I was down visiting my FIL (from out of town) in the hospital when my thermostat failed. I was able to get my truck over to the shop, and they got me in right away. I am very happy with the service and friendly, caring attitude. I would highly recommend this small shop.

I'D GO THERE AGAIN FOR SURE!.I broke down on the 18 outside victorville; alternator failed and battery was slowly exploding. They took me in with quick and exoert service, tested, ordered, replaced and retested, and got me back on the road with new parts at fair prices and warranty in less than an hour. My rig started right up and ran smooth. I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.I made it to the wedding just in time.I recommend ROUTE 66 MOBILE MECHANIC with heart felt confidence and enthusiasm, and i'd definitely take my rig back to them again.PS- formerly 'mr v', same phone number and location.If i could give more than 5 stars i would.They were super awesome, fair and honest.

Got stranded in Victorville after our car broke down on the interstate. They were nothing but helpful and very nice. They wanted to get us back on the road that day to finish our drive to San Diego so they put our vehicle as number one priority. They even sent one of their guys all the way to Ontario to grab a part that they didn t have. They had the vehicle done at the end of the day. They made sure to show me exactly what they fixed and wanted to make sure I knew and understood what they did to fix it. They are great people, hard workers and mean well. They are a company you can trust, highly recommend.

Went for a brake fluid leak, explained what I did and what happened to my calipers and no questions asked they got the job done fast and easy and my car is now braking like a champ again. Hard to find good mechanics. $120 for brake fluid bleed. 5 stars for first impression. Thank you guys and gal for great costumer service. Thanks for fixing my 2010 Kia Optima. I got my engine refurbished with them about 2 years ago and they got it done on time but the following day after picking up my truck on my way too work the gas line came loose and my vehicle turned off in traffic due to not being tightened down and it would have been a serious problem if I didn't know how to fix it myself, fortunately for me I do. Fast forward to now- I had to do some work on my exhaust manifold cover because they only put 1 bolt holding it in and I know for a fact it had all 6 when I took it in for the repairs because I put it on myself. Also I found out a couple months after the initial repair that my vehicle was completely out of proper timing and my truck does have a timing chain so they did not even bother to do that.My problem is they lack attention to detail and that is a serious lack of professionalism.

I was recommended this shop. Hands down! I had my car at Chevy Dealer who wanted $375 to diagnose my car. They went picked up my car from Chevy and took to their shop had my car ready in a week! They are fast and they are honest and reasonable. I found a place to bring my cars. Thank u guys!

You would think this shop would treat its repeat customers differently but no, I have taken 4 different vehicles here to get various things done which all have turn out well, but most recently I have taken one car to get AC service which has not been working out well on both ends there s for not finding the problem the first time an charging me each time I brought it back for the same issue that was never fix and wanted me to bring it back a 3rd time an change me even more because their rates went up not cool but I will not return nor recommend this place to anyoneServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Auto A/C replacement, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

They are so rude & disrespectful. When we called & left messages they never called back. They order parts without confirming it either. Then when they said that they won't charge you unless they can get your car running but still charge you anyways.... I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They rip you off!!!

Sergio has been my mechanic at work signed all my vehicles and he works on my family member vehicles when he starts the repair he finishes every time he also gives fair prices and gives senior citizen discount to my mother who is 76 years old and everybody loves the fast service and he s very honest and all his workers do Great work I would highly recommend you taking your car or automobile to Route 66 and getting your car fixed with quality parts great warranty and excellent service with great prices I wouldn t recommend them if I didn t believe that they take care of their customers as if their family great job Sergio thank you once again ,,,,,,,,,,!,,,,,

They said I needed a 3600 repair job, took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion, I paid less that$1000.. What new engine.. They are nice people but rip off.

First and foremost , it's not everyday that you come across a HONEST repair shop that isn't after your money trying to upsell you every chance they get trying to sell you parts and service that you don't need, well today that is exactly what I came across that's why I'm giving this place 6 thumbs up (I borrowed two friends for the extra thumbs) and my reason for such a review is because when I route 66 mm this morning I was expecting to replace front lower control arms inner and outer tie rod end because I had a noise coming from my front suspension that I couldn't figure out and I was ready to replace whatever I needed to get rid of it anyway long story short the noise ended up being that a caliper bolt shimmied it's way out and my caliper was causing the noise after being told this I asked about replacing the previous parts I mentioned and instead of trying to upsell me they were honest and told me it wasn't needed.. so that's my story thanks for reading and if you're looking for a honest mechanic stop by route 66 mm and tell them Allen sent you haha
