The gas station air pump was broken and nearly deflated one of my tires. I pulled up to OK Tire shortly before closing time and Veronica helped me out right away! She even checked the pressure in my other tires. I really appreciatedher fast and friendly service

I am currently on the property as of 0845 on September 5, 2020. I arrived roughly at 0820. Parked in front of the New and Used Shop and assumed that all parking was designated for this particular lot. My business inquiry was for the transmission shop that is located on the same property named AAMCO Transmissions. Continuing, I exited out of AAMCO office and I approach my car and then this old man, who did not even even identified himself as any affiliate to the Tire Shop suddenly orders me in Spanish to move your car this is tire shop parking. Park your car on the other side of the lot! First of all, I thought that man was rude and second, there are no sign outside his shop that specify Tire Shop Only. Just a piece of advice for this man please be more courteous and show empathy.

Easily replaced two of my tires for $45 each. One happened to get low the next day and they took us in within minutes and replaced without a problem.

These guys do not know what they are doing and have no business touching people's vehicles. I watched them over tourqe lug nuts by using a breaker bar and not a torque wrench. As a certified mechanic I am concerned that they are putting customers in great danger by damaging the wheel studs and can lead to the wheel breaking off the vehicles. For your own safety and the saftey of the people you love and others do not go to this tire shop. Furthermore I informed the workers that they need to use torque wrenches and they reaponded that they do sometimes but they did not even have a torque wrench in the shop... Stay away from AAA !
