I had a major issue with my car and was stranded in unfamiliar as I was traveling through the area, I was worried about the cost of repairs. The team at this auto repair shop went above and beyond to find the most cost-effective solution and even helped me find discounts on parts. They took the time to explain the issue with my car in detail and provided me with a clear estimate of the cost of repairs. if you don t know much about cars and want an honest repair, come here. I m a young female and I ve got an old car that s constantly needing repairs and finding a good repair shop has always been extremely anxiety inducing. But the guys at precision auto are always extremely kind and extremely informative and honest with every repair that they do on cars, not to mention their prices are great!! I no longer have a panic attack whenever something is wrong with my car, I know these guys have my back!! Thank you precision auto you guys rock. If you re considering coming here, DO IT!!! you re in good hands.

I needed a part installed, but as a walk-in, I was not expecting they would be able to help me the same day. Mike at the reception, a very pleasant guy, casually asked me if I had a minute, to which I said yes. He walked outside of his office to look at the vehicle and the part. Mike himself drove the vehicle to the lift, lifted the vehicle, and proceeded to install the part. I was impressed that the same person at the reception was the one who walked out to my vehicle to install the part! HahaPrecision Auto Repair made a new customer today. The reviews on their service continue to sell this place for good reason. Keep that up, guys!

I pulled up to get service for a exhaust pipe that fell and was dragging for a mile prior to my arrival. The shop moved a vehicle from the bay to put my vehicle in for the quick repair. However, the repair was not quick after all. I needed a 3in gasket, really large and uncommon. I sought after one in the local area to no avail but the shop aloud me to venture out and do that while leaving my vehicle in the air taking up bay space. Then once I return, the finalized the service as a courtesy. As a fellow business owner and experienced mystery shopper, this was admittedly one of the greatest experiences I've had being serviced. I most certainly will return my sports car for various minor repairs. Thank you Precision Auto Repair!!

The bottom protective shield in our car started coming loose and falling off in the middle of the desert on a Friday afternoon. These guys quickly inspected the car and got the bottom part secured so we were back on the road in no time. They were polite, professional, and dropped what they were working on to get us back on the road for the duration of our trip. They were kind and friendly, and we would highly recommend. We were on a road trip 200 miles from home when we started leaking oil. It was a Sunday and most shops were not open. We found Precision Auto using a google search and we called. They were busy, but they helped us and immediately found the root of the problem. They had to go and get a part but yet we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Every staff member was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to continue our trip without much of a delay. Would 100% recommend. As a woman I can honestly say it's hard to find an honest mechanic. We've taken our vehicles to Dave several times and have had pleasant experiences. Honest, hard working man. Great, fast service without the feeling of getting ripped off! Doesn't pressure you, tells you exactly what the issue is and gives you options on what you can afford to fix at the moment. Would definitely recommend.

The gentleman at the counter figured out the problem with my car in 5 minutes after a quick test ride. The dealership I originally took it to (out of state) took 2 weeks and still couldn't fix the problem. If you ever want an expert opinion on your car, take it to Precision Auto!

Car was leaking water. Paid for diagnostic. They said it was a water pump. Asked them to fix it. It took a week to fix and they broke something with the breaking system while fixing the water pump. When I picked it up the car wouldn't start. The answer I was given was "well it's an older car." The only problem the car had was the water pump. No overheating, no trouble starting but now the car has trouble starting every day and this shop refuses to do something about it. Customer service up front is good. Would be great if the repair work matched the service over the phone.Update 8/25/2021: My daughter went with her boyfriend for his car to get looked at because his dealership referred him there and Precision refused to look at his car unless I removed this review that was based on MY experience with them and IS ACCURATE. In fact, I am now changing my review from 2 starts to one but I wish I could leave ZERO stars. If I had known he was going to take his car there I would have warned him ahead of time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

mike is the nicest guy ever and helped me with any questions respectfully and even offered to grab me food as he ran errands while i was sitting around at the shop i would highly recommend them just be nice and respectful yourself and you will receive the same

FANTASTIC ASSISTANCE! At 8am on a Saturday morning, we came in with 4 separate warning lights and unsure if we could continue our trip. Precision took the car immediately, spent over an hour doing a computer evaluation and driving it. They determined the problem, and although the repair is only authorized for the dealer, were able to explain the condition of the car and that we could continue our trip. Most remarkably, they would not charge us for their time because they could not fix the problem, even when we offered to pay. HUGE RELIEF - VERY PROFESSIONAL!Service: General repairs & maintenance

THE NICEST REPAIR SHOP!! They were closing up for the day, they listened to our sob story about driving cross country, being 2 hours from home when my car started to shake. They took us in and quickly diagnosed the problem! We are so thankful they were able to help us out!

Kinda funny story I called the wrong place and they did call me back, I dont know who I spoke with but he was super nice and just said we don't have your vehicle here , well I was calling the wrong shop lol. He was professional and just listened to my story before looking it up and saying no wrong place. Sometimes its the effort that really counts . I apologize for my mistake and they were extremely polite about it .

These guys saved our trip to Disney!!! We broke down in the middle of the desert and got towed to here since they are the only place open on Sunday. They we able to figure out what was wrong with our car quickly and got us back on the road. Guys were very nice and professional. They have great customer service. We were driving from California to Utah and started hearing a noise in the front passenger tire. I called them and they were willing to check it on the spot. I highly recommend them!!

I have visited Dave at Precision Auto numerous times and each time I was treated with respect, the work was done professionally and at a GREAT price! Where one other mechanic quoted me $240 for a new part in my car that was making noise, Dave just tightened a bolt under the hood and did not charge me.I love dealing with this company and I highly recommend them!T. Hunter

Good prices, great Customer service. I have a Toyota Corolla I'd rather bring my car here than Toyota, these guys at Precision are trust worthy. They wont tell you to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed.
