows. For $200 I would have guessed they would have assigned 2 guys to my car for at least 4 hours just continuously cleaning it , man hours they probably had about an hour and 4 hours of the car just sitting there. I know the guy wanted a tip when I went to go pick it up but really they should have given me a $150 tip for their crappy job.
