First off, I made an appointment over the phone and the lady told me 11 AM. She also told me that my appointment would take about an hour and asked if I would like to wait or come back. I let her know I would be waiting. When I arrived they told me they would not get to my truck for 2 to 3 hours. What was the point of the appointment?My appointment was for an alignment and to mount my new tires and wheels. I brought my own wheels, tires, lug nuts, and tire pressure sensors. I specifically asked them to use my lug nuts and tire pressure sensors i brought. The guy continued to tell me it would be awhile because We take our time on customers custom wheels . Over 4 hours later my truck finally finished. I get to my truck and notice they didn t use the new sensors. (Which is irritating because I was selling my old wheels and now they are off the bead with no valve stem in them). I then had to wait extra for them to put my old wheels back together and air them up. I also noticed 3 out of 4 of my brand new Method wheels were scratched. Brand new out of the box, never been driven, already scratched straight out of the tire shop. This is irritating as well, because my wheels are not cheap, and they specifically told me they take their time on customers custom wheels . I asked for the manager and showed him. He took pictures and said he is so sorry. They did nothing to compensate for me. Overall, I was not totally impressed with my experience here, and will probably not be going back.

I was very happy with the experience.Eli and Robert always answer my questionsAnd genuinely seem to care about their customers.I never feel as I am being upsold on any service that I do not need.In fact,I feel perfectly fine with continuing to use this repair station as well as recommending this business to family and friends.

Hit something big on the fwy my car was leaking oil, needed alignment and oil change. The manager Robert O. seemed very knowledgeable on cars and made sure i was paying only for what I needed & he explained everything in terms I understood. Also, I took the car in the morning, I had it back by the afternoon. Got car back and it is running like new. I was surprised as I had been to this shop like 7 years ago and it was a mess. Good job to whatever changes have been made. I highly recommend now.

THE HIDDEN GEM ON 7TH STREET IN VICTORVILLE.....I came in with a flat tire, with only 1 hour till I had to be at work. They literally took my car in, fixed the flat and I was out in 20 minutes. I am so grateful for these guys efforts on such a busy day. Thank you so much.

Had a case of the Mondays and woke up to a nail in my tire. Walked in without an appointment on my way to work and within no time the staff had it getting patched up for me. The place was clean, staff was friendly and the service was quick. Very satisfied customer here! I will absolutely be back for any additional service needs. Thanks guys!!!

The service I received at Tire Choice was outstanding, from start to finish. I sustained tire damage right at closing time for most tire stores. The staff at Tire Choice was more than happy to accommodate me after hours. When I pulled into their facility (on run flats) they were eagerly waiting for me, with a shop door open. After a quick inspection and due to the uniqueness of the tires, it was determined that Tire Choice would have to rush replacement tires to their facility. I was allowed to leave my vehicle inside their locked shop overnight, adding peace of mind and security. My vehicle was ready for pickup the following day.The staff at Tire Choice are very professional and they focus their attention on the customers needs. The facility was very clean and they go above the guidelines set fourth by the CDC, regarding COVID19.Friendly, professional, and customer oriented business. I would recommend Tire Choice to any and all with tire needs.

I was far from home and my tire was getting low so I pulled in at the tire choice and it was a stem valve that was loose and it was fixed free of charge I made it home safe.

Shout out to Tino & Juan thoroughly inspected my car , took their time and let me know upfront what I needed and how much it was , Tire choice is beyond helpful , their life savers at this point !!!! I appreciate this place and their services provided.

I went for a shock replacement to get an estimate and they tried upsaleing me 700 hundred dollars worth of stuff I didn t need. They tried saying my hydraulic motor mount needed replacement and a bunch of other nonsense!! If you know nothing about cars don t go here!! Only go for what you know you need !

I've come here a few times over the past few years and have always had a good experience.July 3rd 2020, here again (I commute a lot on really bad roads). Great service as usual. You can tell Jeremy really cares about customers.

Went here for years and what happens last two times they slacked in a break job and forgot to put clip on. over charged my last oil change after I been going there. To many people claim they are the general manager or main manager whatever they call it. then slacked on even putting air filter in on our truck. Came loose got stranded. They Denied it so that was our last two times there. Jeremy horrible customer service by the way. Mitch was great but don't see him there anymore.

Went in today for balance and rotation. First time there. Eddie, helped me out today and I was provided a great service. Very clean, maintained and organized establishment. Says alot about a business. No bad attitude. Its almost unbelievable. Customer Service in many places, isn't there anymore unfortunately. Received quotes for new KYB shocks for the rear of my SUV, trans service, and radiator service and received a good price. Looks like I will be taking several cars there! Thank you Eddie and Tire Choice!! Blessings!!

Eddie is an amazing employee he truly went above and beyond to help me yesterday. My car stalled on the freeway and I had my car towed to them. They took a look at it turns out that something was wrong with my gas meter and I just ran out of the gas. They put gas in my car. They didn t charge me to get my car looked at and they didn t even charge me for the gas they put in it I was so embarrassed but he was so sweet about it. I absolutely love this place I get my service done here and I m never gonna go anywhere else.

My boyfriend went here this morning 4-30-22 to get all new tires and Alignment on his tundra and he said everyone was so helpful and nice. Not one person there that he had a problem with. They are all super nice and great pricing. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience. I was on a multi-state road trip with my family when my tire light started lighting up. I stopped here, and they looked over my tires very carefully and eventually figured out the issue was with my tire sensors, not my tires. After they figured that out, they did not charge me anything, and I was able to continue my roadtrip through the Mohave Desert with the peace of mind that my tires wouldn t fail me. These people had excellent service, and most of all they were honest. Moreover, if one of my tires did need a repair, they were offering to do it at a very reasonable price. I can t come back because I don t live nearby, so the best I can do is refer other people there way

Awesome experience! Simon and his guys are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is nice to go to a mechanic shop and not have the employees trying to push other services on you. They were honest about my car with what I needed. 110%, I will definitely use their services again.

So they got a new secretary and when I tell you he s patronizing, sarcastic and rude that doesn t even cover it. He s a gym bro who is very disrespectful of the women who come in. The mechanics were great, but never again .. I miss the previous managerExcellent customer service! Got a good deal on my tires and it did not take long at all. They also do other auto services, so you can get a few things done in one place. Will definitely return

Found a bolt in my wife's car tire while changing her oil on a Sunday. This place was one of the only places open so I took the tire to get patched. Friendly staff working on a hot day and I was very impressed by the quality and attention to detail, even for a simple patch. The mechanic on duty, Ben, was excellent. Never have I ever been to a tire shop where the mechanic manually checked for proper torque on the lugs. Most places blast the tire lugs on and done. Not here, what Ben showed was follow through and professionalism within his craft. He even made sure that the valve stem cap he removed was placed back on the tire!! Every other place I have ever went to, I've had to remind them to not give me a black plastic cap, but to put the cap I had, back on the tire. Definitely my new go-to place. A+

Just want to let people know how great and professional these guys were when I had my vehicle serviced here. I had multiple services done to the vehicle that ran late into the evening after closing time but they were able to work a little bit over in order to finish all the services that I needed for the vehicle. These guys have outstanding service and make sure their customers needs are met. I highly recommend tire choice for your vehicles maintenance.

I could talk about this auto service for hours, the gentlemen at the front desk Mitch, was very professional and sweet. He understood my situation and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that everything works out perfectly, he and the rest of the staff are very caring and truly care for their customers well- beings and concerns. I definitely found a new mechanic. great job!

We were headed down the hill on Sunday morning when we got a flat tire. After trying to find a tire company that was open on a Sunday morning, we came across this location.Dylan was awesome and got us in and out quickly. They checked everything out before letting us go, which we really appreciated. The lounge area was clean and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for outstanding customer service.
